Zachary Levi brings out his inner nerd on stage at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday (August 7) at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif.
The 30-year-old Chuck actor challenged host Kaley Cuoco to a game of ping pong during the show and showed up in his “nerd” outfit.
“I would love to wear pajamas every day of my life if I could. I don’t really believe in fashion so much. I’m a t-shirt and jeans guy,” Zachary shared on the red carpet about his sense of style.
Zachary also said that Luke Skywalker makes an appearance on Chuck’s season premiere!

Lana Del Rey - 'Video Games'
The words “YouTube sensation” are rarely a good omen. ‘Chocolate Rain’, Rebecca Black: all destined to be ‘liked’ into oblivion until they become less funny than getting stuck in a lift with Michael McIntyre. Thank heavens, then, for Lana Del Rey’s ‘Video Games’, the clip for which is currently smashing NME’s – and half the internet’s – cold dead heart into pieces 30 times a day. Del Rey (aka 24-year-old New York State native Lizzy Grant) calls her music “Hollywood sad core”, and the modern subject matter aside, this gloriously molten ballad could easily ornament the rolling credits of Tinseltown classics. Del Rey herself looks more like the aftermath of modern day LA – a sad-eyed Mena Suvari, with huge, ostensibly fake lips.

Frances Bean Cobain, the only child of Courtney Love and late Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, posed for famed designer-turned-photographer Hedi Slimane and she appears to be all grown-up.
In the photos posted on Hedi Slimane's website, Frances Bean is shown smoking against a chain-link fence, leaning against a torn American flag and posing in various ensembles. The elusive 18-year-old displayed a slew of tattoos, including lettering on her back which reads, "L'art est la Solution du Chaos."
Cobain debuted her own artwork in July 2010 at Los Angeles' La Luz De Jesus Gallery, using the pseudonym Fiddle Tim. The somewhat dark drawings depicted characters like punk rock singer GG Allin and cult leader Jim Jones.
Cobain has a strained relationship with her mother Courtney Love, who lost custody in 2009 and took to Twitter to accuse Frances of 'destroying' her. The teenager may inherit millions from a fund set up shortly after her father's death, when she was just 20 months old.
Meanwhile, in 2010 Love was sued by a management firm for $1 million after selling a portion of Cobain's band Nirvana's catalog for $20 million. Cobain commit suicide in Seattle on April 8, 1994 at the age of 27. Nirvana is known for hits such as "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come As You Are."
Despite the success of Nirvana and Love's band Hole, Love has had a long history of debt and drug abuse.

Peggy Olson in dolphin shorts? Why, the fifth season of Mad Men must take the biggest time jump yet!
We kid. Below is a first-look shot from the Mad Men set as Jon Hamm takes on his new role as director of the show’s highly anticipated season premiere. Also in this rehearsal shot: Elisabeth Moss, co-producer Marcy Patterson, photography director Christopher Manley and executive producer Matthew Weiner. The series, which resumes production in Los Angeles and returns next year, landed the outstanding drama award at the TV critics press club awards on Saturday, with Hamm earning individual achievement in a drama series.
Peggy Olson is the real star tbh.
Check out some awesome pics from The Dark Knight Rises filming at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh on Saturday (August 6). Whoa, look at the destroyed field! According to some extras on scene, at one point during filming, three Tumblers rolled onto set and started blowing things up.

Some of the Pittsburgh Steelers were actually in the scene. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and linebackers LaMarr Woodley and James Farrior suited up as part of the Gotham Rogues team. Woodley told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: “I can’t wait [to see the film]. I don’t care if they showed me for half a second, because I’m going to the movie and now I can look at myself.”

The TROIKA casting website (rep. Michael Duff) have updated their database, and lo and behold: it seems we’ve found a gilly flower!
TROIKA’s site lists Hannah Murray's current project as playing the role of "Gilly" (named by her mother for the gilly flower), for the upcoming second season of Game of Thrones. Gilly is one of many young women living with old Craster (yet to be cast) — a crotchety and blunt "friend" of the Night's Watch. Gilly has a secret that threatens to sunder the already-uneasy peace between Craster and the northbound Night's Watch.
Murray is a young but well-regarded actress; her role as hapless Cassie on the British television series Skins caught many casting agents' attentions (it certainly caught mine), as Murray solidly played a quirky, loner character prone to fits of panic. Someone once described Cassie to me as "Luna Lovegood in a tizzy."

