Larry David woos married girlfriend on the set of Curb Your Enthusiasm

Larry David has gone from home-wrecked to home-wrecker with his new girlfriend, Amy Landecker, who was married when they met.

The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator, whose ex-wife, Laurie, left him in 2007, has moved on with the lovely Landecker, 41, who was married when he wooed her on the set of the HBO show in August 2010. They met when they filmed the episode titled “The Bi-sexual” which aired on Aug. 21.

Landecker, who starred in “A Serious Man,” appeared on the episode as bisexual “Jane,” who was pursued by both Larry and his rival, Rosie O’Donnell.

Sources tell us there were “sparks on the set” between Larry and Landecker, who was wed for six years to journalist Jackson Lynch with whom she has a daughter. The couple filed for a divorce in March, but Landecker has been seen on Larry’s arm in New York and LA since February. The two are still in the midst of finalizing the divorce.

Larry recently opened up about his split with environmental activist Laurie after 14 years of marriage: “Well, she thought that it would be nice to have sex with someone she liked. She wanted to try that. And I said it’s not a good idea.” Laurie reportedly left Larry for Martha’s Vineyard contractor Bart Thorpe.

Landecker’s rep told us it is “unequivocally not true” that David was the cause of the break-up of Lynch and Landecker’s marriage.

But Lynch told us David and Landecker were in a relationship before he filed for a divorce. “This is obviously a sad set of circumstances for our family,” Lynch said. “As far we are concerned it’s a private family matter.”
He added, “If you want more details about their relationship you should reach out to Larry.”

Larry told us through his rep, “For what it’s worth, the only marriage I’ve ever broken up is my own.”

TV Pilot & Casting News: FOX/CBS/ABC Pilots, Smash & A Gifted Man Castings

Stephen Gaghan’s Backstrom Cop Drama Goes To Fox With Put Pilot Commitment

He has been described as a detective version of Dr. Gregory House. Now Evert Backstrom is heading to the same network that houses the brilliant but flawed doctor. After a heated bidding, Fox has landed the TV series adaptation of the Backstrom books by renowned Swedish criminologist and novelist Leif G.W. Persson with a big put pilot commitment. I hear every network went after the project, produced by 20th Century Fox TV. The studio won the rights to the books in a bidding war earlier this month for Gaghan, who is under an overall deal at the studio. The project is based on the central character in Persson’s books, homicide detective Evert Backstrom. An equal-opportunity misanthrope, Backstrom is always miserable, and only a good murder case can cheer him up. Persson and his literary agent Niclas Salomonsson serve as executive producers alongside Gaghan. This is Gaghan’s second TV series project. The first one, Metro, which he originally developed at ABC, was picked up to pilot by NBC this past season, missing the cut to series.

TV Script Sales: CBS Buys 2 Comedies, ABC Goes For Witch Drama

In an interesting twist, sitcom veteran Chris Case, who was in contention to write the new Charlie Sheen sitcom Anger Management, has sold a sitcom project to CBS, the network where Sheen was a star on Two and a Half Men for 8 seasons. Case, creator of TV Land’s comedy series Retired at 35, is co-writing the untitled comedy — about a recently separated father of two who attempts to move on with his life — with Joey Gutierrez (Still Standing). CBS TV Studios is producing with Mindy Shultheis and Michael Hanel’s Acme Prods.

This is a project a lot of my colleagues can unfortunately relate to: CBS has bought multi-camera comedy script Malled, written by Bill Kunstler (Accidentally On Purpose). It centers on a career journalist who, after getting laid off from her job at a newspaper, takes a retail job in a clothing store at a mall. CBS Studios and studio-based Tennenbaum Co are producing, with Kunstler, Eric and Kim Tannenbaum exec producing.

From thugs to witches. Jason Richman, creator of gritty cop drama Detroit 1-8-7, has sold a second project to ABC this season through his overall deal with ABC Studios. Wicked Good, which ABC Studios is co-producing with Mandeville, centers on a family of witches, soldiers in an eternal battle between good and evil, which is dispatched to suburban Orange County, where they must root out dark forces while battling the challenges of everyday life in suburbia. In addition to writing, Richman is executive producing with David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Additionally, Richman is co-writing with David Zabel the ABC/ABC Studios drama project Two Roads.

