Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Blanchett will return to the Sydney’s Kennedy Center in August to play a woman named Yelena in Chekhov’s play “Uncle Vanya.”

SAN FRANCISCO, March 8 (Xinhua) -- The World's largest coffeehouse company Starbucks on Tuesday rolled out its new logo to celebrate its upcoming 40-year birthday.

The Seattle-based company said in a statement that the new logo removes the Starbucks wordmark around the siren and enlarging the siren image.

The iconic white cups and promotional merchandise would carry the new logo, and four store fronts (in Beijing, Paris, London and New York) would unveil the new logo on Tuesday, Starbucks said.

The Starbucks logo was at first a brown-colored, topless, twin- tailed siren and it has been streamlined for three times over the years.

The first Starbucks was opened in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington, on March 30, 1971. Currently, the company has coffeehouses in more than 55 countries and regions.

Kelly Osbourne split with her last boyfriend Luke Worrall after he reportedly cheated on her, so now the TV personality says she's sick of straight men altogether.

I am very disappointed to find out none of the songs Britney wrote made the final cut. I have no doubts this album will be a smash, hit number one, sell millions and be the best album of her career. BURBANK, Calif.—On the Warner Brothers lot here, there is a lovely Wisteria Lane-like cul-de-sac of suburban homes called Warner Village. At least, it's lovely on the outside. On the inside, the houses are all slightly dumpy production offices. For the last several months, one of them has belonged to Catherine Hardwicke, the Texas-born, preternaturally cool director of "Twilight." Last week, she was putting the finishing touches on the DVD extras for "Red Riding Hood," her $42 million twist on the classic tale starring Amanda Seyfried.

"Welcome to our crack house," Ms. Hardwicke, 55, said as she showed a reporter around the space that she and her team have inhabited since last September, when they wrapped principal photography on the film in Vancouver.

In one room, an editor was assembling a video of a Fever Ray song that appears on the film's soundtrack. "She's kind of the Lady Gaga of Sweden," Ms. Hardwicke said of the singer. Elsewhere, another editor was working on a music video for one of the soundtrack's love songs, as well as a distillation of the film into 73 seconds. "At 72 seconds, it just fell apart," Ms. Hardwicke joked.

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke wants Rob and Kristen back

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke has been hard at work promoting her new flick, Red Riding Hood, with Amanda Seyfried. But that doesn't mean she's forgotten past stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

Alice in Chains members Jerry Cantrell and Sean Kinney have spoken out about their former bandmate and bassist Mike Starr, who was found dead Tuesday (Mar. 8) in a house in Salt Lake City.



"Jerry and Sean are mourning the loss of their friend and ask that the media respect their privacy - and the privacy of Mike's family - during this difficult time," Cantrell and Kinney said in a statement. "Their thoughts & prayers are with the Starr family."

A slew of rockers have shared their thoughts on Starr's passing via Twitter. Former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler, who like Starr was an alum of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab," wrote, "R.I.P. Mike Starr!! Such a sad day! :( :("

Velvet Revolver drummer Matt Sorum took the opportunity to send an anti-drug message: "Drugs and alcohol aren't a joke. Please take care of yourself and respect yourself. We lost Mike Starr today. Rest in Peace man."

Mike Portnoy, the former drummer for Dream Theater, echoed the sentiment: "RIP Mike Starr... I watched his struggle on Celebrity Rehab and had my fingers crossed for his recovery... this disease kills... sad stuff..."

The former 'NewsRadio' and 'Kids in the Hall' star probably wishes his real-life problems were only that simple.

On Feb. 3, the dry funny man agonized on fellow comedian Marc Maron's podcast, WTF, about how he will be thrown in jail if he returns to his native Canada because he says he can't afford court-ordered child support payments to Tabatha Southey, his first wife, and their two teenage sons, 18 and 15.
Foley, who rose to fame in the Canadian comedy troupe 'Kids in the Hall,' met Southey, a freelance journalist, in 1983 and wed her eight years later. They divorced in 1997 after six years of marriage. His second marriage to actress Crissy Guerrero ended in 2008. They have a daughter together.

