“KERI/CIARA COLABO IN 2011,” the caps lock happy producer Tweeted. “KERI WILL BE 2 OR 3 TIMES BIGGER NEXT YR”.
Polow then continued, attempting to put to bed rumors that Keri and Ciara are locked in some kind of feud.
“THEY’VE KNOWN EACH OTHER SINCE THEY WERE 14…. ME CIARA KERI LLOYD AKON LUDA TI JEEZY AND JAZZE ALL STARTED FROM NOTHING…… #ITSALLLOVE”
Keri and CiCi’s rumored beef goes back almost two years now. It first started with online speculation that Keri Hilson’s infamous “Turnin’ Me On” remix was a thinly-veiled diss to Ciara and Beyonce. Tensions were then reignited last week when Ciara made some comments on her Twitter that some people speculated may have been related to Keri Hilson, who at the time had just admitted on Hot 97 that she hoped her new album No Boys Allowed would sell more than Basic Instinct. Ciara then ‘unfollowed’ Keri on Twitter.
Is Polow just wishful thinking, or is this collaboration actually in the works? The answer should provide the true tea on whether or not Keri and Ciara actually have any kind of feud. It’s a little confusing, especially since Ciara’s latest Tweets are some cryptic messages about trying to make friends with somebody that has “bad intentions towards you”, and how “humility is the key to success”.
Leave the drama at home, ladies.
In "brighter" news, Keri’s No Boys Allowed album is set to debut at #11 on the Billboard 200 with between 90-110k.

Look who's hitting the waves this holiday season in Hawaii: Cher and her good friend Kathy Griffin.
While Cher suited up to stay warm for her adventures in paddleboarding and looked like a pro with the oar, her pal Kathy wasn't worried about the temperature and instead showed off her rockin' bikini bod.
Cher shows no signs of slowing down at age 64 as these photos prove, perhaps providing inspiration for her pal Kathy, who just turned 50 this year!

The radiant Natalie Portman (CLOSER, BLACK SWAN) lights up the screen in this frank, funny, and heart-wrenching adaptation of bestselling author Ayelet Waldman’s novel about life, loss, and family directed by Don Roos (THE OPPOSITE OF SEX, HAPPY ENDINGS).
Emilia (Portman) is a Harvard law school graduate and a newlywed, having just married Jack (Scott Cohen, THE UNDERSTUDY), a high-powered New York lawyer, who was her boss – and married – when she began working at his law firm. Unfortunately, her life takes an unexpected turn when Jack and Emilia lose their newborn daughter. Emilia struggles through her grief to connect with her new stepson William (Charlie Tahan, I AM LEGEND), but is finding it hard to connect with this precocious child. Perhaps the most difficult obstacle of all for Emilia is trying to cope with the constant interferences of her husband’s angry, jealous ex-wife, Carolyn (Lisa Kudrow).
It's a nice problem to have if you're the Walt Disney Co -- but not if you're trying to visit the Anaheim theme parks. I'm told that both yesterday and today Disneyland began turning away would-be visitors within hours of opening and then redirected them to California Adventure until that park reached capacity, too. Sounds like The Happiest Place On Earth could be the grumpiest judging by this alert which the Disneyland Twitter site has been sending out regularly:
Disneyland Resort extremely popular today. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure access temporarily limited.
For those planning on going today, they're turning people away today as well.