TV Castings: Will Chase Joins ‘Smash’, Raul Esparza Boards ‘Gifted Man

Broadway actor Will Chase has joined NBC’s upcoming Broadway-themed drama Smash as a recurring. On the show, which chronicles the mounting of a Broadway musical and stars Debra Messing as the musical’s lyricist, he will play Steven, who has a history with Messing’s character. Chase, repped by Gersh and AC Management, has appeared in such Broadway productions as Billy Elliot, High Fidelity and Rent. On TV, he recurred on Rescue Me.

Another veteran Broadway actor, Raul Esparza, will do an arc on another new series, CBS’ medical drama A Gifted Man, about a neurosurgeon (Patrick Wilson) whose dead wife (Jennifer Ehle), the former head of a free clinic, starts appearing to him. Esparza will play Ehle’s boyfriend, who is on the board of the clinic. Esparza, repped by ICM and Elin Flack Management, recently starred in Arcadia on Broadway.

One hell of a good time, that's what! But seriously, folks, earlier tonight the Paley Center for Media hosted an evening with ABC's mid-season breakout comedy. Some behind-the-scenes tidbits were shared (For example, did you know Damon Wayans Jr. adlibbed the "sex nose" line? Also, the original pilot had a completely different beginning, one that followed Beau the rollerblader through the streets, racing to get to the church, ala a romantic comedy), but mostly season two spoilers were revealed.Collapse )source

'The Hunger Games' is a blue-state 'Harry Potter'

If you’re wondering what the next big thing is now that Harry Potter has laid down his wand, you’re already behind the curve. The braces-and-acne set has moved on to Suzanne Collins’s post-apocalyptic trilogy “The Hunger Games.” With Lionsgate adapting the best-selling novels into a trio of movies beginning next spring, the blogosphere hangs breathless on every casting tidbit and new photo. MTV even hyped a teaser trailer for the movie during its youth-targeted Video Music Awards on Sunday night.

The new trilogy answers Pottermania in more than just popularity — it represents a radically different point of view. Master Potter and his friends, for all their British accents, turn out to be very red-state while Collins’s Katniss Everdeen could not be more blue-state.

Let me explain.

Channel 4 to show suicide bombing comedy Four Lions to mark 10th anniversary of September 11

Channel 4 is to spark outrage by airing a controversial comedy film about Muslim suicide bombers as part a season of programmes to mark the tenth anniversary of 9/11.

In a move set to shock TV viewers, the broadcaster is to show Four Lions, the 2010 film by Brass Eye comedian Chris Morris, just days before the memorials take place for the terrorist outrages in New York.

Insiders at the Channel 4 have revealed that Morris was looking to create even more controversy by trying to air the film on the actual day of the anniversary, but bosses at the channel have resisted this.

Michael Vick signs $100M Contract, People rejoice; Chris Brown performs at the VMAs, People Rage

PHILADELPHIA — Michael Vick is really back on top now.

Vick and the Philadelphia Eagles agreed on a six-year contract yesterday that again makes the Pro Bowl quarterback one of the highest-paid players in the NFL.

A source familiar with the negotiations told the Associated Press the deal is worth $100 million, including about $40 million guaranteed. The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because terms weren’t released.

Vick has come a long way since spending 18 months in federal prison on dogfighting charges. He led the Eagles to the NFC East title last year, was the starting quarterback in the Pro Bowl and was the AP Comeback Player of the Year.

“I’m very happy we were able to reach an agreement with Michael on this long-term contract,” Eagles coach Andy Reid said in a statement. “It’s a
product of all the hard work Michael has done to better himself over the last couple of years, both on and off the field. I’m very proud that he has been able to achieve success again in this league, but he’ll be the first one to tell you that there is a lot of work yet to be done by him and this team as a whole.

Thandie Newton modeling for the Louis Vuitton Double Exposure series

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The project, which debuted with artist Sam Taylor Wood earlier this year, creates two "portraits" of the sitter: one a literal portrait, using a 19th Century photographic technique called the collodion wet plate process; and the other a portrait of the subject's inner self, in a film where the sitter reveals their most treasured possessions and the story behind them.
"The images really take you into the heart of history itself," Newton said. "To parallel that, we're getting into the history of me through the items I've chosen. One of the things about these photographs is the layers of meaning. Each picture is so unique so it just creates this desire to be my most essential self."
Newton's chosen items include a touching object created by her eldest daughter Ripley, a painting from her childhood which symbolises iconic memories from her youth, and her passport - a vital component to her life and career.