At a Nov. 15 default hearing in Toronto, a judge from the Ontario Court of Justice – using information including Foley's most recent tax return and credit card bills -- upheld the existing child support agreement that says Foley must pay his ex-wife and their two sons child support of $10,700, which has been indexed for inflation. (Southey waived her right to spousal support when they divorced.)

Celebrity’s $200K Lamborghini Stolen In Daring San Francisco Heist

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) – In a heist fit for Hollywood, a thief rappelled into a San Francisco car dealership early Tuesday morning and made off with a top-of-the-line sports car.

The swashbuckling crook apparently climbed over rooftops, hooked up a climbing rope and slipped in a window of the Bentley, Lamborghini, Lotus dealership. All that was left behind was a bag of mountaineering gear.

The thief then made for a yellow and black 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo, which just happens to be owned by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, who lives in  Santa Rosa. After cutting the lock to the dealership’s garage door, the burglar disappeared into the night.

Car dealers said it may be difficult to sell the car with a distinctive bumblebee paint job. One speculated that the crook may try to get the vehicle out of the country. That job may prove even more risky than rappelling into the dealership.

Halle Berry is spotted on the set of New Year’s Eve yesterday in New York (Mar. 8). Halle was dressed in a full set of scrubs – just like co-star Alyssa Milano was on Monday (pics here). The two play nurses at a hospital where two couples are competing to deliver the first babies of the new year to win a cash prize.

Halle originally pulled out of the romantic comedy in late January due to a custody battle with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey, but rejoined the film a few weeks ago. Her replacement Katherine Heigl is staying on in Halle’s original role as a caterer with Halle getting a new (slightly smaller) role as a nurse.

X Factor star Cher has inspired girls from the travelling community to come forward and audition for TV talent shows.

Olivia Ayres, who won the nation's biggest gypsy singing contest called `Big Night' in 2010, has revealed that the Malvern lass has inspired her to audition for Simon Cowell's X Factor.

The 15-year-old lass told the Daily Star: "Cher is amazing and a real inspiration to us gypsy girls.

"She is strong and confident and determined to make something of her life. "She got a lot of abuse and was called a pikey for her heritage but she stood up to all the bullying and, if anything, was all the better for it."

Olivia told the newspaper that she hopes that she can go on to win a place in the live finals of the show

She added: "Cher went to Los Angeles to record with will.i.am and did so much amazing stuff. "She shows we're not all stuck in caravans with nothing else to do."

Chris Brown is aware of his own infamy.

The singer, 21, is frank with Page Six Magazine (in Thursday's New York Post) about the ongoing fallout from his February 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.

"People are always gonna talk. But I'm in a positive place. I consider myself a grown-ass man," says the star, whose new album F.A.M.E. stands for "Forgiving All My Enemies."

Speaking of forgiveness, Brown says he's done apologizing for the brutal Rihanna attack. "At the end of the day," muses the "Forever" singer, "if I walk around apologizing to everybody, I'm gonna look like a damn fool."

A judge recently downgraded a restraining order barring contact between Brown and Rihanna, 23. (Brown is serving five years probation for the crime, and completed court-mandated domestic violence classes plus 180 hours of hard labor last year.)

In the wake of that shocking scandal, Brown says "a handful of people stuck by me," including fellow musicians Pitbull and producer Pharrell Williams.

Still, he complains that many folks "turn[ed] away. They don't want to get involved with it because they don't want their name attached to anything negative. Unknowingly, they kind of show their true colors when they do that."

He doesn't exactly fault those former friends for walking away after the assault -- which he calls a "mishap."

"You can't blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don't want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap."

"The last two years, everybody dissed me," Brown says. "But my fans were so dedicated. The way I look at it is, you can't walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you're an angry person."

Skins has gone from being the coolest to the least fashionable programme on television. After all, when you have to try that hard, it's already over.