The American actress, who portrays Rosalie Hale in the Twilight film franchise, got engaged to American Idol star Paul McDonald a couple of months ago. She kept her stylish tribute to her beau a surprise.
"I told him I have a surprise for him," she told E! Online. "I'll show him when you post the picture!"
Nikki and Paul had only been dating for two months before he popped the question. Although there is no date set for the big day yet, the gorgeous star insists she couldn’t be happier.

Kristen Wiig recently lined up her first post-Bridesmaids project, Imogene, about a woman who fakes suicide to get back with an ex but ends up having to go live with her gambling-addict mom, who will be played by Annette Bening, instead. Last week, buried in a Deadline story, was the rumor that Glee's Darren Criss would also appear in the film in some capacity. Well, last night, at the premiere of The Whistleblower, we spoke with Celine Rattray — who produced that film and will also be producing Imogene — who confirmed Criss's involvement and also shared some details about his and Bening's characters. The takeaway: Wiig will be making out with Darren Criss, and Annette Bening is going to look like she's on Jersey Shore. As if we weren't already excited for this movie!

Nicollette Sheridan won't be returning for the eighth and final season of Desperate Housewives.
When asked on the Today show Monday about Marc Cherry saying at TCA over the weekend she'd be back for the finale, Sheridan told Kathie Lee Gifford and Billy Bush (filling in for Hoda Kotb), "That's news to me."
Bush pressed her. "If asked, would you come back?"
"I had an amazing time playing that character. I loved her dearly, but they killed her! She's dead," Sheridan said.
Bush said she could come back in a flashback, or it could have been a dream that she died.
"Is this turning into a daytime soap opera?" Sheridan deadpanned.
"In other words, she's saying no!" said Gifford.
I figured she wouldn't, what with the lawsuit and everything, but it still would have been nice for a cameo or something.

"She walks into a room and there's this ray of light, this energy," says actor Matthew Morrison of his sometime Glee costar and September Elle cover girl Gwyneth Paltrow.
She addresses questions in the magazine including: Is she going to make an album? And, what's up with her husband, Coldplay's Chris Martin? Some answers:
On creating a solo album: "Beyoncé and Jay—they think that I should just go do it by myself. That I should go…in a studio and see what happens. And if it's good, do it. And if it's not, don't. So that's probably what I'll do."
On choosing not to go to her husband for advice on music: "[He's] a musical genius. It's like living with Picasso, and being like, 'Should I make a little something-something?'"
On keeping her marriage out of the spotlight: "He makes music for his fans, and he doesn't want people to conjure a lame famous couple when they're getting into his music. I get it."
This reminds me of when my dear friends Quincy Jones and the late, great, Shirley Bassey...oh, she's not dead? Wow, I could have sworn...okay, well, anyway, it reminds me of when we were all at Ted Koppel's Arbor Day pool party when a handsome, young devil got himself up on stahhhge and did a stunning rendition of the classic 2 Live Crew requiem Pop That Coochie. Whether it was the performance or the ridiculous amount of ecstasy we had taken, we were all incredibly moved. Personally, I was moved to front of a train being run by a young M. Night Shyamalan. Talk about a twist ending, if you know what I mean! Anyway, Quincy, not-dead-Shirley and I told that young man that he would one day be a musical superstar as famous as Perry Como. And today, do you know who that young man is? The Assistant Manager of the Men's Big & Tall on Rt. 19 in Tacoma, Washington. Moral of the story: say no to drugs and yes to the sexual advances of wealthy, white women. Tah tah, darlings!

Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee, is sick of talking about the series’ upcoming third season.
While promoting his new FX series, American Horror Story, at a TV critics press tour, several reporters kept asking him about Glee and what he plans to do for its next season.
His response was heard loud and clear: “You know, I really don’t want to. I think I’ve said everything I want to say about Glee… for now. I’m not talking about Glee. I’m sorry.”
But before putting the subject to rest, he did add a little bit of information at the end of the press conference.
“I think one of the things that we’re doing for season three is servicing more of the kids. I don’t think there’s been enough Amber. I don’t think there’s been enough Jenna or Harry,” he said.
“It always goes in waves. It’s hard on me because I love all those actors and they’re so talented and I feel an obligation to showcase their talent, and this year I think we’re going to do that a little better.”
It looks like we’ll have to wait until season three of Glee premieres in order to see how things turn out for the cast.

