Michael Moore, a mass of contradictions: Against capitalist forces, unless, of course, they stand to benefit him. On Monday, Moore filed a lawsuit against Harvey and Bob Weinstein for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud related to his documentary Farenheit 9/11. Moore is asking for $2.7 million for "unpaid profits"—on top of the $19.8 million he's already been paid for the film.
The Weinsteins are calling the case a "standard accounting dispute," and offered to take the case into mediation, but Moore rejected the offer. "He redefines the term greedy for someone in this business who claims to be a Mr. Poverty indie documentary filmmaker," said an insider close to the case. Ironically, his work with the Weinsteins—including Capitalism: A Love Story—has netted him more than $48 million. SOURCE
It might be late, but I don't get why the article is making it sound like Michael Moore is being greedy. If he is owed money for work he has done, I think he is entitled to ask for it.
A Washington, D.C. production company has filed an $18 million lawsuit over the rights to the music on the hit song "Bottoms Up" by Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj.

It boasts superb performances, but right now the 'normal' public may not want to go and see a film about the US financial crisis
There's so much male energy coursing through JC Chandor's promising financial crisis thriller Margin Call that by the end of it you'd be clamouring for an oestrogen bath, if such a thing were to exist. Drawing on the dialogue-laden energy of Boiler Room and Glengarry Glen Ross, the movie boasts a terrific performance by Kevin Spacey at the heart of an impressive ensemble.
I saw Margin Call at a packed press and industry screening on Friday but it will be more revealing to see what a "normal" audience makes of it all at Tuesday's world premiere, because financial crisis stories aren't exactly the kind of thing the paying public is going to run to see at the end of the week. Say it aint so, lawd lawd! Word is singer Fantasia is pregnant with her boyfriend, Antwaun Cook’s baby! Peeps close to Tasia tell us she’s about 3 months along.
We toldja last year Fantasia admitted to a North Carolina judge that she was pregnant with Antwaun’s child but decided to have an abortion. This is just some more drama…don’t forget Antwaun’s soon to be ex wife Paula is still considering suing Fantasia by the Alienation of Affection law which allows for an abandoned spouse to sue the party responsible for the failed marriage.
Congrats to the couple if its true…I wonder what Aunt Bunny is sayin right now GURL PLEASE!
Kate Hudson was once so obsessed with Tom Cruise and his willy, she used to rewind the video of him in movie All The Right Moves just to catch a glimpse of his groin.
'I was just crazy about him,' admits Kate, 31.
'You can see his pee pee in that movie. Everybody can see it, it's like a shadow. I remember I was watching it, I was really little, and I was like, "Oh my God". I went back and I re-wound it...'
Kate, has also revealed her parents and siblings - mum Goldie Hawn, stepdad Kurt Russell and brothers Oliver, 34, Wyatt, 24, have never considered nudity a big deal.
'I've got like a million brothers and my house is filled with boys so there's parts flying around through hallways, all over the place,' Kate told Graham Norton in his TV show.
'We have an open family, naked people is not something we hide. Like if my brother had to go from the bathroom to his bedroom, every once in a while, if there was no towel, you know, he'd just go to the bedroom.'
Kate has a son Ryder, 6, with former husband Chris Robinson and is expecting a baby with British musician Matt Bellamy.

Monday was the last night of musician/god Prince's run of concerts at Madison Square Garden, and because he is Prince, and does what he wants, he invited large-busted socialite Kim Kardashian to dance with him onstage (around 1:00 in the video). But she didn't dance! Instead, she stood there and pulled that awkward-pretend-laugh-oh-God-I'm-so-unco
But you don't do that to Prince in front of a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden, no matter how many sex tapes you have. So he kicked her off stage unceremoniously, and the moment was recorded for posterity in this delightful video.

A Queens mom says a Long Island Toys "R" Us store sold her a kid-friendly "Go, Diego, Go!" video that turned out to be an X-rated surprise.
Candice Connor's jaw dropped when she and her two young boys sat down to watch the cartoon about the animal-loving Nickelodeon character and saw a nude couple having sex.
Instead of getting "Nickelodeon All-Star Sports Day" featuring Diego, she got a graphic video titled "Bubble Butt Bonanza No. 17."
"I was disgusted," Connor, 31, told the Daily News last night. "As a parent, my job is to make sure my children are safe."
Connor said she bought two cartoon DVDs for her sons, Logan, 3, and Nigel, 11, on Friday at the Toys "R" Us in the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream. They watched the first one without incident. On Saturday morning, Connor told Nigel to play the "Diego" DVD for his little brother.
"I saw a Caucasian lady and man and they were naked," said Nigel, a sixth-grader at the Susan B. Anthony School in Hollis. "I was surprised. I was very disgusted."
Connor showed The News her receipt for the $12.99 DVD and the plastic wrapping it was sealed in when she bought it. As of last night, she had not contacted the Toys "R" Us store, saying she was waiting to hire a lawyer.

Justin Bieber for MAD Magazine
MAD magazine's longtime public face, Alfred E. Neuman — with his big ears and goofy grin — sports a Bieberesque bowl of hair on the cover of the Feb. 16 issue. The headlines: Justin Bieber. "HIS STUPID HAIR!" "HIS DUMB BOOK!" "HIS TERRIBLE MOVIE!" "HIS AWFUL MUSIC!"
Bieber has already been on the cover of Vanity Fair, certainly no easy accomplishment. "That was probably the highlight of his career and being on the cover of MAD is the lowlight," John Ficarra, editor-in-chief of MAD, said with a laugh and, just maybe, a snort.
But it may also be another step in the singer's saturation of all things media and of course, making the cover of the long-published magazine that has been pushing humor, pathos and Alfred E. Neuman for nearly six decades is certainly nothing to sneeze at.
Ficarra said it made sense to put the 16-year-old singer on the cover of issue No. 508 and then playfully mock and satirize him within the pages, too. "We like to do what we call Zeitgeist covers. When we found that his movie was debuting just about the same time we would be coming with the issue," it all fell into place, Ficarra said. "We knew he'd be all over the place."
The issue is bound to be a best-seller with Bieber on the cover, Ficarra said. "He'll hate it and buy every copy," he said, "and it will be a sellout. Or, conversely, Bieber won't even notice and "we'll probably sell three copies of the issue."