Ashton Kutcher is in hard training for the apocalypse, but this no big screen role: he's afraid that armageddon is coming.
Speaking to Men's Fitness, Kutcher predicts that the "end of days" is on its way, and he wants to be prepared for the inevitable madness. He told the magazine (quotes via JustJared):
"It won't take very much, I'm telling you. It will not take much for people to hit the panic button. The amount of convenience that people rely on based on electricity alone. You start taking out electricity and satellites, and people are going to lose their noodle. People don't have maps anymore. People use their iPhones or GPS systems, so if there's no electricity, nobody has maps."
And then what? The way Kutcher sees it, all chaos breaks.
"And people are going to go, 'That land's not yours, prove that it's yours,' and the only thing you have to prove it's yours is on an electric file. Then it's like, 'What's the value of currency, and whose food is whose?' People's alarm systems at their homes will no longer work. Neither will our heating, our garbage disposals, hot-water heaters that run on gas but depend on electricity - what happens when all our modern conveniences fail? I'm going to be ready to take myself and my family to a safe place where they don't have to worry."
So what's a soothsaying star supposed to do when he sees the end of the world? Kutcher is stocking up on guns and spending hours and hours running the canyons near his home, pushed on by visions of being chased by wild boar. He's also taking daily bikram yoga sessions, and learning Krav Maga, a deadly Israeli combat technique taught to high-powered special ops.
"All of my physical fitness regimen is completely tailored around the end of days. I stay fit for no other reason than to save the people I care about."
Sounds like his toughest role yet.
lol civilization is not going anywhere anytime soon imo, but even if it is we better hope someone besides the Punk'd guy is planning on stepping up

E! News has exclusively learned that, upon her release from rehab next week, Lindsay is going to get cracking on expanding her 6126 fashion brand into footwear.
Hey, why not? First stop leggings, next stop Jessica Simpson territory!
"She'll finalize everything when she's out," says a rep for 6126, who describes the shoes Lindsay has in mind as "classic, glamorous, timeless with a sexy flair."
An official announcement is expected early next year and, if all goes according to plan, the line will debut next fall.
Lindsay was ordered to remain in treatment until Jan. 3, but at this point it's not for certain whether she'll scram right on Monday or give herself some breathing room and head out later in the week.

All That Sports, “Will hold NTV responsible if this affects Kim at Worlds”

NTV aired the secretly filmed footage of Kim’s training on the evening of Dec. 26 in a program called 'Shin sou hou dou Bankisya'
ATS expressed strong displeasure and sent an official complaint to NTV on the 28th. “NTV filmed inside Kim’s L.A. training rink, a place where videotaping is not allowed - a violation of the ice rink’s regulations. Also NTV was not granted any sort of approval to film Kim beforehand. Nicole Richie's probation was terminated this morning -- months before it was scheduled to end ... TMZ has learned.
Nicole was on probation for a DUI in 2006, where she was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway.
Nicole's lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court this AM -- in the rain no less -- and presented the judge with proof Nicole had completed all the terms of probation, including a glowing report from the alcohol ed program in which she's been enrolled for the last 18 months.
Probation was scheduled to end in February, but since all the terms have been satisfied, the judge agreed to terminate it early.

There really is no stopping the tour de force that is Beyonce. Indeed, despite being on a career ‘hiatus’, the superstar serves as the only Pop star to chart within the top ten of Forbes‘ annual ‘Hollywood’s 20 Highest Earners of 2010′ list.
Landing at #9 on the tally, the ‘Single Ladies’ singer earned an estimated $87 Million over the last 12 months; this without any studio albums or movies hitting theatres. Instead, the 29 year old, who is sandwiched between film legend George Lucas and Dr Phil on the list, generated much of her income from numerous endorsement deals (including Vizio and Nintendo), as well as box-office returns from her blockbuster ‘I Am…World Tour’. For what it’s worth, husband Jay-Z was named ‘Hip-Hop’s Cash King’ by Forbes in August with a year income of $63 million
In other notable chartings, Britney Spears ($64 million), Lady Gaga ($62 million) and Madonna ($58 million) sat at numbers 13, 14 and 15, respectively.
Say what you want about her, but Ms. Knowles really is at a career high right now. After all, mainstream media would have you believe the likes of the Britney’s and Lady GaGa’s are presently the bigger stars, yet Beyonce earning $20 million more than them is no small feat nor one that should be overlooked.
With Bey, GaGa, and Britney all set to release new album’s in the coming year, it will be particularly interesting to see how, or if, the tide turns at all.
Spoilers: They won't.
The plot is a little out there, but we’re definitely curious for the forthcoming sci-fi romance “Upside Down” starring Kirsten Dunst and a bearded Jim Sturgess.
Directed by Juan Solanas (Argentinian arthouse fave “Nordeste”), the film follows Adam (Sturgess) a seemingly ordinary guy who is holding on to the memory of Eve, a girl he met once upon a time from another world, an inverted affluent world with its own gravity. Their childhood flirtation becomes an impossible love but when he catches a glimpse of grown-up Eve on television, nothing will get in the way of getting her back. The first images from the film are certainly eye opening, promising a picture that certainly won’t skimp on dazzling visuals. That said, sci-fi romance as a genre has a bit of rocky track record so we’re cautiously optimistic for this one.
No word yet on release dates but we expect it to crop up in the festival circuit in 2011.