Since the contracts of many of its original cast members are set to expire in May, Grey’s Anatomy could well play out its most suspenseful story off screen this season — potentially its last.
Whether the actors stay or leave, and whether the ABC hit does call it a day, Justin Chambers is keenly aware that there is no turning back. “It makes me sad to know that we’re closer to the end [than the beginning],” the actor tells TVLine. “[But] it’s been a great ride. It really has. There was no better job that I could’ve fallen into.”
Like Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo, Chambers is undecided about whether he’ll re-sign, even if there does turn out to be a series with which to re-sign. “I don’t know if I’ll go farther,” he insists. “I don’t know if the show will go farther. When we get to that point, we’ll go from there…
“We know it’s going to end sooner or later,” he continues. “It’s just about ending well and the audience getting what they want out of it, and maybe there are some amends made with the characters, because they’re very flawed.”
If he and his fellow MDs don’t re-up, Chambers is skeptical about the chances of Grey’s‘ survival. “It’s possible [it could go on], but I doubt it,” he says. “Meredith is the voice. We need that voice — I do think that. That’s a big part of it.”
Okay, if Ellen, Patrick, and Justin leave and there's a season nine, I'm definitely out. Alex is my favorite character! This should be the last season, I think.
Now 63, the songwriter reflects on her fame and why, for some people, it is such a lonely business:
"I was almost 28 when I joined Fleetwood Mac. Lindsey [Buckingham] was one year younger. We lived together as, really, as a married couple for five years, and we struggled. We built a life and we lived a kind of normal life, so we knew who we were when we joined Fleetwood Mac. I was always really glad about that.
Fame wasn't terrible for me. I never look at it as taking away my freedom. I think that fame, for some people, really is horrible. But I have to say, I think being a rock and roll star is great: I fly on a private plane, I stay in presidential suites, I drive in limousines. . . I love my life. I love being famous. I love being able to walk into a restaurant and say, 'I'm Stevie Nicks. Can I get a table?' You know, why not?
So all the people who hate being famous, I'm so sorry for them. The violins of the world are really playing for you in your 18 million dollar house. And if I could swear, I would swear right now and say really, ' ____ all of you, get a life."
real and honest, stopped renewing her license in 1978 so she didn't drive while she was high, appreciative and grateful, beautiful, the poet in our hearts, etc.
Taylor Lautner managed to nab the surfboard for Choice Movie Actor Sci-Fi/Fantasy at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night in Los Angeles, where a bevy of Hollywood's biggest A-listers gathered to celebrate all things young Hollywood.
Before he took home any prizes, Lautner chatted with MTV News on the red carpet at the show, admitting that he never really knows how to prepare for these types of events. The actor eventually settled on showing up in his signature easy-breezy style, donning a leather jacket, slim-fitting jeans and a T-shirt. "It's really hard to prepare, so it's kind of like you just show up here, have fun,",/b> he said. "It's really a true testament to our fans that we're still here on movie #4. They're amazing."
Quickly the conversation turned to, you guessed it, "Twilight." Lautner revealed that he's done something very few people can say they have: He's seen "Breaking Dawn - Part 1," Twi-hards.
As the film gets closer to its November release, Lautner wants fans to brace themselves for an emotional roller coaster."You are going to face a lot of emotions, definitely," he teased. "You are going to be angry. I guarantee you [that] you will cry multiple times. There's a good mix. It's definitely different than any of the ones before."