For a while the creators made it look effortless. When Skins first appeared, it was the TV equivalent of one of its own characters: unfettered, impudent, wide-eyed with possibilities – a grown-up Grange Hill revelling in the shock of the new.

But, in four years and five series, it has aged it terribly. Suddenly, Skins no longer seems like something created by young people who really represent the youth. It now looks more like a TV executives' idea of what a drama for young people should be and what young people are like.

Former Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan has started his own financial advice company.

McKagan, who now plays in Velvet Revolver and Duff McKagan's Loaded, has partnered with investor Andy Bottomley to start financial advice firm Meridian Rock.

Speaking to Fortune Magazine about the venture, McKagan said that his new firm would help out young musicians who could be caught unaware by sudden financial success.

He said of his days in at the peak of their fame: "I couldn't make sense of it [the money he was earning]. I didn't know how much we had made or lost on the tour. As a 30 year-old millionaire, how do I admit to somebody that I don't know what the fuck I'm doing?"

He added back then he "didn’t know what a stock was, what a bond was".

McKagan is qualified in financial matters. He attended a finance course at Santa Monica Community College and then went on to enrol full time at Seattle University’s Albers School of Business.

He will return to the UK this June with Duff McKagan's Loaded to play Download Festival.

Stargate Universe actor Robert Carlyle is sticking with television after his two-year gig on the Destiny.  He’s landed a new gig on ABC.  Carlyle has been cast in the fantasy pilot Once Upon a Time for ABC, according to Deadline.com.

Carlyle made the switch from feature films to television for the third Stargate series, on which he plays Dr. Nicholas Rush.  The final episodes are now airing Monday nights on Syfy Channel.

Once Upon a Time is a drama about “about a woman drawn into a town where the magic and mystery of fairy tales may be real and hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of her troubled past.”  Carlyle will play Rumplestiltskin, an expert on black magic who “agrees to help Snow White and Prince Charming counteract the Evil Queen’s dark spells, but for a price.”

Ginnifer Goodwin (Big Love) will star as Snow White, and Mark Mylod (Entourage) is directing.

The pilot is written and produced by former LOST scribes Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.  The duo also wrote Tron: Legacy.  LOST‘s Damon Lindelof is also on board as a consultant.  We’ll know if the pilot gets picked up to go to series by May, when the networks hold their upfront presentations announcing the schedules for next fall.

Last night, Alec Baldwin was honored by the Museum of the Moving Image, giving a number of his pals an opportunity to say kind things about him, while also cracking jokes at his expense. Lorne Michaels complimented Baldwin on being the "rarest of animals, a liberal who looks good in a suit. He’s also, more impressively, the only Baldwin brother about whom no one has ever asked: 'Which one is he?'” And Michael Keaton, Baldwin's Beetlejuice co-star, remarked, "When you look at the [clip] reel of this guy ... and the photographs and pictures, and you see the range of the things he’s done ... I think to myself, What an extraordinary head of hair this man has. No, he does." Baldwin himself made a speech, saying working on 30 Rock was the most fun he’s ever had: “Who knew that playing a self-seeking, Machiavellian, Republican corporate fuck would turn out to be the highlight of my life.” And Tina Fey’s tribute was so delightful that we’ve printed it in its entirety. On Monday we learned about a curious new venture from Premiere Radio Networks that offers radio shows "voice talent to take/make your on-air calls"—in other words, fake talk-radio callers.

And then we heard from a few folks in the business, and it turns out this is a thing! All of wacky morning drive-time radio, apparently, is populated by voice actors pretending to be jilted lovers—or in at least one instance, an aviation expert talking about a local plane crash. Ryan Seacrest is a major practitioner, and Dick Clark as a major supplier. We talked to some fake radio callers, and here are their stories.

"Any time you hear something surreal on a morning radio show, it's bullshit," one veteran independent radio producer told me. "The great prank phone calls—they're all fake. If it's top 40, and if it has a morning show, then it uses actors."