Conan O'Brien in top five of desirable celebrity neighbors: Sandra Bullock first
Conan O'Brien definitely has made his mark on the neighborhood. In a new poll by a top real estate marketing company, people were polled and asked who is a desirable celebrity neighbor. While Sandra Bullock came in first, the man who rounded out the top five list was TBS talk show Conan O'Brien.
Considering what the qualities are to make the list, it is pretty obvious just how likeable the show's top host is to the American public. A gracious host on television with no crazy behind the scenes stories (at least that are true) there isn't any doubt the American public has adhered to Team Coco's mascot and appreciated how hard Conan has worked over the years and how gracious he has become.
The top five of the list from Zillow include:
1. Sandra Bullock
2. Sarah Palin (WHAT???)
3. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia DeRossi
4. President Barack Obama and the first family
5. Conan O'Brien
If you are wondering who didn't make the list and was found on the other end of the list of the undesirables, it was no other than the cast of MTV's Jersey Shore. Apparently nobody wants to live near Snooki, Mike 'The Situation' or any of the other cast members.
Conan was neighbors with Jim Carrey/Jenny McCarthey! I say "was" because they have since broken up and I'm not sure who retained the home.

I've also heard that adults are more likely than teens to text and drive because adults feel as though they have enough experience driving to be able to multitask like that.

Explosions + reality TV makes everything better. Probably. (For proof of this, here's a video of sand castles exploding in reverse on a reality show. See? Explosions can even make sand castles entertaining. Sort of.)
But somehow, cakes plus explosions does't seem like a natural mix. After all, cakes are ... something you'd like to eat. Demolishing them is such a waste. And as your mom might remind you: waste not, want not; you should always clean your plate, etc.
Still, explosions are what we got on 'Cake Boss: Next Great Baker' (Mon., 9PM ET on TLC). Two teams competed to create the best cake for a special effects company. Host Buddy Valastro didn't like one of the cakes, so he had it blown up. And then he blew up the other one.
The teams had to make pastries incorporating pyrotechnics, but both teams' fireworks fizzled. All of this provided the thinly-veiled excuse to blow up some cakes -- which we suspect was the goal no matter what happened on the show.
In the end, contestant Pamela Ahn was sent home from the losing team. Meanwhile, other players were injured while trying out special effects for their cakes. Brian Stevens went to the hospital after a cup of burning alcohol seared his hand, and Megan Rountree was knocked out of the competition after a fog machine landed on her ankle. See, blowing up cakes just equals bad karma all around.

She guarantees that Hanna isn’t dead. “Hanna’s not dead. You’re definitely going to see a character change in Hanna in the next couple of episodes. She grows a lot from this whole experience, and you’ll see her and her mom dealing with their financial situations. And then her love triangle will kind of work itself in there.”
She crushed on Hanson and Jonathan Taylor Thomas: “I also had a crush on Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Every time he would come on the screen, he was like my boyfriend. I was such a nerd like that.”
She and her PLL costars have fashion ESP. “We definitely end up wearing the same thing sometimes. We’ll come to set and we’ll all have the same coat on, or we all have the same jeans or dress. It’s so funny. So, we all have the same kind of style, but each of us add something different.”
She dressed up for Harry Potter! “I went to see the new movie on opening night and dressed up. I just wore a cape and glasses and tights and boots. I was like, why not? We were working really late and some of my friends from Glee went and we all dressed up and everybody else was dressed up, so I didn’t like feel out of place. It was fun!”