The reviews of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark have been like a big spritz of Orkin. The New York Times, Daily News and New York Post (2.5 out of 4) agree it's a tangled web.
With headlines like "DEAD ON ARRIVAL" and worse, why didn't they just go with "PIECE OF SHIT, DIRECTED BY A BITCH?" It wouldn't have been much meaner.
Anyone see it?
Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, the $65 million Broadway musical from Lion King director Julie Taymor and Bono, of the Irish Bonos, was supposed to open on Monday night. It didn't—it's been delayed, again, till March 15—but that didn't stop a bunch of critics from reviewing it anyway. And they all agree: It's unbelievably bad.
This probably isn't a surprise if you've heard about the half-dozen actors Turn Off the Dark has injured in its interminable run of previews, or about the millions upon millions of dollars shoveled into the maw of a show that is not only, by all accounts, technically unworkable, but also barely finished.
And it's especially not a surprise if you're a regular Gawker reader. Our own Richard Lawson called the show "really, truly horrendously and unfixably bad down to its bones":
The book is a travesty, the music is lazy and awful—it's like listening to the scraps left on the floor after U2 recorded "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me"—and the actors, including the voice-cracking lead Reeve Carney, are just not up to the vague, sloppy task set before them. If every flying element worked pretty much perfectly, as it did when I saw it, the show is still one of the worst things, if not the worst, I've ever seen on Broadway.

Shot after shot, Celtics' Allen driven toward greatness
Yes, he is finally starting to realize it's a big deal.
"I think about it, yeah," Ray Allen said recently. "Nate Robinson came up to me and he said, he was like, 'Man, I didn't realize what everybody was talking about, and then I looked it up. Reggie Miller had the record, and we all grew up watching Reggie, and I'm on your team, and you're about to break his record and you did it in fewer days, games, shots, whatever it may be. And that is incredible'...
"And when I saw the enthusiasm in his face, I had to kind of look within myself and say, 'You know, that is something to marvel at.' Just being able to do it. And I think about all the players that existed when I came into the league, all the great shooters, and to be able to say that I've left my mark on this game, and still have the opportunity to do even more."
The playwright and poet Sherman Alexie, in the documentary "SonicsGate," said that Ray Allen may shoot a 3-point shot better than any human being has done anything. That is the magic of basketball, of course; every night, you have an opportunity to see a person at the outer edges of man's abilities, pushing the envelope with their bodies the way Chuck Yeager pushed the envelope of speed with the Bell X-1 aircraft.
And Walter Ray Allen is about to be the best gunslinger the NBA has ever produced.
It will likely come this week, when Allen makes his fourth 3-pointer. That will break Miller's record of 2,560 threes, set during Miller's 18-year career. Allen has reached the plateau in his 15th season, and will set the mark having taken about 600 fewer shots than Miller did.

But the eternally sleeveless comedian and the Snookster do have one thing in common: no filters on what they'll say. Of course, the show isn't all fun and games. "When you're in a situation where it's life or death, seriously, it's not time to be funny."
Laughs or not, Larry does think that certain episodes will make us feel better about the future of our country. And if that doesn't entertain you, then maybe seeing him finally put on something with sleeves to brave the bitter cold in Minnesota will

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's ... Lindsay Lohan?
Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ ... Lindsay's people have had multiple phone conversations within the last few weeks with the people behind the new "Superman" reboot. We're told Lindsay is up for a role in the flick -- and while it isn't Lois Lane, we hear it would be a "major character."
We're told Lindsay is supposed to meet personally with the "Superman" people soon -- but she might be a little busy with that felony grand theft charge thing.
According to our sources, Lindsay is "dying to show people again how talented she is" and is worried this latest run-in with the law (for which she maintains she's innocent) could ruin her shot at the movie.
Apparently that necklace she's accused of stealing is made out of kryptonite.
Reps for Warner Bros had no comment.

Michael Jackson was in such a weakened state before he died ... it's unfair to blame his death on Propofol ...and we've learned this is precisely what lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray will argue to a jury.
Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Dr. Murray's team will argue that at the time of his death, Jackson's body was failing him ... partly because he was "driven over the edge" by AEG to rehearse for his upcoming tour.
We're told Murray's lawyers will call witnesses to testify that Jackson was not showing up for rehearsals -- and when he did show, he was exhibiting "clear signs" of failing health.
The upshot of the defense ... even if jurors believe Dr. Murray administered the fatal dose of Propofol, Jackson was already in failing health.
But as TMZ has already reported ... Dr. Murray's lawyers will argue Jackson himself administered the fatal dose of Propofol to himself when Murray was out of the room.
The trial begins in April. source
Colin Firth has learned one major consequence of being an Oscar front-runner – that talking about how you're feeling becomes a full-time job.
"One does get asked quite regularly how one feels, and of course it does change throughout the day. I feel obliged to take my temperature or something," the actor, 50, joked Monday at the annual luncheon for Oscar nominees in Beverly Hills.
If only he could clone himself, that might help.
"One of the complicated things about this rather out-of-body experience is it's as if there are two of you, and one of you has to interview the other one to find out how one feels at any given moment," the Best Actor nominee says.
Joking aside, Firth is clearly thrilled to be recognized for his work in The King's Speech, though he says he's not allowing himself to get too carried away.
"Obviously it's elating, and I have a feeling that however this feels is going to percolate throughout the next six months or so," he says. "I'll probably punch the air in May at some point and crack open some champagne in September when it all sinks in."
The 83rd annual Academy Awards will air live Sunday, Feb. 27, at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on ABC from Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.
News outlets including The New York Times and The Los Angeles Times broke with Broadway tradition last night by running reviews of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark before its official opening on March 15, prompting a spokesman for the show to publicly speak out against their actions. “The PILE-ON by the critics was ridiculous and uncalled for. Their actions are unprecedented and UNCOOL!” said the show’s spokesman Rick Miramontez in an exclusive statement to EW. Many of the the critics noted that the date of their reviews, Feb. 7, was supposed to have been opening night for the long-delayed, notoriously troubled Spider-Man musical before a third postponement last month pushed the official premiere to March 15.
The reviews have been largely negative, with sharp criticism directed at the show’s storyline, conceived by director Julie Taymor and writer Glen Berger, as well as the rock-inspired score, composed by U2′s Bono and the Edge.