The trip, which was described as both a genuine attempt to cover the famine (by Jones herself), and a "jaunt" that smacked of the "grotesque" (by others), did not go well even before she arrived.
An article written by Jones, in which she accused NHS staff of not caring about the African famine, was widely seen, to put it mildly, as missing the point. (Read this article, it’s hilariously depressing and describes the terrible First World Problems Ms Jones is forced to endure…)
And the source of much of the criticism, as usual, was the social network Twitter, where Jones has become something of a constant presence, despite not tweeting herself, due to her talent for dividing opinion on topics ranging from third-world labour conditions to lipstick.
As such it might not seem too surprising that within hours a satirical account had been sent up (@LizJonesSomalia) which purported to be authored by Jones as she made her way across the country. Neither might it seem surprising that the account received thousands of followers.
What is surprising, however, is that when the true author of the account, the anonymous user who also writes the long-running @DMReporter, revealed the hoax and began a drive to raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee East Africa Appeal, Twitter responded with even greater enthusiasm.
Well done to everyone who donated and supported this!
My jaw was actually on the ground when someone tweeted that the Daily Fail had chosen her, of all people, to send to Somalia. This is a woman who makes a living whining about her pathetic First World Problems while pleading poverty, despite living in a £1.9 million house, spending £26,000 on a bat sanctuary in her garden and £13,000 on a face lift. Could they have sent someone more inappropriate to cover this story?
Raunchy pop star Rihanna is splashing out an incredible £14,000 a week on one of Hollywood’s leading hair stylists.
The 23-year-old singer is spending a small fortune on the services of top celebrity stylist Ursula Stephen, who charges £2,000 a day, to help ensure she looks her best.
‘Rihanna likes to pioneer new styles but it’s costing her a fortune,’ says one of her entourage.
‘She makes several public appearances a week, and the cost soon stacks up.
‘Ursula is a close confidante and they are together all the time.
‘You have to wonder why she insists on keeping such an expensive member of her entourage on the payroll 24/7. Most of these costs are paid for by her management.’
Rihanna has changed her hairstyle 13 times since it was dyed bright red last November, including a huge red afro that earned her the nickname Side-Show Bob after the Simpsons cartoon character.

“I used to feel protective of Taylor, but now I think she could probably kick my ass.”

The "Glee" star has been opening for NKOTBSB on the latest leg of their tour -- and ends his show with a dance tribute to three legends: Gene Kelly, Patrick Swayze and Michael Jackson.
Morrison can be seen busting some ridiculous moves during this fan-shot performance of "Don't Stop Dancing," including Jackson's moonwalk and crotch grabs.
He even does some breakdancing mixed in with some more musical-friendly moves, seen here in Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday night.
While he only occasionally dances on "Glee," Morrison got his start on Broadway -- where he originated the role of Link Larkin in "Hairspray."
What do you think of Matt's moves? Cool or embarrassing?

Olivia Wilde won't be starring in a movie musical anytime soon - she can't sing.
The Tron: Legacy star missed out on a series of tuneful roles at school thanks to her lack of vocal talent, and has now learned to accept she'll never cut it as a singer.

He's a superstar, dates a supermodel and is on a super salary, here the actor talks about fame, childhood dreams and when he'll say goodbye to the Time Lord.
'People really do love the Doctor,’ says Matt Smith.
‘They like seeing this mad dude turn up and save the day, using pencils, a lampshade or whatever it may be. This baffled man, quite bafflingly, saving the world.’
He uses that word a lot – but it was the fans who were baffled two years ago, when, as a young, virtually unknown actor, he was hired to take over from the hugely popular David Tennant as the star of Doctor Who. It’s the biggest show on TV – but more than that, the Doctor has become a modern British folk hero.
‘He’s like Robin Hood or Sherlock Holmes, an enduring character in a fairy tale you can just keep reinventing,’ says Smith, the 11th man to play the Time Lord – and the youngest, at just 26 when he was cast.
That was a shock, but we’re now halfway through his second series, and Smith has created his own vivid version of the ‘mad man with a blue box’ who travels through space and time, seeing off alien armies (and picking up foxy companions) with a wave of his sonic screwdriver. He’s a gangly genius in bow tie and tweed, part professor, part rock star – witty and eccentric, but often with no idea what to make of people.

If you haven’t been paying careful attention, you might be forgiven for thinking that Vanilla Ice’s career began and ended with his hit 1990 single “Ice Ice Baby,” off his major-label debut, To the Extreme. But just because none of his subsequent albums achieved the heights of that record, Ice, born Robert Matthew Van Winkle, is no one-hit wonder. While his own music has shifted increasingly toward a less mainstream, more hard-rock sound, the Miami- born performer and entrepreneur has found many outlets for his talents.
"High School Musical" helmer Kenny Ortega has closed a deal to direct a remake of "Dirty Dancing" for Lionsgate, revisiting the 1987 romance pic for which he choreographed. The original film starred Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey.