Natalie Portman took her fans by surprise this week with a big announcement: She’s pregnant and engaged to marry her Black Swan choreographer, Benjamin Millepied. But that’s hardly the only excitement she’s got coming in the new year. The 29-year-old actress — who graces the cover of this week’s Oscar Race issue — is poised to score a Best Actress nomination for her career-high turn as a tormented ballerina in Black Swan, a role she says nearly destroyed her. “There were some nights that I thought I literally was going to die,” she says. “It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down.” Instead, the performance has lifted Portman into the ranks of Oscar shoe-ins this year (alongside 127 Hours star and Oscar co-host James Franco, who also gets his own EW cover this week) and turned Black Swan into an unlikely box office star — with a little help from a steamy love scene between Portman and co-star Mila Kunis. “Everyone was so worried about who was going to want to see this movie,” Portman says. “I remember them being like, ‘How do you get guys to a ballet movie? How do you get girls to a thriller?’ And the answer is a lesbian scene. Everyone wants to see that.”

It was only one year ago that we learned the shocking news that Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi were leaving the "Spider-Man" franchise. Since then, many of us have adjusted to the idea of newcomer Andrew Garfield taking over the role of Peter Parker — and even Maguire himself has offered his support.
"[Maguire] sent me a lovely message through a mutual friend. He gave me his support and it meant a great deal of course because part of the reason I love and have continued to love this character was because of his portrayal. To step into those shoes is no mean feat," Garfield said during a recent appearance on BBC News.
"It was generous of him to reach out and say something," he added. "So I'm thankful."
Garfield spoke at length about his work on "Spider-Man," which he began shooting earlier this month. "It's wonderful in theory, isn't it," he said of his casting in the film. "You kind of go, 'Well this is going to be great.' But then of course in practice it's obviously a great deal of hard work and a great deal of pressure, but wonderful. It's incredible."
The actor, a lifelong comic book fan who counts Spider-Man as a favorite character, compared the core themes of "Spider-Man" to those of the great Shakespearean and Greek tragedies.
"I feel like comic books are our Greek mythology, like a modern Greek mythology," he explained. "I kind of equate the themes, and I think a lot of people would agree, the themes that Stan Lee was writing about in his comics are the same themes you'd find in Shakespeare ... or in these tragedies. I feel that all of the same human themes are in there, and it's just under a different kind of guise."

Abortion is a tough thing to talk about on camera. So tough, in fact, that Judd Apatow's favorite euphemism, "smashmortion," as he put it in "Knocked Up" ("I won't say it, but it rhymes with smashmortion"), now has its own Urban Dictionary entry. On Tuesday, MTV decided to address the issue head-on by airing the 30-minute reality special “No Easy Decision.” (It remains available to watch online.)
But for some, one half-hour special after many years of MTV teen-mom programming just isn’t enough. Recently, some critics and fans have denounced MTV's pregnant high-schooler series "16 and Pregnant" and its follow-up series, "Teen Mom," for refusing to present abortion as a viable option. "While 27% of all pregnant teens choose abortion, 100% of pregnant teens give birth in MTV’s version of 'reality,' " wrote Jennifer L. Pozner, author of "Reality Bites Back," on her blog.
“These so-called ‘reality shows’ reinforce Bush-era abstinence-only educations programs,” Pozner said during a recent phone conversation. “The message is that if you have sex, you’ll be punished by getting pregnant, and you will either keep that baby or give it up for adoption.”
MTV finally presented another option with "No Easy Decision," which follows "16 and Pregnant" star Markai and her partner, James, as they weigh their options for her unplanned second pregnancy, the result of a missed Depo-Provera birth control shot.