CBS Schedules 'The Good Wife' Special With Season 3 Sneak Peek

CBS is readying the new time slot launch of The Good Wife with a special.

The critically-acclaimed drama has aired on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. for the past two seasons, but earlier this year, the network announced a scheduling move that put The Good Wife on Sundays at 9 p.m. -- pitting it against the final season of Desperate Housewives and Sunday night football on NBC.
In preparation for the move, CBS has scheduled a half-hour catch-up special, The Good Wife: A New Beginning, on Sunday, Sept. 4 at 9:30 p.m. with interviews from the executive producers and stars of the show, footage and storylines from the last two seasons. A sneak peek at scenes from the third season premiere will also be included.
"At first, I was taken aback, because you always think a move is a bad sign, and then I started thinking about it, and this was all in the span of five minutes. I was like wait, Sunday nights at 9, that was the Sopranos' spot," Julianna Margulies said earlier this year of the move. That's my favorite time to watch television. Hold on a minute, this opens up a whole door to the kinds of people that we want to attract to our show -- a younger audience and an older audience, because younger people can stay up at 9, and older people can stay up at 9."
The Good Wife launches its new season on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. on CBS.

'Good Wife,' Best Actress

Playing Alicia Florrick, the brilliant and career-driven wife of a disgraced politician on CBS’s 'The Good Wife,' Julianna Margulies is again nominated for an Emmy Award. Jace Lacob talked with her about Alicia’s love life, crashing the Governor’s Ball, and wigs.

As the title character in CBS’s genre-busting The Good Wife, Julianna Margulies’s Alicia Florrick has been put through the emotional ringer in the show’s second season. After she reunited with Peter (Chris Noth), her disgraced politico husband, recently reelected to state’s attorney, she discovered that he had previously slept with her best friend, legal snoop Kalinda Sharma (Archie Panjabi), and promptly kicked him out of their home. (In fact, she boxed up his belongings and leased him an apartment while he celebrated at his victory party.)

The Daily Beast caught up with Margulies, again nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series (she lost last year to Kyra Sedgwick), to talk about Alicia and Will (Josh Charles), Alicia and Kalinda, the show’s upcoming move to Sundays, and those shocking bangs she’s sporting for Season 3.

The Daily Beast: Last fall you said of Alicia, “It’s such a challenge to play her because my reactions are very different then hers. I never feel completely comfortable in her shoes.” Has your perception of her changed now that you’re entering a third season?

Julianna Margulies: The beauty of being on a television show is that you really get to see your character grow constantly... There’s this tremendous leap that she’s taken in her personal and professional life since when we first met her and I can relate to her a little bit more now that she’s found her freedom in having a voice.

Lake Bell Loves Orgies, Hates the Alphabet & Thinks bin Laden's Diabetic Ghost Causes Earthquakes

Looking for an unconventional way to celebrate Labor Day? Maybe you should consider having group sex with your oldest pals. That's the premise of A Good Old Fashioned Orgy, a surprisingly sweet comedy about growing up, letting go, and getting naked. The film revolves around Eric (Jason Sudeikis), who has been throwing wild themed parties at his father's swank Hamptons hideaway since high school. When Eric's dad informs his son that he's selling the house, Eric decides he wants to go out with a bang—literally. He informs his seven closest friends that their very last party will be an intimate, debaucherous affair: the titular orgy.

One of those friends is played by Lake Bell, an actress who's as well known for her crack comic timing as she is for her long legs and dazzling smile. We spoke with Bell about her foray into the world of orgies minutes after a short earthquake rocked the East Coast.

LAKE BELL: Hillary. Are you okay?!

HILLARY BUSIS: Yes! At first, everybody in my office thought that it was only them, and then all of a sudden, we realized there actually was an earthquake.

BELL: My other brother was like, "It's definitely Osama bin Laden's ghost." Because Osama bin Laden clearly lives in the plates of the underworld. But he had diabetes, so he can't make, like, a 9 [on the] Richter scale. He can do a 5.8, though.