She has such a fabulous figure who can blame Irina Shayk for showing it off? And dining with friend and fellow model Jessica White last night, the Russian model stepped out in top that left little to the imagination. Irina, who is dating footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, was dressed in a barely-there lace top which displayed her trim torso and her black bra.
The model, 25, teamed the risqué top with a pair of grey skinny jeans and a charcoal leather jacket as she enjoyed a girls' night out with American model White. The pair, who are both have graced Sports Illustrated pages, made quite the entrance when they arrived with Jessica opting for a glamorous satin orange dress with ruffled detail. Irina and Jessica dined at DaSilvano restaurant, a Tuscan eatery in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village.
And it seemed the evening wasn’t over after their meal as the girls hopped into a cab and drove away giggling. In June, White was ordered to pay $490 in costs, three days community service and two days of anger management classes over an incident involving a women outside a Manhattan nightclub in October. All charges will be dropped providing she isn’t arrested again in the next six months.
Last month White, who previously dated Sean Penn, revealed that she had been celibate for nearly a year. Speaking to People magazine she said: ‘I know the world is going to be like, yeah, right, but I've been celibate now for almost a year. So, the next person that I'm with will be the person, hopefully, that I marry.’
Ahead of the dinner date Irina was seen with her labrador Caesare walking her dog in the city. The model, who has been seen training her pet pooch a lot recently, was dressed in a strapless neon sundress. Her beau, Real Madrid star Ronaldo is currently away on tour in China.

New album went on sale on iTunes yesterday
Jay-Z and Kanye West's long awaited collaborative album Watch the Throne was released on iTunes yesterday, making it one of the rare high-profile records to come out over the past few years without leaking. The CD version of Watch the Throne is set to go on sale at Best Buy stores on August 12th.
Though the rappers have been criticized by independent retailers for signing exclusive deals with iTunes and Best Buy, those agreements may have made it possible to avoid a leak. Many leaks happen because CDs are lifted from the manufacturing plant, or during shipping. Since the Best Buy exclusive deal limited the supply chain, it may have been easier for Def Jam to know when a leak would be inevitable and fast track the release to the iTunes store. If this is the case, this sort of release plan may become a model for new records by major acts.
Or common sense overdue. lol

The Vampire Diaries executive producer Kevin Williamson wants to make something clear: Damon and Elena’s growing closeness in the absence of Stefan won’t necessarily lead where viewers think it will this coming season.
“Just because we’re putting her with Damon doesn’t mean they’re going to end up together. And it doesn’t mean they’re going to get together,” Williamson told TVLine at the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour, when we pressed him about how anxious he plans to make Elena/Stefan fans.
While Damon and Elena will “bond” as they search for Stefan — who’s busy ripping it up on the Stefan/Klaus roadshow — their journey will be “more about friendship” than romance, says Williamson. And with good reason. They have to keep their eye on the prize: a good vampire gone bad.
“It’s not so much about, ‘Are Damon and Elena going to fall madly in love and live happily ever after?’” says Williamson. “It’s, ‘Are Damon and Elena going to be able to find the man they both love?’ … It’s going to be fun to watch Damon and Elena form this relationship that at its core is about a search for the man they both care about.”
Just how deep that relationship will go depends in part on Damon’s own issues and his penchant for doing things that really miff Elena (hello, force-feeding her his blood!).
“Damon is not good at being a hero, so I can’t imagine he’s ever going to do it right,” observes Williamson, adding, “It’s always go to be one step forward, two steps back. ‘OK, so I’m the hero — I’m going to kill three people.’ And that is not OK with Elena.”
But with his saintly brother gone, Damon will have to step it up. How he handles that struggle with being the good guy will play into his relationship status with Elena. “It’s about defining their roles,” says Williamson of the arc. “Are they going to be friends? Lovers? How are they going to define themselves? Because it will be a defining moment for both of them.”