According to their statements, both girls were hired as hostesses during Kalimba's December 18 DJ performance at the Buddha Bar club in Chetumal, which is located near Cancun and within the Riviera Maya area. After the performance in which Kalimba was presented as DJ Tripod, he and all his team and staff members, including the girls, were transported to Marlon Hotel.
According to the first girl - a 17-year-old high school student who firstly accused Kalimba of rape and has remained unnamed - she was contacted by the bar's administrator to invite her and the second girl to an after party at the hotel where free drinks would be served.
During the party, the girl states to have been raped by Kalimba after falling asleep at around 3 a.m. local time in the singer's hotel room. The following Monday, on December 20, she filed the complaint at a local public ministry while accompanied by her aunt.
On Tuesday, prosecutor Francisco Alor Quezada said a second girl, also 17 years old, spoke out about the incident, saying she was sexually abused as well, but in a different room. However, this case is still undergoing legal procedures and details have not been disclosed.
Quezada, nonetheless, did not detail whether the girls were drunk or under the influence during the incident.
Kalimba, whose complete name is Kalimba Kadjhali Marichal Ibar, is scheduled to make a court appearance in the upcoming days to make his initial statements regarding the incident. The singer, however, used his Twitter account on Monday to respond to the accusations.
"You should know that I am not proud of everything I do, I make mistakes, I fall and I sin; but I definitely did not do what I am being accused of."

[Gordon Ramsay] spent 12 hours at a Los Angeles clinic having follicles removed...before they were reinserted where his hairline is thinning.
As these photographs show, he was seen leaving the Alvi Armani centre in Beverly Hills wearing a black surgical-style cap on his swathed head.
A source said: ‘While his hair may not have been obviously receding, it had become an issue for him.'

'Tron Legacy' Crosses $100 Million Mark
Tron: Legacy crossed the $100 million mark at the domestic box office on Tuesday. The movie, budgeted at $170 million, which has been in U.S. theaters for 12 days, has also made around $75 million overseas.
The most interesting note about the domestic number is that almost a quarter of the box office receipts -- about $25 million -- are from IMAX theaters. Tron is playing in 3,451 theaters across Canada and the U.S., with only 235 of those being IMAX houses. For that low count to generate 25% of the gross is astonishing. And a record proportion for IMAX.
But while that is good news for IMAX, it’s not necessarily good news for Disney. IMAX filmgoers tend to be in the 15 to 34-year-old demo and are -- how shall I put it? -- geekier than the average person. So the numbers reveal that while the tentpole is performing solidly in its core demo, it’s ability to break out into a broader audience might remain a bit elusive, despite the extensive ad campaign designed to widen the tent.
Also coming into play for Tron is the PG rating. The classification would theoretically broaden the potential audience, allowing families to join in on the trip to the Grid. But some box office observers note that the classification might have signaled that the movie isn’t as edgy as some fanboys -- the fickle fans of these kind of movies -- would have liked.
Ratings are actually a larger issue for Disney, which has signalled a desire to lure notable filmmakers to develop projects for its slate. For example, David Fincher and Guillermo del Toro, both known for making envelope-pushing films, are working on 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and The Haunted Mansion, respectively. Disney will need to find ways to develop projects that not only showcase the distinct voice of their filmmakers -- usually that factor that allows a film to pop above the din -- but still be broad enough to attract the size of audience the studio craves.
just saw this today omg flawless
Agathe von Trapp, a member of the musical family whose escape from Nazi-occupied Austria was the basis for "The Sound of Music," has died, a longtime friend said Wednesday.
Von Trapp, 97, died Tuesday at a hospice in the Baltimore suburb of Towson after suffering congestive heart failure in November, said Mary Louise Kane. Kane and von Trapp lived together for five decades and ran a kindergarten at the Sacred Heart Catholic parish in nearby Glyndon until 1993.