While Premiere's "On Call" service is relatively new, there are several long-standing services that supply scenarios, story lines, and actors to desperate local morning shows. The problem is obvious: DJs have hours to fill, and if anyone is actually calling into the station, they are in all likelihood boring people with boring problems. Enter United Stations Radio Networks, a radio company co-founded by Dick Clark, who still serves as its chairman emeritus.

Julianne Moore is set to star as Sarah Palin in HBO Films' Game Change. Directed by Jay Roach, the movie is based on Mark Halperin and John Heilemann’s 2010 book about the 2008 Presidential elections and follows John McCain’s presidential campaign, from his selection of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate to their ultimate defeat in the general election.

Danny Strong, who previously wrote the Roach-directed HBO movie Recount, about the aftermath of the 2000 Presidential elections, penned the script for Game Change. Roach is executive producing, with Strong co-executive producing.

For their season finales (and special episodes), NBC is prepping hour-long episodes of 30 Rock, Community, The Office and Parks and Rec. Makes sense! That hour-long Office will be after Steve Carell's sendoff, which will happen four episodes before the finale, but may include the announcement of his successor. It airs on May 19th. And we've already heard a bit about Community's hour-long paintball-themed finale that hits on May 12th.

30 Rock's hour-long episode will be their 100th, airing on April 19th, and the plot will revolve around "a new corporate boss, a star in hiding, and a mind-altering gas leak may doom TGS, America’s fourth-favorite Friday-night sketch comedy show." As for Parks and Rec, its hour-long finale follows The Office's on May 19th, and there's no word on what that one will be about.

What, Outsourced and Perfect Couples don't get the hour-long treatment?! I, for one, am outraged.

Arielle Kebbel, who appeared in the CW's hit The Vampire Diaries, has been cast in ABC's Hallelujah.

Hallelujah centers on a stranger who comes to the small town of Hallelujah, Tenn. to bring justice, peace and restore the faith in the world the residents of the troubled town desperately need. Episodes will be punctuated by songs sung by a gospel choir, which serves as a Greek chorus of sorts.

Kebbel will play the role of Veda Roman in Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry's ABC Studios drama pilot.

She joins previously cast Jesse L. Martin as Jared and Frances O'Connor as Ruth.

Cherry, who penned the episode, and Sabrina Wind will serve as executive producers. Michael Apted will direct.

The actress has starred on the small screen in Gilmore Girls, Grounded for Life and Life Unexpected,and can be seen in the upcoming feature Mardi Gras.

The Chicago-born rapper—real name Wasalu Muhammad Jaco—arrives with his third Atlantic Records studio album, Lasers, which will debut at #1 next week with between 220-240k in sales, the second biggest of the year next to Adele and the best start of his career.

Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor, his Grammy-winning 2006 debut, bowed at #8 with 81k sold, and went on to sell 350k. His second album, the multi-Grammy-nominated Lupe Fiasco’s Cool, debuted at #15 in Dec., 2007, selling 143k, going on to a total of more than 500k.

Columbia’s Glee, Vol. 5 hits this week, with an expected sales total in the 90-100k range. Hallelujah, indeed!

Lost‘s Terry O’Quinn is heading back to ABC in Hallelujah, an hourlong pilot from Desperate Housewives duo Marc Cherry and Sabrina Wind.

The project — billed as a drama with musical elements — is set in the town of Hallelujah, Tenn., which is being torn apart by the forces of good and evil and whose fortunes change when a stranger comes to town, bringing justice, peace and possibly restoring faith.

O’Quinn will play the show’s main villain Del, a charming yet wholly corrupt local millionaire who virtually owns the town. He joins a cast that also includes Law & Order‘s Jesse L. Martin and Cashmere Mafia‘s Frances O’Connor.

The mysterious stranger at the center of the show has not yet been cast.

O’Quinn had been gearing up to reunite with Lost costar Michael Emerson in the J.J. Abrams-produced NBC drama pilot Odd Jobs, but that project has been delayed. Emerson himself recently committed to another gig, the CBS pilot Person of Interest (also produced by Abrams).

American Apparel and CEO Dov Charney are facing a $260 million lawsuit alleging that the executive pressured a former teenage employee into performing sex acts in order to keep her job.