Lionsgate is still shooting "The Hunger Games," but already has set a date for the second film in the series."Catching Fire" has been set for a Nov. 22, 2013 release, the studio announced Monday.
Lionsgate is releasing no other details about "Catching Fire," so it's unclear who will direct and whether stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth will return. The Hunger Games" will be released on March 23, 2012. The movies are based on Suzanne Collins' bestselling trio of young adult novels. Lionsgate has rights to turn the three books into four movies. The books are giant sellers -- "Hunger Games" has sold more than 3 million copies in the United States alone -- and the movies have generated enormous enthusiasm.
Clearly, Lionsgate sees in the "Hunger Games" movies what Summit saw in "The Twilight Saga." Gary Ross is directing. Nina Jacobson's Color Force is producing along with Jon Kilick.
Apparently this episode has aired yesterday. Will upload it when it's available.
Lionsgate released two new pics today, one showing Jennifer Lawrence in action as Katniss Everdeen and another of a bloody Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark -- both presumably taken during the Battle Royale-like Games.
Check out the two new pics, plus shots as Liam Hemsworth as Gale above!
While we've yet to see even a teaser trailer for the first movie yet, which opens March 23, 2012, Lionsgate also just announced the release date for part two, "Catching Fire." The movie will drop over a year later, on November 22, 2013.

Palin's eldest son, Track, and his wife, Britta, welcomed a baby girl named Kyla Grace Palin on Sunday night, reports McGinniss, who moved next door to the Palins's Alaska home in 2010 to gain better access to the family.
In May, it was announced that the high school sweethearts were married. The Palin family never officially confirmed Britta's pregnancy, though pictures of her baby shower surfaced on Facebook.
The former Britta Hanson was once roommates with her husband's younger sister, Bristol, in Anchorage, and served as an executive secretary in the governor's office, beginning when her mother-in-law was governor of Alaska. She is currently a nursing student at the University of Alaska.
Track Palin, an Army Reservist, has said he plans to study at the University of Alaska after the commercial fishing season.
Neither Todd Palin, nor a rep for the Palin family responded to requests for comment.
"Sophia" is taken from Laura's forthcoming album "A Creature I Don't Know" which is released on the same day 12th September on Virgin Records / Ribbon Music, and is produced by Ethan Johns.
Her debut album 'Alas I Cannot Swim' and follow up "I Speak Because I Can" were Mercury nominated, and in February she won the Best British Female Solo Artist prize at the Brit Awards, and best solo artist at the NME awards.

According to many sites, “”90210″ star, Trevor Donovan is in talks to portray Ken, Barbie’s longtime boyfriend. It is not official casting news but the film is beginning to pick up slack.
I think Trevor Donovan does look like the Ken doll. He looks lean and muscular like the Ken doll also. I think the “Barbie” movie should be a romantic comedy. It should tell the story of how Barbie and Ken met. Perhaps it could have a little drama in the movie. Maybe Barbie gets amnesia and doesn’t remember Ken or any of her friends. Then Barbie meets Ken some months later. They are attracted to each other and the romance is rekindled. Ken takes Barbie to all the familiar places and Barbie remembers some of the silly and embarrassing moments they had together. Ken and Barbie’s romance has grown stronger and they are talking of marriage when the movie ends. I can’t think of any actress who would be cast as Barbie. I don’t think many of today’s young actresses look like Barbie.
Too smooth and pretty for me. I like my menfolk like this

Rihanna is standing on the deck of the U.S.S. Missouri in Oahu’s Pearl Harbor wearing fatigues and clucking like a chicken. Yes, you read that right. Clucking. Like a chicken. “Bwawk, BWAWK!”
Certainly not what one might expect to see the pop superstar doing on the set of her first movie, one about a battle at sea with aliens to boot, but blame it on Battleship director Peter Berg’s style. This particular scene takes place at the beginning of the movie when Admiral Shane (Liam Neeson, absent today) is giving a speech on deck to some 500 extras. Rihanna, as tough-chick sailor Raikes, is egging on two male sailors to go mess with one of the ranking officers, Hopper (Taylor Kitsch), but they’re balking, afraid of him. He has her repeat the line “Go mess with him!” over and over. The sailors refuse again.
“Now cluck like a chicken!” Berg hollers at her. “Again!” He instructs the soldiers to bait her, and ad lib. He starts throwing them lines right and left. “What are you, Col. Sanders?” Rihanna starts to look mildly pissed, as her handlers watch, giggling, from the sidelines. Finally Berg gets the take he wants, and they break.
She stops to chat with the small group of reporters invited to spend the day on the set checking out advance footage and conducting interviews. Asks one: “Did you know you were going to cluck like a chicken when you came to set?”