BUSIS: You've really given this a lot of thought.

BELL: Listen! I get into it, OK? I want to talk about the hot topics. The issues.

BUSIS: Well, will you settle for talking about your movie?

BELL: Yeah, let's talk about orgies.

Kayla Ewell Talks Season 3’s 'Twists and Turns'

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

There’s been a ton of buzz about Kayla Ewell’s (Vicki Donovan) return to The Vampire Diaries as Jeremy Gilbert’s dead vampire ex and rightfully so. In a recent interview, Kayla tells myFanbase her character Vicki is “right in the middle” of all the “action and romance.” As if Vicki would be anywhere else!

That means Vicks will be causing all types of trouble for the littlest Gilbert, who was the first to get a glimpse of the undead gal in the season finale. But the former Freaks and Geeks star says the show will explore more of Vicki’s relationships as she wreaks havoc on Mystic Falls. A big focus will be also on her and her on-screen brother, Matt, played by Zach Roerig. Kayla says, “The writers have really started to explore the brother/sister relationship of Vicki and Matt. It’s been emotional and chilling at the same time.”

Kayla also teased a few more tidbits about Season 3, saying there have been a lot of night shoots and stunts, and that, “The fans will be very pleased with the unexpected twists and turns.” It wouldn’t be TVD without one or six surprises per episode, right?

But one night, just a few months ago, I bumped into Marilyn Manson at one of my locals and together we crawled the city a bit; where he lived, where I lived, where we ate and drank and were we have been entertained. We traveled the roads to those places on streets that had become too familiar. And then I reflected back on that brief journey and traced that trip (with photographs). I connected buildings and streets, freeways, storefronts and trees with a BORN VILLAIN at my side. Here it is but with a little mood music to set my mood.”

"I am from New Jersey," Gaga as Jo told Us backstage. " My family is from Palermo, Sicily and I am not a singer or a model or an actor or anything. I am just a guy."

"She is f***ing hot. Didn't you j*** off to Britney when you were a kid?"

Anne Hathaway in talks for "Les Miserables"

Back in 2009, Oscar host Hugh Jackman dragged Anne Hathaway on stage for a sensational Frost/Nixon duet. Last February, Hathaway had to settle for a solo of “On My Own” from Les Miserables after Jackman, she joked, “bailed on [her] at the last minute.” Well, it looks like the two might be joining forces again soon.

As reported last night, Anne Hathaway is in talks to join Jackman in a film adaptation of the Les Miserables musical. A spokesperson for the actress says that Hathaway is considering playing Fantine, the ill-fated mother of Cosette, opposite Jackman’s Jean Valjean.

The King’s Speech‘s Tom Hooper is slated to direct.

In other Oscar-pairing non-news, Hathaway’s hypothetical Some Like it Hot project with James Franco remains a no-go.

Fleetwood Mac WILL Return Next Year....and maybe Buckingham Nicks?

Collapse )

Fleetwood Mac are likely to hit the road again next year. "We're doing something for sure," Lindsey Buckingham says. "I wouldn't be shocked if it was a tour and possibly an album. We'll have to wait and see. Nothing is on the books right now. With Fleetwood Mac, there's a lot of landmines out there politically and it's hard to get everybody on the same page at the same time – but I think this might be one of those years where everyone will want to do the same thing. Whatever that is."

In addition to a tour, Fleetwood Mac fans have been long hoping that Lindsey and Stevie's 1973 LP Buckingham Nicks eventually will be released on CD. "We keep talking about that," says Buckingham. "It's been a victim of inertia. It's funny, I spent a lot of time with Stevie this year when she was finishing her album and we were getting along great. We have every intention of putting that album back out and possibly even doing something along with it, but I can't put any specifics on that."

Might they tour as a duo again? "I think that would be great!" says Buckingham. "I wouldn't do anything other than speculate at this point, but I think it would be tremendous fun and a different kind of thing for both of us. And it would certainly be something circular in that we'd be meeting up right where we started."

If Stevie and Lindsey toured as a duo, I would die. And if Fleetwood Mac is going to get together next year, they need to do a new album. They just toured without new material in '09. But I'd still see them anyway.

Is this Video Game Portraying Racist Stereotypes?

“If you walk around Detroit, you’ll find this person.”