New York City resident Irene Morales, now 20, filed suit yesterday against the hipster retailer in Brooklyn Supreme Court, reports New York's Daily News. Morales charges that Charney, 42, invited her to his New York apartment shortly after her 18th birthday, in 2008, and that he demanded fellatio as soon as she walked in the door. He then allegedly forced her onto the bed and had her repeat the act.

On March 6, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon gathered an intimate group of friends and family at the rooftop Conservatory Grill at the Montage hotel to celebrate the arrival of their twin boy and girl, due in late April or early May.

"There was a lot of love in the room, and to top it off, fans from more than 50 countries sent well-wishes and stories in a book they made for our twins titled Always Be My Babies, which was the sweetest gesture in the world," Mariah tells Life & Style. I’m huge Burn Notice dork and that’s due in large part to the charisma and versatility of its star, Jeffrey Donovan. With Burn Notice being one of cable’s biggest hits, I’m surprised he hasn’t become a bigger presence in theaters, although that may be due to a number of factors (e.g. scheduling, preference, pay, etc.). He last graced the big screen in a supporting role in Clint Eastwood’s Changeling and now it looks like he’ll be re-teaming with Eastwood for the upcoming J. Edgar Hoover biopic, J. Edgar starring Leonardo DiCarpio.
Although (to the best of our knowledge) the movie is no longer titled “Hoover”, it’s nevertheless exciting that he’ll be a part of the impressive cast. J. Edgar also stars Naomi Watts, Armie Hammer, Josh Lucas, Stephen Root, and Judi Dench. As for Donovan, he’ll return in the new season of Burn Notice, which premieres this summer. He also directed the upcoming Burn Notice spin-off movie, Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe, which airs on USA on April 17th.

The Soggies have finally won: Cap'n Crunch is quietly sailing into retirement.

Long derided by health experts for its high sugar content – a single serving contains 12 grams – the cereal is no longer being actively marketed by Quaker, DailyFinance reports. It appears parent company Pepsico is forcing the good Cap'n to walk the plank.

Cap'n Crunch was once the No. 1 breakfast cereal, but pressure from the White House and health activists is having an effect on how PepsiCo and other food companies peddle their products to kids. Sales of the cereal were down 6.8 percent in 2010.

Last year, PepsiCo vowed to reduce added sugar per serving by 25 percent and saturated fat by 15 percent in its products over the next 10 years.

"PepsiCo is no longer marketing Cap'n Crunch cereal directly to children. In a sense, you could say that they have retired Cap'n Crunch, and that's a good thing," Jennifer Harris, of the Rudd Center for Food Policy & Obesity at Yale University, told DailyFinance. "Unfortunately, children continue to view hundreds of ads per year for high-sugar cereals from General Mills, Kellogg's and Post Foods."

The critics have a point: Children cereals contain 85 percent more sugar, 65 percent less fiber and 60 percent more sodium when compared with adult cereals, according to the Rudd Center research. The average preschooler has viewed more than 500 television ads for such cereals.

Just because she’s a whirlwind of glamour and work doesn’t mean Salma Hayek won’t cook dinner. Au contraire. The wife of PPR’s François Henri Pinault is every bit the little woman.

Salma Hayek is getting down to business. She has just arrived at our photo shoot in Paris, makeup-free, hair bundled up into a Rasta-like knitted cap, and now she’s sitting next to the photographer on the couch, going through pictures they’re using as reference points. The Xeroxed photos are provocatively sexy — Romy Schneider looking pained and delirious, Catherine Deneuve pulling her camisole down for Helmut Newton, a bare-bottomed model leaning over a fur coat on a balcony — but this seems to bother Hayek not at all. She examines them almost as if she were the producer of the shoot rather than the subject.

There is (as is customary) a slight nervousness in the room about what she will turn out to be like to work with, what she will or won’t agree to. First of all, she apologizes: most of these images are of women with cigarettes dangling from their lips, but she has a rule about not smoking in pictures. Fine; a lit match is decided upon instead. With all eyes on her, she continues to leaf through until she gets to the naked backside. She stops, and briskly slaps the pile of pictures down on her lap.