The advanced hacking group Anonymous has announced that their new target is the social-media giant Facebook, which the group has accused of misusing private data, not respecting users' privacy and co-operating with clandestine government agencies and security companies.
Anonymous stated its belief that Facebook was selling the private information of users to the governments of Egypt and Syria - and the latter's defence ministry website was hacked by the undercover group on 8 August.
The hacking group alerted users to "prepare for the post-Facebook reality", telling the world to "prepare for a day that will go down in history - 5 November 2011", when the group has said it will take the social networking site down.

Whoa! Big shock on Eureka.
Remember how Syfy ordered six episodes for a potential final season last week? Well, now we’re just been told that not only is the show firmly going to end, but the network has changed their mind about those final six episodes.
The 13-episode fifth season that was ordered back in June, which includes a holiday special, is going to be the final season of Eureka. Here’s a statement from Syfy:
“After painstaking consideration, we have had to make the difficult business decision to not order a season six of Eureka. But Eureka is not over yet. There is a new holiday episode this December and 12 stellar episodes set to debut next year, marking its fifth season and six memorable years on Syfy. The 2012 episodes are some of the best we’ve seen, and will bring this great series to a satisfying end. We are very grateful to Bruce Miller and Jaime Paglia, their team of incredible writers, and an amazing cast and crew who have consistently delivered a series we continue to be very proud of. We thank the fans for their support of this show and know they will enjoy its final season in 2012.“
Ashley Greene is considered quite the fashionista these days, but the Twilight star admits that she frequently feels outdone by her friend and former Gossip Girl actresss, Jessica Szohr.
“Whenever I hang out with her, I always admire what she wears,” Greene told PEOPLE at the Teen Choice Awards at Gibson Amphitheatre in L.A. on Sunday. “She has this way of putting things together that I would never think of. Every time I hang out with her, I’m like, ‘That’s such a cool outfit. I could never pull it off.’”
Even though Greene doesn’t think she can get away with certain style choices, she isn’t closed-minded when it comes to experimenting.
“I feel like I’m constantly learning and growing, and figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t work,” the actress, clad in Givenchy, explains. “I think it’s all trial and error. You have to try things and you can’t let someone else tell you what to wear. I’ve made fashion mistakes, but I’d like to think that I’ve learned from them.”
Zoe Kravitz has moved on from her X-Men costar Michael Fassbender to that guy from Gossip Girl, Penn Badgley. The two were seen leaving the same cab after the Friends With Benefits party and watched Horrible Bosses yesterday in Union Square.
“He had his arm around her while they waited in line,” said our spy. But an awkward moment happened when Jennifer Aniston quips, “Did you see ‘Gossip Girl’ last night? I [bleeped] myself so hard [watching] that Penn Badgley guy, I broke a nail.” Our source said, “The look on Penn’s face was priceless. They left the theater right after.” [Page Six]
She and Fassbender wouldn’t have worked out anyway. He’s on his way up, she’s on her way down. But whatever. I don’t care. I’m more interested in what Jennifer Aniston said. What was the “bleep’. Was it “sh*t,” “f**ked,” “fingered?” Is it sad that I care more about this than Penn Bagdley hooking up with Lenny Kravitz’s daughter?
party post, anyone?!
Despite being forgiven by Rihanna herself, major media outlets like CNN still aren't fans of Chris Brown -- especially Anderson Cooper.
"Ladies and gentlemen, particularly ladies, Chris Brown has been cast in a movie. And not just any movie, it's a romantic comedy based on a self-help book about relationships," Cooper said recently on his nightly show, "Anderson Cooper 360." "And I, for one, cannot imagine why this did not happen sooner because if there's one thing you can say about Chris Brown, who's currently on probation for viciously assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna, he just oozes romance."
Cooper went on to point out one of Brown's early online apologies to Rihanna and fans as another point of conflict.
"Check out this love poem he posted on YouTube five months after he repeatedly punched her in the face and threatened to kill her while her mouth was filled with blood … ," Cooper said.
Not long after Brown took to Twitter to respond to the CNN anchor's comments and not how one would expect.