The very first image of Meryl Streep as former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady has been released.
The film tells the compelling story of Margaret Thatcher, a woman who smashed through the barriers of gender and class to be heard in a male-dominated world. The story concerns power and the price that is paid for power, and is a surprising and intimate portrait of an extraordinary and complex woman.
“The prospect of exploring the swathe cut through history by this remarkable woman is a daunting and exciting challenge. I am trying to approach the role with as much zeal, fervour and attention to detail as the real Lady Thatcher possesses – I can only hope my stamina will begin to approach her own!” Meryl Streep said.
The Iron Lady stars Meryl Streep as Lady Thatcher and Jim Broadbent as Denis Thatcher. Their young selves are played by Alexandra Roach and Harry Lloyd. The rest of the cast of family and friends, politicians and advisers, is made up of the very best of British acting talent, including: Olivia Colman, Nicholas Farrell, Susan Brown, Roger Allam, Anthony Head, Julian Wadham, Pip Torrens, Nick Dunning, Richard E Grant, David Westhead, Angus Wright and John Sessions.
Shooting began on location in the UK on 31st January 2011.

The Reigning Queen of Rock and Roll has finally unveiled the track 'Secret Love,' the first single from 'In Your Dreams,' her first studio album in ten years.
Producer Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics has substantially updated the demo version with more vibrant drums, subtle synths and electric guitars that bring some brightness to the melancholy lyrics.
Stewart co-wrote half of the songs on 'In Your Dreams,' the seventh solo studio album by Nicks and first since 2001's 'Trouble in Shangri-La.' The record is set for a May 3 release on Reprise.
Last month, Nicks appeared with Rod Stewart on 'Ellen,' and the two plan to hit the road together for the first time on the Heart & Soul Tour, which kicks off March 20 in Sunrise, Fla.

Every solo project by Eminem has been nominated for a Best Rap Album Grammy, and the Detroit MC has taken home a trophy every time except for his album Encore. This year, Eminem earned a whopping 10 Grammy nominations and is likely to take home a few awards.
But according to Em's friend and recent Shady Records signee Royce da 5'9", the Recovery superstar doesn't think he's gonna win big on Sunday.
"It's funny, I just had the conversation with him about it," Royce told MTV News. "He doesn't think he's gonna win anything. He wouldn't bet me, though. But I think he honestly thinks he's not gonna win. Which I think is ridiculous."
The veteran rapper is not only up for Best Rap Album but Best Rap Song ("Not Afraid"), Record of the Year ("Love the Way You Lie") and the coveted Album of the Year for Recovery, among others.
Eminem is also scheduled perform at the Grammys on Sunday. Last year, he took the stage with Drake, Kanye West and Lil Wayne for the Thank Me Later star's "Forever" performance. But for this year's telecast, the multiple Grammy winner will take top billing.
Em's new Shady Records additions Slaughterhouse — Royce, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Joe Budden — will join their new label boss at the esteemed event. Em also recently inked upstart rapper Yelawolf to Shady Records.
Royce, who is working on his next solo LP, Success Is Certain, due in April, said he'll be cheering his longtime friend on.
"I think he's gonna win," Royce said. "We're rooting for him."
Em deserves album of the year! I seriously would shed a tear if he loses. Normally idc too much but it's really his turn imo. Also guys rumor has it that space bound is the next single! And Paul said he is going to perform a medley of songs at the grammys! I am hoping for sb and INAD!
Olivia Wilde's husband, handsome Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, wasn't by her side when she glittered in a dazzling Marchesa gown at last month's Golden Globe awards -- or when she hit the red carpet for December's premiere of box office smash Tron: Legacy.
And now the world knows why: The couple have separated after eight years of marriage, a rep for Wilde, 26, told UsMagazine.com Tuesday.
"They have been separated for a while," one insider explains of the pair.
What went wrong?
"It was Olivia's decision...for the typical Hollywood reasons," another source close to Wilde tells Us. "Her career has exploded and she saw being married is not as much fun. She feels she missed out on being single getting married so young, and wants to sow her wild oats."
Indeed, six months after meeting, the couple eloped (marrying in a school bus in rural Virginia) when Wilde was just 18. The son of late Italian Prince Dado Ruspoli, filmmaker/musician Tao lives in California and, at 35, is nine years older than the sexy House M.D. star.
Continues the pal of Wilde, who has about half a dozen film roles on her plate (including this year's Cowboys and Aliens with Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Sam Rockwell): "She is a hot property now ... it was weighing her down being married."
Her estranged husband, meanwhile, "is heartbroken and really wanted to stay together."
Adds a third source: "Olivia got married really young. She's done a lot of growing since then, just like anyone would...they've just grown in different directions."
Time for this coupling to happen!
She's already dominated the box office. So what's next for Leighton Meester? The charts! Duh.
While she's already showed off her singing chops on "Good Girls Go Bad"—and, more recently, in Country Strong—a new track written for the Gossip gal by producer pal Clinton Sparks was released earlier today, and has Meester returning to her dancier roots (bye bye, 10-gallon hat).
Ah, I kind of love it, but I'm glad Leighton's working on a new direction with her music. COUNTRY STRONG shows she's actually got a very rich voice that's better off for acoustic/jazz moreso than pop.
Chris Colfer's talked to MTV's 'The Seven' yesterday --- he doesn't have a Valentine :( He also talks about "Aunt" Anne Hathaway, and his high school years.
Chris Brown looks to have become a favourable force here in the UK. The 21-year-old who duetted on Chipmunk’s newly-issued Jive/Columbia single ‘Champion’ is set to encounter his first UK number one with the track. It is heading straight for the UK top spot this coming Sunday (Feb 13th). According to midweek figures, the cut is ahead of Jesse J’s BoB-assisted ‘Price Tag’ by 6,000 copies!
It gets even better for Breezy in the UK chart. His latest single ‘Yeah 3X’ debuted at #10 previously. On Sunday, the track moved up to #9. And according to the midweeks, it has currently moved up two spots to #7! This means, just like Jesse J, Breezy will have TWO singles in the UK top ten!