He said she will be buried in the spring at a cemetery at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vt.
Agathe's death leaves four surviving members of the Trapp Family Singers: Maria von Trapp, 96; Rosmarie von Trapp, 81; Elenore "Lorli" von Trapp Campbell, 79; and Johannes, 71.
I love the movie sfm. I got the 45th anniversary box set for Christmas and I can't even open it.
“A white guy just asked me seriously . . . Why do brothers love women with big bootys . . . I told him ‘Because that’s the IMPACT AREA. Coco even told me that she was considered fat while she had a 23 inch waist . . . I told here ‘Don’t worry baby, I appreciate that ass!’ My brain always told me . . . If she’s too skinny . . . She probably can’t cook.”

Promoters plan cheaper concert tickets in 2011
Concertgoers tired of ballooning ticket prices should have some extra pocket change to rattle with their rock 'n' roll in the new year.
The year 2010 was tough for the concert business as high prices kept many fans at home. Promoters now say they plan to make shows more affordable in 2011.
Heading into last summer, usually the busiest time of the year, prices were set too high despite the sluggish economy. Managers and promoters believed fans would keep paying for the one or two concerts they see on average each year.
Instead, many stayed home and dozens of shows were canceled. Lots of venues filled seats with fire-sale prices.
Now, rather than charge a lot early and offer discounts later, some promoters say they'll offer cheaper tickets from the start, partly because they know fans will spend as much as usual on beer and souvenirs when they arrive.
ZZ Top, for one, expects to set prices below the 2010 average of $55. Some tickets will go for as little as $10.
''It's time to give the value back,'' said Carl Stubner, manager of the long-bearded rock band from Texas. ''We'll find other ways to make money.''
That doesn't mean all acts will be cheap — not even Cheap Trick, whose tickets for 2011 are selling for around $80 with fees. Fans of hot performers, including Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga, also shouldn't expect to get much of a break.

Co-Executors John Branca and John McClain fired off a vitriolic letter to the Prez of Discovery -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they accuse the network of operating in "shockingly bad taste ... motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael's death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value."

LOS ANGELES — The defense for the doctor facing trial for involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death will suggest the singer actually killed himself, a prosecutor said during a hearing Wednesday.
"I do think it's clear the defense is operating under the theory that the victim, Michael Jackson, killed himself," said Deputy District Attorney David Walgren.
"They don't want to say it but that's the direction in which they are going."
The statement came at a hearing where a lawyer for Dr. Conrad Murray clashed with the prosecutor over who should test residue from two syringes found in Jackson's bedroom.
Defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan declined to comment on any theories of defense outside court and said lawyers were still investigating the case.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled to begin Jan. 4 after which Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will decide if there is sufficient evidence to hold Murray for trial. The issue of residue in the syringes is unlikely to be brought up in that hearing, attorneys said.
Jackson died on June 25, 2009, of what was later found to be acute Propofol intoxication, with other sedatives found to have been a contributing factor.
But Flanagan told Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor that a huge amount of the anesthetic Propofol — possibly 150 milligrams — would have had to be present in Jackson's body to reach the level that killed him. He noted that Dr. Murray has said he gave him only 25 milligrams of the drug along with small amounts of benzodiazopines — sedative drugs — to help him sleep.
There have been suggestions that during a brief period when Murray left the room Jackson, possibly desperate for sleep, could have injected himself with more of the Propofol.
Flanagan said a broken syringe was found on the bedroom floor in addition to a syringe in an intravenous medication bag. He said a fingerprint found on the broken syringe hasn't been identified.
WTF?! So much hate...SO much hate.

Hit singles don’t just happen when Justin Bieber steps up to the mic and opens his 16-year-old yap to sing. Often it takes just as much blood, sweat and tears (not to mention a little magical fairy dust) from the producers behind the boards to give a pop song that extra shine. We rounded up the eight musical wizards who we feel made 2010 a very listenable 12 months on Planet Pop. Check them out below.