The 34-year-old crooner — who’s spent the summer opening for superstar rockers Maroon 5 and Train — had been drinking and just left a group of pals when he was attacked by the marauding perps sometime between 3:50 and 4:20 a.m. at 6th Street and 1st Avenue, the sources said.
He had his nose broken and suffered cuts on his face, they said.
The creeps then fled, and the dazed singer, whose hit song "Chariot" went platinum, kept walking, sources said.
He wound up at 19th Street and 1st Avenue, where he was struck by a cab, although not seriously, they said.
He remained in Bellevue Hospital tonight.
The sources said the attack did not appear to be a robbery.
DeGraw, who hails from upstate South Fallsburg, has a Manhattan pad. He and his brother also own a bar, the National Underground, on East Houston Street.
Wishing him a speedy recovery.....also judging the NY Post for their colorful commentary: "pack of thugs," "marauding perps," "creeps"

As a Pussycat Doll in her 20s, Nicole Scherzinger was all about the barely-there costume. But now, at 33, the singer and X Factor judge concedes that when it comes to fashion, less is more.
“My style has evolved into being a little bit more grown up,” she told PEOPLE Thursday at her 102.7 KIIS FM concert at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, where she donated one of her old Pussycat Dolls outfits. “It’s rock ‘n’ roll inspired, but chic. Glam rock.” Adding feathers or a cuff to a dress by Isabel Marant or Roberto Cavalli (two of her favorite designers) helps complete her look. “If I wear a lace dress I throw on a leather jacket to toughen things up, or some crazy boots,” she adds. “I like dresses that are sassy, but have clean lines.”
“She’s mixing it up with cute dresses, sequin jackets and tons of jewelry,” adds her stylist, Wyman Chang. But not before checking in with her loveable X Factor costar, Paula Abdul, on the days they film. “As far as Paula and I, we will find out what color each other’s dresses are that day and try to wear things that will complement each other,” she explains.
Currently promoting her new album, Killer Love, which drops this fall, Scherzinger is choosing looks by designers like Kristian Aadnevik while performing, and outfits from camilla and marc and Hervé Léger for the X Factor. “I want to wear dresses that make me feel like a woman, but I add a rock edge to it as well,” she explains. “That’s my style and I’m an artist before I am a judge.”
As far as keeping that body fit under those dresses, Scherzinger says intense choreography paired with running, sleeping well, drinking water and maintaining a balanced diet keeps her in shape. “I’ve gone through so many years of diets,” she says, “that now I don’t deprive myself of anything.”
Call him Air Fuhrer ... because this weekend, Kanye West compared himself to both Michael Jordan and Adolf Hitler during a performance in England.
West was performing at the Big Chill music festival Saturday night ... when he went on one of his signature rants ... this time focusing on the hardships of being so painfully misunderstood.
"I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I'm f**king insane ... like I'm Hitler."
He continued, "One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did."
Moments later, Kanye suggested that he needed to be the MJ of music, "Michael Jordan changed so much in basketball, he took his power to make a difference. It's so much f**king going on in music right now and somebody has to make a f**king difference."
Michael Jordan and Hitler folks ... Michael Jordan. And Hitler.
MTV News was immediately on the case, offering up our own analysis, as well as thoughts from a few experts on what the photo of Hathaway in costume, riding what looked to be Batman's motorcycle, meant for the character and her assumed transformation into Catwoman.
Now, in knowing how tight-lipped the "Dark Knight Rises" stars are sworn to be about the films, when we caught up with Hathaway as she promoted the upcoming movie "One Day," we didn't expect her to offer any commentary about the photo — but she surprised us.
"I was not going to admit it: I asked someone to send me a few reactions [to the photo]," she said. "And I happen to know that MTV's reaction was 'meh.' "
Now, we're not sure about the "meh" quote, but we will admit to using the phrases "cautiously optimistic," "unflattering" and "underwhelming" in our analysis.
Regardless, Hathaway said that no matter the first impressions, there is a lot more happening with that suit.
"What I am happy to say is, if you didn't like the photo, you only see about a 10th of what that suit can do," she promised. "And if you did like the photo, you have excellent taste."