Doctor Who-niverse fans have been abuzz since creator Russell T. Davies announced that he'd be leaving spinoff series Torchwood: Miracle Day in the hands of its capable writing staff. Perhaps this lastest bit of delightful Twitter hints as to the show's most recently-joined castmember will rub some balm on those wounds.
Last night Torchwood costume designer Alana Stone Tweeted: "Dodgson! Dodgson! We've got Dodgson here! See? Nobody cares. Nice hat!"
And this cryptic message from the official BBC Torchwood Twitter: "We've got Alexa Havins here with us today with a special guest, here's a clue 'uh uh uh didn't say the magic word.'"
If you've seen Jurassic Park (a.k.a. if you exist, you know, on this planet) you know they're referring to rotund character actor Wayne Knight, whose career has actually, when you think about it, been STELLAR. Sharon Stone flashed him in the interrogation room in Basic Instinct. He played the instigator Dennis Nedry in the aforementioned Spielberg dino romp.
But Knight is probably best known for his long-running role as Newman, Jerry's hateable mailman neighbor on Seinfeld, whose sole function was to be a nemesis and creep on Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Elaine.
Knight joins Mekhi Phifer, Lauren Ambrose, Bill Pullman and John Barrowman in Torchwood: Miracle Day. No word on how many episodes Newman will appear in or the role he'll play, but as soon as it's leaked we'll throw y'all a bone.
Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft tomorrow.
Sources connected with the case tell us ... the single count of felony grand theft will be filed at Airport Court in L.A. Wednesday morning.
Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30 PM. She must be present for the hearing.
Lindsay will be charged with stealing a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.
If convicted, she could be sent to California State prison.
The Meriwether project, originally titled Chicks and Dicks, is described as a young ensemble comedy about the sexual politics of men and women. It centers on Jessica, the role Deschanel is eyeing, an optimistic but unlucky-in-love elementary school teacher who, after her most recent break-up, moves out of her apartment with her ex and moves in with a trio of juvenile guys.
This would mark the first regular TV role for (500) Days of Summer star Deschanel, who was recently attached to star in and executive- produce an HBO half-hour project based on Pamela Des Barres’ memoir I’m With the Band: Confessions of a Groupie. That, however, ultimately didn’t go forward. She previously did an arc on Showtime’s Weeds and guest-starred opposite her sister in a late-2009 episode of Bones.
Lindsay Lohan will not be handcuffed and paraded in front of cameras Wednesday before her arraignment on felony grand theft charges ... sources connected with the case tell TMZ.
Our sources say there will be no "perp walk" -- which is when someone charged with a crime is arrested, cuffed and taken to the cop shop for all to see.
Instead, Lindsay, seen above leaving her probation officer this morning, will simply surrender to the court when she shows up for her arraignment tomorrow.
After Lindsay is arraigned, she will be taken to the basement of the courthouse where her booking photo will be taken ... then released after bail is posted.

Diet Pepsi will soon be available in a "taller, sassier new Skinny Can" that the company says is a "celebration of beautiful, confident women."
Diet Pepsi's new 'skinny can' will debut at New York's Fall 2011 fashion week.
The new can -- which stands just more than six inches in height -- will make its debut at New York's Fall 2011 fashion week later this month, but it won't hit stores until March.
"Our slim, attractive new can is the perfect complement to today's most stylish looks," said Jill Beraud, chief marketing officer at Pepsi (PEP, Fortune 500). "We're excited to throw its coming-out party, during the biggest celebration of innovative design in the world."
The new look will be rolled out with an assist from Simon Doonan -- the fashion commentator famous for his store window displays -- who will unveil a "special collaboration" in New York on Feb. 11.
"Diet Pepsi has a long history of celebrating women through iconic fashion imagery seen in our infamous and historical campaigns, and we're proud to continue that tradition," Beraud said.
For consumers who prefer their soda cans to be the traditional short and fat product -- no need to worry. A Pepsi spokeswoman confirmed the old model will remain on shelves.
Starkid Productions will present Starship: The Musical at the Hoover-Leppen Theater in Chicago, February 11-23.
The show, which features music and lyrics by Glee star Darren Criss, is written and directed by Matt Lang, alongside co-writers Nick Lang, Brian Holden, and Joe Walker. The show also features puppets by Russ Walko of Swazzle.
The musical is set in the distant future on a far off planet inhabited by a race of giant alien insects, and in particular, one named Bug, a starry-eyed dreamer, who longs for something bigger than what he has known.
The company's previous stage work includes a theatrical version of its internet hit, A Very Potter Sequel, which followed one of its initial successes, the online A Very Potter Musical.