“O.K.,” she says, keeping an entirely straight face, “what I can do is put a cigarette in my ass. I don’t think that sets a bad example, do you?”

Inevitably, everyone is in stitches, and it’s apparent straightaway that this is Hayek’s gift: she’s funny and rude and can win over all manner of people in record time. Sometimes her laughter, which comes easily, is low and breathy, like a throwback to girlhood, and yet her speech has a grown-up, rugged quality to it, a combination of warmth and skepticism that draws you in quickly — as if to say, before anything is even in question: You and me, we’re not going to fall for any bull, are we?

A tattoo fanatic has taken his penchant for ink one step further by having his entire face covered in a skull design.

‘Mad Dog’ Deon, 27, loves his new tattoo, however, his girlfriend Catherine was less than impressed with her other half’s new look.
He showed off the artwork, which is his 37th tattoo, during an appearance on the Jeremy Kyle Show, in an episode titled How Could My Boyfriend Destroy His Own Face?

‘I’m slightly struggling as to why anyone would have a skull tattooed on their face,’ Kyle said.

However, Mad Dog was unrepentant, saying: ‘I don’t care what I look like. I am who I am, if people don’t like me for who I am, they can do one. What’s wrong with it? I’m still the same person inside.’

Anton Hysen, the son of former Liverpool defender Glenn Hysen, has become the first openly gay footballer in Sweden and possibly in Europe.

The 20-year-old, who plays in the Swedish second division for Utsiktens BK, who are coached by his father Glenn, comes from a footballing family with his older brothers Tobias and Alexander both playing professionally too.

Hysen revealed that he came out to try and show that being a gay footballer is no big deal.

"I might not play in the top league, but I want to prove that there is no big deal if I'm a footballer and also gay," he told Offside magazine.

 Las Vegas popsters Panic! At The Disco have announced their intentions to release a short film. The movie was created by Shane Drake, who has worked with the band on several of their music videos.

The film will reportedly feature parts of four of Panic! At The Disco's songs from their upcoming album "Vices & Virtues", to be released on March 22 via Decaydance / Fuelled By Ramen. I love that more and more films/tv shows are being filmed in Boston. It's such a lovely city.

When I caught up with the 25-year-old Oscar nominee who plays “Jessica Stanley” in The Twilight Saga at the grand opening of Fig & Olive on Melrose Place, she dished exclusively to PopStop TV about her favorite iPhone application – Angry Birds!

“Oh, actually, I was playing it in the car on the way over here, is that bad?” Anna joked. “No, I have like 3 stars on every level. It’s disgusting how much I play that game. It’s not like ‘Oh, what level am I on,’ It’s like ‘Do I need therapy to break myself from playing angry birds?’”

Aaron Tveit of "Catch Me If You Can" takes us around SoHo



From a table inside Manhattan’s Jane restaurant, Aaron Tveit—part Disney prince, part Abercrombie & Fitch model—throws on his Ray-Ban Wayfarers and starts singing. “I wear my sunglasses at night, so I can, so I can,” he croons to the venue’s waitstaff and a few early birds. Song comes easily and often to Tveit, and lucky for all of us, he’s got a golden set of pipes. A true triple threat, the 27-year-old, New York-based actor has already successfully crossed over from Broadway (Next to Normal, Rent) to television (Ugly Betty) and film (Ghost Town), and back to the Great White Way, where his turn as the notorious Frank Abagnale in the Broadway debut of Catch Me If You Can will probably make him a star.

No matter what it turns out to be in the end, it's already clear that "X-Men: First Class" is going to be something unusual. What we've seen so far of the '60s-set origin story for Marvel's premiere mutant super-team has a very different feel compared to other recent comic book adaptations. Director Matthew Vaughn thinks so too. Really, that's the whole point.

"This is going to be very different. What I'm doing no one has done in superhero films. It's James Bond, it's a political thriller and it's an X-Men movie," he told IGN during a set visit.