This was the description of the user submitted video in the clip above.

It has been some time since I have visited the fine city of Detroit, so long that it now has a new baseball stadium and has since handed its most valuable companies over to the government. But I do not recall the majority, or even a minority of the many people I encountered, being similar to the character “Latisha” depicted in the newly released video game, Deus X: Human Revolution.

Latisha is digging around in the trash and dropping dayyummms like it’s going out of style. The event in the video game was seemingly overlooked by only the game’s developers, but many of the fans who have played the game, or have seen the above clip, are up in arms about it.

Have you EVER met a black person who actually spoke like this?

Sarah Michelle Gellar Opens Up on Buffy, Cruel intentions Marriage and More

Sarah Michelle Gellar, star of the upcoming CW drama Ringer, sat down for a short interview with E! to discuss her rise to fame with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, how she approaches her career now as opposed to in her 20s, and whether husband Preddie Prinze Jr. would ever appear on her new show!

This is just a great little interview, where Gellar not only reflects on some of her biggest projects like Buffy, Cruel Intentions and I Know What You Did Last Summer, but also discusses how she balances fame with her private life.

On the E! Online website, there is also a short snippet (presumably cut from the video) where Gellar describes her upcoming role on All My Children: she’ll be playing a mental patient, and also says that she finds the wave of soap cancellations “devastating.”

Mason Disick Accidentally Falls Out Of An SUV While Kourtney Kardashian Isn’t Paying Attention!

.....according to this website, that is

After arriving in NYC with mom Kourtney, dad Scott and auntie Kim,
Mason reportedly took a bad tumble out of the car at the airport! OMG,
is he OK?

Wow, this isn’t even funny — Mason could have been really hurt! The one-year-old was reportedly unsupervised in the back seat and accidentaly fell out of a parked SUV when daddy Scott Disick opened the car door. Kourtney and Kim Kardashian weren’t even watching him!

Of course, Kourtney and Scott quickly consoled Mason, who was crying hysterically after the scary incident. But, they should
pay better attention to their son — he should have been strapped into a
car seat!

Thank God he’s OK, that’s a big car to fall out of!

Do you think Kourtney and Scott were being irresponsible or was this an honest mistake?

ummmmm way to blow things out of proportion, i saw the video on TMZ, he didnt fall...almost did, tho.

how scary for them! poor bb

YSL responds to Louboutin lawsuit; Louboutin appeals court ruling

Can the colour red be trademarked?

That’s the question at the heart of a legal battle between French shoemaker Christian Louboutin, designer of the iconic, sky-high, red-soled shoes worn by celebrities like Oprah and Angelina Jolie, and Yves St. Laurent, the fashion powerhouse launched in 1962 that now sells everything from lipstick to luggage and occasionally, red-soled shoes.

Louboutin tried to slap YSL with an injunction in April, to prevent the company from selling “infringing footwear” with red soles, including a platform shoe that is red all over.

“YSL is seeking to take unfair advantage of the enormous goodwill and brand recognition in the Red Sole Mark that we have developed over the past two decades,” according to legal documents filed by lawyers representing Louboutin in a New York City district court in April.

YSL countered by pointing out that red outsoles were popular in the French court of Louis XIV in the 1600s, that Dorothy wore red shoes in the Wizard of Oz in 1939, and YSL has made shoes with red on the sole as far back as the 1970s and every year since 2003.

“Louboutin’s attempt to monopolize the use of red outsoles, even to the extent of claiming that no other designer can make an all-red shoe is unsupported by law, defies common sense and would unduly restrict the design options available to competitors in the market,” according to YSL’s counterclaim. Both brands sell for upwards of $600 a pair.

Louboutin is claiming $1 million in damages from YSL. In return, YSL is seeking damages in a counterclaim, alleging that Louboutin pressured retailers to return the red-soled YSL shoes and to stop selling all YSL footwear.

BLIND ITEM : Actress Can’t Leave Bad Enough Alone

Although she works hard to present herself to the world as a wonderful person, this actress has a black streak a mile wide. She wants what she wants when she wants it, and she enjoys it even more if it hurts someone she dislikes.  In this case, she is still pouring salt into the wound of the woman whose husband she stole. The woman has since moved on to a new relationship, but the actress just can’t leave bad enough alone. She wants the woman’s new beau to star with her in a movie. Considering that the beau is barely on anyone’s radar as an actor, it’s clearly a move designed by the actress to hurt the woman. BTW, although it would mean a big boost to his career, the beau will turn down the part out of loyalty to the woman.