Anne Hathaway wraps her arm around James Franco in another set of promo shots for the 2011 Academy Awards.
The two actors will be co-hosting the ceremony on February 27, airing live on ABC from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood!
Hugh Jackman, who emceed the show in 2009, recently shared some hosting tips for James and Anne.
“The first 45 minutes, you just have fun. Go out there and have a great time,” he told told E! Online. “The last three or four hours, just move it! Just get going because the air goes out of the crowd. Once the awards start getting out, people start leaving, people start losing. Then it becomes a different atmosphere.”
Hugh also said the two shouldn’t forget to eat something before or even during the telecast.
“It’s a long show. I actually took out cookies during one of the commercial breaks because I had a note from my wife saying ‘You’re doing a great job’ and I was really hungry. So we had some cookies and I got mobbed! You’ve never seen anything like it. All these A-list actors just mobbing for me chocolate chip cookies,” he revealed.
Someone is very interested in joining 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" next season, according to Radar Online. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have expressed interest in the series, and the news site learned that Pratt had a meeting scheduled for Tuesday to meet with the people behind the Bravo reality series, which airs on Channel 60 in Tempe. Could viewers of the series see this popular reality couple on Bravo soon?
The couple was on last season on MTV's "The Hills," and Pratt worked to get them another series once that ended. A possible series for Heidi fell through, and not much has happened since. With those plans not working out, Montag and Pratt want to take up residence on the reality series on Bravo.
Spencer Pratt said the following, according to Radar Online:
“We would move to Beverly Hills in a heartbeat. We would be psyched if this happened for us."
What do you think? Would you tune in to watch Heidi and Spencer on Bravo?
"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. on Channel 60 in Tempe. If Heidi Montag joins the series, she would replace Camille Grammer. She has yet to sign on for the next season.
I wont lie, I would LOVE if this happened. But I think she would fit in with the broke OC wives better.

'Just Go With It' co-stars Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston stopped by our studio to talk about their new comedy. And for those of you wondering whether or not to check out the movie, Aniston runs down her five reasons to watch the film in 30 seconds or less, to which Sandler adds his own motivation: Aniston in a bikini.
The chemistry between the flirty duo is unmistakable, as they meander their way from one comical topic to another, including the last time Jen vomited, Adam's strange plastic surgery desire and his hilarious retelling of a fan encounter in a public bathroom.
Sandler, however, is not the only comedian in the room. Aniston holds her own, bringing the laughs with her "best" accent demonstration and playing the straight man in Sandler's bizarre romantic weekend scenario -- something that sounds more like a hospital stay than a beach getaway.

The best-kept secret in Spain is out.
Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz’s son’s name is Leo, according to a slip of the tongue by Spanish director and family friend Santiago Segura.
“I know what you want and you don’t understand why they don’t come running to show off the baby and say, ‘Look, here’s Leo.' You’re a bunch of busybodies,” Segura blurted out when questioned by journalists why the couple shies away from the press.
Realizing his error, Segura then said “Yeah, Leo. I think so. That’s what I think I heard. But they haven’t said anything.”
According to Spanish news reports, the baby’s full name is Leo Encinas Cruz, as is Spanish custom to use both the father and mother’s last names. Encinas is Bardem’s father’s last name, though he prefers to use his mother’s last name, Bardem.

I was requested to do an IAMA after responding to -- http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/fdujr/whats_the_craziest_frickin_thing_you_have_ever/ and I feel a bit nervous(?) about it. I apologize for the long explanation.
I went a little bit insane when I was 11 years old. I started the Atkins diet/A parental suggestion--which I promise was meant to only be helpful (He was on the Atkins diet, too) and saw this as something we could do together: make breakfast + get healthier, et cetera. It was supposed to be very minimal and short term. I realize the Atkins diet is a joke and extremely unhealthy but then it was somewhat new and we were uninformed.
I am a very extreme person as it turns out. I began doing all kinds of experiments on myself..how long can I go without eating carbohydrates, sleep, and so on. I went from about 140 pounds (I was 5'8 at the time--I am 5'10 now) to 90 within 4 months.
I was very good at being sneaky, manipulative, and difficult with my eating habits.
I was sent to Texas Children's Hospital for a few weeks so I could walk again and then I was sent to Remuda Ranch. I hid all sorts of things under my mattress: juice boxes, fruit, and anything else I found scary.
I was so mal nourished and out of my mind that I had to be tricked into getting onto a plane to fly to Arizona. During this time I developed a small case of trichotillomania.

[atkins-free sauce] She answers questions in the original thread, like what she did after ANTM
Last year, she turned 18, learned her parents were splitting, and took the bong hit heard round the world. In her first interview as a legal adult, the highest-earning teen in America confesses she's not perfect.
I'm inclined to give Miley Cyrus a pass on the whole bong-smoking thing. I'm inclined to think, Lord, honey, just steer clear of the cameras next time. And I tell Cyrus this when I meet her. We're down in New Orleans, where she's shooting her new comedy, So Undercover, and we're sitting in her big cozy trailer around twilight, and we've spent the day together now, so a certain level of comfort has been established. The subject of "The Bong Incident" (which, in case you have been living under a rock, involved a two-and-a-half-minute video of Cyrus smoking a bong filled with salvia, an herb sold legally in many health-food stores, posted on TMZ in December) has come up, and after she says all the things you expect her to say ("I'm not perfect ... I made a mistake ... I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans ..."), I cannot help but set my journalist hat aside for a minute and say, "But do you really think it was a mistake? Obviously college kids your age all over America are smoking bongs with a lot more than salvia in them."