Vaughn came to the project with an open mind. Let's face it: the direction taken in "X-Men: The Last Stand" was not a particularly welcome one, a fact that he recognized going in.

"It's not like the other X-Men movies which I think is important. I think they need to sort of take on a new... you know, what 'Batman Begins' did for all those Batman movies? We bloody well need it. I'm not saying it's going to be as good as Batman Begins, but it's the same sort of attitude," he said.

IGN also brings word from the set of an action scene they saw being shot (mild spoilers follow).

In the scene, a group of Sebastian Shaw's (Kevin Bacon)men, led by Azazel (Jason Flemyng), beats the crap out of a group of security guards in a government facility's rec room. Also featuring into the scene is a group of young, terrified mutants, including Raven Darkholme/Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Hank McCoy/Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Angel Salvadore/Angel (Zoe Kravitz), Armando Munoz/Darwin (Edi Gathegi), Alex Summers/Havok (Lucas Till) and Sean Cassidy/Banshee (Caleb Landry Jones).

Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger has instructed her representatives to set up a meeting with the producers of "Glee" because she is determined to land a role in the hit TV show.

The singer is a big fan of the musical series and is keen to follow in the footsteps of other guest stars including, Gwyneth Paltrow and Britney Spears, who have previously appeared on the show.

Scherzinger admits she is pressing hard for the chance to step into Glee and is already making plans for her character.

She tells Britain's Capital FM, "I love Glee and am waiting for my time. I really want to do something on Glee but am always traveling so don't get time to watch it a lot but I try to when I can.

"We're going to set up some meetings and stuff. I would definitely love to do a guest spot on Glee because I came from musical theatre. I want to take on a completely new character, like something kind of dramatic and not what people would expect. To be unrecognizable would be cool."

The couple have been trying for months to get pregnant, but nothing seems to be working. “I don’t know what the problem is,” Khloe says.

Ever since Khloe Kardashian married NBA star Lamar Odom in September 2009, she has been ready and eager to become a mom. But what she thought would be an easy task, hasn’t turned out as well as she hoped. “I’ve always wanted kids,” Khloe, 27, tells Us Weekly. “It takes time, I guess, I don’t know.” A lot of women face fertility frustrations, but there are ways to make it happen!

Khloe is feeling pressure from her family to have a baby

Back in April 2010, Khloe told Us that she and Lamar, 31, had been trying to get pregnant. “If it happens, it happens,” she explained. The problem is, almost a year later, it still hasn’t happened. “I don’t know what the problem is,” she admits, adding that her conception issues are confusing.

Khloe, why are spending thousands on baby gear?

Sometimes, the best thing a couple can do is just keep trying and see if it works. Khloe has it right when she says getting pregnant takes time. Some people have it easy and others don’t, but that doesn’t mean Khloe and Lamar should give up hope!

Since Alyssa Milano announced she has a baby on board, she's been fielding tons of advice. But one nugget in particular was especially comforting for the mom-to-be.

"It sounds kind of harsh but a friend of the family recently told me it's really hard to kill a baby," she told reporters at last night's Limitless premiere in NYC, "That made me feel much better!"

All kidding aside, Alyssa said she's comparing parenting crib notes with her costar Halle Berry...

"We had a very nice conversation about being a mother yesterday," she told me of her New Year's Eve castmate—Alyssa and Halle been filming with in the Big Apple, along with Robert De Niro.

And since Alyssa has been busy balancing working with her pregnancy, hubby Dave Bugliari is being especially sweet.

"Yesterday my call was at 5:30 am and the car was picking me up at 4:45 in the morning," she said. "My alarm went off and he got out of bed and went and ran the shower for me."

Sounds like a keeper!

There was obviously no drinking any of the DeLeon tequila flowing freely at the premiere and after party for Alyssa, but she said she's been craving something perfectly healthy so far.

"Broccoli," she confessed of her biggest craving, "I'm so boring!"

Hey, at least eating tons of broccoli will make losing the baby weight a cinch, right?