This item couldn't be more obvious tbh

Bruno Mars sues his record company

Bruno Mars is declaring war on his music publisher --  claiming the company refuses to let him out of his contract ... even though he has already delivered on his end of the bargain.

Mars has filed a lawsuit against Bug Music, Inc. -- claiming the company failed to pick up the option on his contract after he delivered and agreed upon number of songs.

In the documents, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Mars claims he turned in all of his music by  February -- at which point, Bug had a certain amount of time to exercise its option to continue the relationship with Mars.

Bruno claims Bug never got back to him ... so he considered the contract terminated.

According to the docs, the honchos at Bug believe Mars is wrong -- and insist he is still under a contract which gives them 50% of the copyrights of any music Bruno makes.

Now, Mars says ... he needs a judge to issue a declaration that his contract is in fact over -- so he can move on with his career.

We called Bug for comment -- but they didn't want to talk.

Alexander Skarsgård Can’t Be Tamed

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Use your phone and shine a light over here,” says Alexander Skarsgård, whose indefinitely appropriated Southern twang echoes off the walls inside one of the many vast stages at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles. It’s True Blood’s final day of production before the show’s annual hiatus (they’ll reconvene in November for season five), and the near-empty lot we’ve been wandering feels like a schoolhouse abandoned by its students for the summer. Most of the cast and crew have driven out to Malibu this afternoon to film the pyre-heavy final scene of the HBO series’ fourth season, but Skarsgård and his costar Stephen Moyer have been directed here to re-shoot a close-up. “Follow me,” he says as we edge closer to the darkest part of the hangar-size room.

“I wish I could find a fucking light switch,” he adds, before eventually flipping one. The chamber we’re in—done up like a dank basement with black columns and intimations of evil—suddenly becomes awash in the glow of overhead lights. “This is where I tortured Lafayette,” he says with a satisfied grin, referring to the show’s second season, in which his character Eric Northman, the sheriff of Area 5, chained Nelsan Ellis’ drug-abusing, cross-dressing fry cook to a post. He waves me through another door into what looks like a nightclub filled with barstools, dusty liquor bottles, and a poster of a vampiric George W. Bush. “Welcome,” he says with exaggerated gravitas, “to Fangtasia!”

Dancing With The Stars Website Flooded With Angry Comments For Casting Chaz Bono!

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Bono, Sonny and Cher’s only child, was born a woman but has since legally changed his name and gender. He has said in the past that his decision to change genders was “a last ditch effort,” and that he “needed a male body” and that he had “underestimated the [positive] impact my transition would have.” Now, his inclusion on the popular show makes him one of the most visible transgendered people, a position that he seems to be slowly coming around to.

DWTS viewers will have to come around as well. The hoards of angry and offended commenters swarming ABC’s announcement page voiced concern that “this will not be a family show any longer,“anyone that obese and physically grotesque is no picnic to watch trying to dance,” and “I just don’t want that lifestyle choice continually flaunted in the media.” While many more commenters took up Bono’s defense, plenty claimed they would be abstaining from this cycle of competition.

Britney Spears credits her dad for saving her life, conservatorship may end

Britney Spears’ triumphant return to receive the Michael Jackson Vanguard award at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night was bittersweet for the pop star, who has credited her father, Jamie Spears, with saving her life, is exclusively reporting.

"Britney now recognizes that if her father hadn't stepped in and taken the action that he had, well.... Britney is now crediting Jamie for saving her life," an insider tells "Britney is on top of the world right now. She is getting ready for the next leg of her world tour, which will be on September 22 in Moscow. Her father will be with her for some of the European performances, along with her mom."

"Britney's relationship with her dad is in a very, very good place now. She was extremely emotional backstage before leaving for the VMAs and kept telling her daddy how much she loves him."