It was previously reported that struggling chanteuse Ciara would release the Usher assisted ‘Turn It Up’ from her poorly recieved new album ‘Basic Instinct’. The track was scheduled to impact radio on March 8th but All Access has now removed it. This has spurned massive online speculation that Jive may have pulled the plug on Ciara’s album, and dropped her in the process. Apparently, she is said to be a drain on label resources because she is still struggling to discover what type of artist she is.
In fact, as Chris Brown “is proving successful on multiple formats”, they see him as a better investment now. Sadly for Ciara, ‘Basic Instinct’ has sold less than 50k to date since it’s release in December. When the album’s producer The Dream said she was in trouble if this album did not sell, he was right. People got him for his remarks and pushed him to delete his twitter account. As much as I hate to defend his sorry butt, he was only saying what most of us were thinking. Here’s hoping Ciara can pull herself up from this should she find herself a new home in the foreseeable future (rumour has it, she’s negotiating with Interscope). I guess we can expect some type of official announcement real soon.
Crystal Renn on living under constant scrutiny about her weight
'Plus-size' model Crystal Renn says she would have to have a binge-eating disorder to satisfy what the media and the public want her to be.
With fashion week about to kick-off again, it's time for all the inevitable debate about the weight of catwalk models to fire up. One girl who bucked the trend for stick thin girls is model Crystal Renn, who, after fighting advanced anorexia (at the height of her illness she weighed 88lbs at 5ft9" - the average weight of a 5ft 12 year-old), was signed by Ford agency as a plus-size model and subsequently enjoyed even more success both on the catwalk, and as the star of countless fashion shoots.
However, after recently coming under fire for losing weight again, leaving her supporters worrying she has succumbed to anorexia once more, Renn has taken to the Ford Models blog to set the record straight.

Mila Kunis has revealed that she was bullied at school over her appearance.
The actress, who is 5ft 4in, explained that she was "funny-looking" and was always the shortest in her class.
She told OK: "I had a very funny-looking face when I was little. I had like big eyes, big lips, big ears. But when I was little I was constantly being made fun of for having big eyes and that was awful.
"I used to come home crying, 'Why do I have big eyes?' And my parents were like, 'You're crazy!'"
The 27-year-old went on to say that she has learnt from being taunted.
She added: "I've learned it wasn't a bad thing to be picked on because when you're little is seems awful, like it's the end of the world. I grew into my face."
Everyone deserves a second chance, even if you are Christina Aguilera.
Days after messing up "The Star Spangled Banner" in front of 100 million people, The Brooklyn Cyclones are offering Aguilera a second chance to get it right. On Tuesday, the minor league baseball team invited the Staten Island native to sing a do-over of the song she publicly botched.
Aguilera messed up one of the lines of the national anthem before Sunday's Super Bowl in Arlington, Texas.
Christina's fumble happened right after the twilights last gleaming and the perilous fight. The line that follows is: "O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming."
Instead she made up a line, a creative combination that included a previous line with a bit of Christina improv : "What so proudly we watched at the twilights last gleaming."
Cyclones general manager Steve Cohen said in a statement that "when a player makes a mistake, they usually don't get a shot at redemption, but with a singer, that's a different story."

You generally don't make friends with the person your ex cheated with, but in this case, the pair make a good team.
Kelly Osbourne broke up with fiance Luke Worrall this summer when she found out that he cheated. Turns out, she nabbed Worrall with the help of the person he cheated with. Enter Elle Schneider. She spoke to Out Magazine about the affair.
When Kelly reached out to her via Twitter and Facebook, she asked Worrall about it and then worked to make a new friend. She offered to work with her and a shoulder to cry on, and the two hit it off.
Schneider, who is transgendered and in the process of changing from man to a woman, said Worrall knew from the start about her gender.
"When he approached me at the club, the crowd I was with was all transgendered people or drag queens," she said. "It was obvious that I belonged to the crowd. Later that night when we met up, I told him, 'I'm transgendered,' and he said he knew and didn't have a problem with it."
As for the nude photos, she says they're real -- and she got a good laugh out of seeing his reaction.
In December, Kelly lashed out against Worrall on Twitter -- though Schneider says she has him blocked.
Actor Stephen Moyer thinks that his real-life relationship with Anna Paquin has made their on-screen love scenes in True Blood easier - because the cameramen are more relaxed filming them.
After they shot the pilot for the vampire TV show, the pair started dating in 2007 and then went on to marry last year.
And Stephen, 41, is sure that their romance has made shooting racy scenes for the programme an easier task for the crew.
Moyer told British Celebs on Sunday magazine: 'Everybody on set now gets to see what goes on behind closed doors - we leave nothing to the imagination.
'Our love scenes actually work really well. Since the crew knows we do have chemistry and are together in real life, I feel it takes away from the nerve-wracking tension that can occur when people have to watch two actors who are just getting to know each other engage in an intimate scene.'

On her talent: “I think that people now see that I’m more than just a one-trick-pony sexy girl. I have a lot more to bring to the table. I’m trying to give people music that they can hopefully adopt as a soundtrack to their lives—songs that speak to a whole range of emotions.”
On performing: “I think some people will die on the stage (shots fired at Gaga?), and I’m not so sure I want to do that. Like, I want to have kids! I’m totally fine with saying that. I think some people are scared because they’re worried it’s going to ruin their career, but I want to live a full life.”
On how her career has panned out: “I feel like I’m at a point in my life right now where I could potentially stick around. I don’t feel like a diva, but I think diva is a great and powerful word in the sense of what Beyonce makes it. And maybe I can’t be Beyonce, but maybe I can be Cyndi Lauper. I mean be like her, not be her. That would just be weird.”

Eminem, Muse and Foo Fighters will be among the headliners for Lollapalooza when it returns Aug. 5-7 to Grant Park.
Reliable industry sources confirmed the bookings Tuesday. Lollapalooza promoters C3 Presents had no comment, but the Eminem booking is a coup. The hip-hop artist is expected to win his first album-of-the-year prize at next Sunday’s Grammy Awards for his latest album, “Recovery,” the best-selling album of 2010.
The Foo Fighters — fronted by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl — are returning with their seventh studio album in April, the band’s first set of new material in nearly four years. Muse will be playing a few festival shows while readying its next album this summer; the U.K. band scored its first major U.S. hit with its 2009 release, “The Resistance.”
Also expected to play Lollapalooza, according to several industry sources: Best Coast, Girl Talk, Crystal Castles and Lykke Li. At least three more headliners will join Eminem, Muse and Foo Fighters.
The complete Lollapalooza lineup is expected to be officially released in April.

Actress Jennifer Lawrence grabbed a lot of attention for her Oscar-nominated role as a teenage daughter of a meth-addicted mother in Winter's Bone -- but now she's gaining attention for something slightly more jaw-dropping.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the 20-year-old joked that though she now lives in Los Angeles, her childhood in Kentucky means that "little redneck things still come out." Including "I'm attracted to my brother. Stuff like that."
Well okay then!
After losing out to Kristen Stewart for the part of Bella in the Twilight series, Lawrence, who got her start in a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup commercial at 14, was cast in the indie hit Winter's Bone.
The Oscar nominee for Best Actress jokes that she hasn't prepared a winning speech, but "I have been practicing my losing face."
You'll see her face--winning or losing--next in X-Men: First Class, where she plays the mutant Mystique, a role which required her to don blue skin and go topless. She'll also appear in the new Mel Gibson/Jodie Foster movie, The Beaver.

Here’s what the 50-year-old Shelter actress had to share:
On when she feels sexy: “Oh, my. Well, I think you need to be away from your children [laughs]. Doing the mommy stuff does sort of squash that area of your life. I can feel that way when I’m alone with Bart or when we take a trip. But the day-to-day of picking up kids and going to the eye doctor and then dropping them off at basketball and then going to the middle school concert, that stuff doesn’t make you feel very sexy! That was my day yesterday.”
On what her 50th birthday means to her: “One thing a 50th birthday does is say, All right, time is marching. You have these things you’re happy with and proud of. But if there’s something you haven’t done that you’ve been waiting to do, then by all means, don’t want any longer. Do it!”

Fantasia in process of gaining 45 pounds by start of filming in May.
The Hollywood Reporter
American Idol alum and erstwhile VH1 reality-show star Fantasia Barrino has added another line to her resume today.
The season three winner is slated to appear in a feature-film adaptation of the 1993 book Got to Tell It: Mahalia Jackson, Queen of Gospel, which recounts the life of the late American gospel singer, a civil rights activist who was also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The CAA-repped Barrino, who's biggest post-Idol gig to date was playing Celie in the Broadway version of The Color Purple, will portray Jackson on her journey from abject poverty in New Orleans to her rise as a global figure in gospel and early supporter of Martin Luther King, Jr. The singer died in 1972 at the age of 60.
The 26-year-old performer also played herself in the 2006 Lifetime biopic Life Is Not a Fairy Tale: The Fantasia Barrino Story, which was based on her 2005 autobiography.
The film will be directed by Euzhan Palcy (A Dry White Season) from a script by Jim Evering, and goes into production in April in Pittsburgh and Chicago for a December release.

The queen of R&B looks likely to join U2 and Coldplay as headline acts at the 2011 instalment of the world's biggest festival, if rumours are to be believed.

Hugh Jackman was in Dallas recently to promote his upcoming robot-boxing movie, Real Steel. In Jackman’s corner was none other than Olympic gold medalist and one of the greatest boxers of all time, Sugar Ray Leonard. When they weren’t busy discussing their picks for Superbowl XLV, the duo stressed the realistic, human element of Real Steel in addition to its cool-factor. While Leonard doesn’t have a starring role in the film, he was responsible for not only training Hugh Jackman, who plays an ex-boxer turned coach, but also for providing each of the massive robots with unique styles and personalities.

Tonight, Paramount aired a new TV spot for J.J. Abrams’ upcoming film Super 8 (click here to go watch it). The notoriously secretive Abrams spoke to Hero Complex about the film because everyone knows that secrecy only matters if a film is six or more months away. All that’s really been known about the film up to this point is that it will have a 80s Amblin Entertainment vibe that executive producer Steven Spielberg is bringing to the project. It also takes place in a small fictional town of Lillian Heights, Ohio in 1979, involves a train crash, something trying to escape from the wreckage, and a Super 8mm camera. Now Abrams has decided to reveal a bit more about the film.
Hit the jump for what he had to say about his highly-guarded project [minor spoilers ahead]. Super 8 is due out June 10th.( Collapse )
Last May, we reported that Bourne Ultimatum director Paul Greengrass was circling a 3D remake of the 1966 sci-fi film Fantastic Voyage which would be produced by James Cameron. Sadly, Greengrass passed on the project and more-sadly, they have now signed Night at the Museum director Shawn Levy to the project. For those unfamiliar with the original, the story centers on a group of scientists who shrink themselves in order to enter a colleague’s body and save him from a blood clot. The remake was penned by Shane Salerno (Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem) with a polish by Laeta Kalogridis (Shutter Island). According to Deadline, the film will be almost exclusively CGI once the scientists enter the body.
Deadline reports that while other directors were considered for the gig, Levy is a “Fox favorite who is broadening beyond comedies into bigger fare.” That “bigger fare” includes the robot-boxing drama Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman, which is due out later this year. And as we reported last week, Jackman and Levy are re-teaming for an untitled action/adventure project that will be set up at Fox.
A 3D remake of Fantastic Voyage could be an exciting flick, but I don’t see that happening with Levy at the helm. At best, he’s a journeyman director who doesn’t get in the way, but as he’s shown with the action-scenes from Night at the Museum 2 and Date Night, he’s not adept at putting together exhilarating set pieces. I’m willing to have my mind changed by Real Steel (Steve liked the footage he saw when he visited the editing bay), but at this point, I’m less-than-enthused about his hiring.
It's over for Olivia Wilde and her husband Tao Ruspoli.
The House M.D. actress and her husband have mutually agreed to separate after eight years of marriage.