Meanwhile, there will be a routine hearing for Britney's conservatorship on Tuesday morning to deal with accounting issues. " After Britney's tour concludes, which will be at the end of this year, her doctors and advisers are going to meet and confer about how much longer the conservatorship should go on for," the source tells

"There is a very good chance that a decision could be made to pull the plug in early 2012." [i i i wanna go o o]

Meet the Hollywood Hackers Coming For Your Nude Pics

The newest hacker gang isn't after credit card numbers or classified NATO documents. Their game is blockbuster scripts, verified Twitter accounts and nude cell phone snapshots. Harden your passwords, glitterati: Hollywood Leaks will use any means necessary to bust open the entertainment industry.

Hollywood Leaks has been quietly breaking into entertainment industry insiders' email accounts for the last few weeks and leaking what they find there. They cracked the email account of an actor in the upcoming Tom Cruise musical, Rock of Ages and were surprised to find that the film's director, Peter Shankman, had sent the script around to his cast via email. They downloaded it, then put it on the Pirate Bay. They've posted the cell phone numbers of about a dozen celebrities to the hacker-friendly document sharing site, including Miley Cyrus, Lil Jon, and Ashley Greene.

Did Annie Lennox get ripped off by Gaga? Kelly Osbourne thinks so

Yes, it's true. Annie Lennox performed her hit "Sweet Dreams" in drag at the Grammy Awards in 1984, and her dark-haired male alter-ego vaguely resembled Lady Gaga's Jo Calderone (who vaguely resembled a lot of people).

Kelly Osbourne commented on the similarities via Twitter, linking to a YouTube clip of Lennox's performance and posting, "I love lady gaga but I wish she would start giving credit where credit is due!"

While we do think Gaga is guilty of borrowing ideas -- "Born This Way" sounds a lot like old-school Madonna and it's hard to deny that Bette Midler did the mermaid-in-a-wheelchair bit better -- this one may be a bit of a stretch.

Who Were The Winners And Losers Of The Summer Of 2011?

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

As the summer winds die down with a flat and uninspired whimper, the realization sets in: the summer of 2011 was for the birds. “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” was the last major tent-pole to open, followed by sleeper hits like “The Help” and the not-so-successful R-rated action comedy, “30 Minutes or Less.” Many had forecast that the overstuffed summer would prove disastrous, with Jon Favreau predicting that, “There’s not a weekend where there won’t be teeth on the floor,” but ironically it’s Favreau’s film that proved to be one of the biggest box-office disappointments. Financially, films did very well with three billion-dollar blockbusters – “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2,” “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”—helping the industry set a summer box-office record and nearly rebound from a horrible start to 2011 (Currently, 2011 revenue is running only 4 percent behind 2010, but in March, things were looking grim – 19% lower than the year previous).

With seventeen movies that broke the $100 million barrier, against last year’s 14, plenty of smaller scale hits like “Bad Teacher” and “Friends With Benefits” that should turn a healthy profit, and those three billion-dollar grossers entering the all-time top ten, as far as the bottom line was concerned, 2011 was spray-tanned and sitting pretty. But as ever, some people did better than others in the season; stars were born or confirmed, careers were revived, while others are going to have to knock it out of the park next time in order to maintain their quotes and corner table at Spago. As usual, the studios generally had a mixed season: Warner Bros. had two mega-grossers with ‘Potter’ and “The Hangover Part II,” but “Green Lantern” heavily disappointed, Sony had no tentpoles, but their films turned a profit, while Fox had two moderate successes and a big franchise reboot, but likely a lower total gross than any of the big studios. So, without further ado: who had a great few months, and who needs to do some rethinking?

"Doctor" Phil scores first interview with Casey Anthony's parents....

Talk-show host Dr. Phil McGraw wants Casey Anthony's parents to "tell the truth once and for all," according to a just-released preview for the September season premiere of his syndicated talk show.

Although George and Cindy Anthony aren't heard speaking in the 30-second promo, McGraw peppers the Anthony parents with hardball questions about their daughter Casey, 25, who was acquitted in July of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

In the promo, the good doc is seen saying, "America's never heard this explanation before. Why have you sat on this information?" The tease ends with McGraw saying, "You know the truth, don't you?"

"Dr. Phil" airs at 5 p.m. weekdays on WWJ-TV (Channel 62). The season premiere featuring Casey Anthony's parents is scheduled to air Sept. 12.

Ugh, of course he's all over this. and forever judging his 80s porno mustache.