LOL @ MCR AND BIEBER
...all in one song made up while on stage at HMV Next Big Thing Concert
The whole thing is cute. "Is she gay or is she straight" she asks and answers at 4:05, if that's all you care about, lol.
PLUS -- There is a distinct possibility that Nicki Minaj will indeed appear on a remix version of "Do it Like a Dude". Jessie has said she wanted Nicki on the remix and intends to hound her at the Grammy's about it as they will both be there:
“I’m a huge fan of hers. I’m just gonna maybe bug her at the Grammys like, ‘Hi, we have the same hair.’ You never know. I’m just gonna keep an open mind and see what happens.”
But Nicki caught wind during her trip to London and fell in love with Jessie and the song (is there any doubt?)
“I heard about Jessie J because she said in an interview that she wanted me on her single,” Nicki told the U.K.’s Daily Star. “I checked her out afterwards, and I fell in love with her, the tone of her voice and everything.”
Every Super Bowl, there is one commercial that is considered “the sexy one”. This year, it’s Kim Kardashian revealing how she got those enviable double flour sack buttocks: Sketchers Shape-Ups. That’s right! The same doofy, thick-bottomed shoes that your active grandma in Boca Raton wears. In the spot, Kim was glistening with sweat and was breaking up with her personal trainer in a suggestive way and… how did we get to this point? The point where a woman who shot to international fame because of a movie of Ray-J ejaculating on her became the spokesperson for a family-friendly brand of discount footwear?
Anna Torv has admitted that she is unsure about the resolution to the current romantic storyline on Fringe.
On the Fox sci-fi drama, Peter (Joshua Jackson) is torn between Olivia (Torv) and her parallel world doppelganger, known as Fauxlivia.
"I don't know who he should choose, I really don't," Torv told GiveMeMyRemote. "Fauxlivia's kind of fun. I wouldn't mind spending some more time with her."
Asked about the recent rumours that Fauxlivia is pregnant with Peter's child, the actress replied: "I think that we're about to find out something that's going to make that decision a whole lot harder for Peter. That's all I can say."
Torv's co-star Jasika Nicole (Astrid) recently revealed that Peter and Olivia's relationship will grow more complex in future episodes.
Paris is formalising its fascination with "Mad Men" by giving a medal to the hit series' creator and executive producer, Matthew Weiner.
Two of the series' stars, Christina Hendricks, who plays officer manager Joan Harris, and John Slattery, who plays ad agency partner Roger Sterling, flanked Weiner at the ceremony on Tuesday in a gilded salon of Paris' City Hall.
Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoe's top official for cultural matters presented Weiner with the Vermeil medal for cultural and other contributions to society.
"I fell in love with Paris through the movies," said Weiner, adding that it was "very meaningful" to be given the award.
"I don't get many accolades, I don't get many medals," he said.
"Mad Men," which traces the lives of advertising execs in 1960s New York, has been winning French fans, and photographers and camera crews mobbed the three on their way in and out of the ceremony. The team was in town to promote the series in France.

They take revenge using their intelligence, perpetuating perfect crimes. For they are not so much five as they are one : one mind, one single will. The only person who understands this is Jimbo Farrar, fighting them with all his might. Unless he’s on their side… For as six the world could be theirs, and endless night would fall : The night of the child-kings.

Aretha Franklin won't say much about her recent health troubles, but the Queen of Soul said in an interview with HLN on Tuesday that she's doing "very, very, well."
"I am feeling super, absolutely super, and doing very, very well," Franklin told "Showbiz Tonight's" AJ Hammer. "I cannot wait to get back on the bus and get out there."
Franklin also revealed details about casting for a movie about her life, saying that Halle Berry won't play her, but two singer-actresses are on the short list.
The legendary singer will get a "get-well card" Sunday, in the form of a musical tribute during the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards, said Ken Ehrlich, the show's executive producer.

Charlotte Church was nearly killed after a boiler at her home began to leak, it has been reported.
The singer told friends that she and her children are "lucky to be alive" after discovering that the boiler in her £1.3 million mansion was releasing carbon monoxide into the house, claims The Sun.
Church was apparently struck down with headaches for weeks before she fitted a CO detector at the suggestion of her grandfather and soon realised the problem.
"Charlotte was terrified when she found out what had been happening," a source said. "Charlotte is probably lucky that the house is so big and airy."
Church has two children - 3-year-old Ruby and 2-year-old Dexter - who are also said to have been at risk from the faulty boiler.
Last year, Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle revealed that her entire family could have died after a similar gas leak at her home in California.
Jesse Eisenberg has confessed that he feels uncomfortable attending awards ceremonies.
The Social Network actor - who was nominated for a 2011 Oscar for his performance in the film - told US Weekly that he feels like an outsider and often questions whether or not he belongs at such events.
"I have this general sense of feeling like I don't belong, although I talk to a lot of other people who I think of as very much belonging and they have the same feeling, so I think it's just a room full of insecure actors," he explained.
Eisenberg joked: "I feel like when I was 13 and I had to go to Bar Mitzvahs every weekend, and this is like the same feeling.
"I put on a suit every weekend to go and meet with a lot of Jews."
