Lindsay Lohan will blow out of Betty Ford a week from today, but she has a plan in place to stay sober ... for the first time in many years.
Sources tell TMZ ... although Lindsay can leave B.F. on January 3, she's staying an extra day.
On the 4th, she'll drive 100 miles back to L.A., but she's not returning to the West Hollywood condo where she fueled her addictions for much of 2010.
And on the subject of addiction, we're told Lohan has a sponsor specifically to help her deal with the culture shock of reentry. She's also pre-scheduled several months of AA meetings.
Best of luck, Lindsay Lohan. The Shirley Temple's on us.
Why are there so many stans on ONTD? idgi lol.
Yeah yeah. I know I'm pressed fat and bald not skinny from cocaine use etc.

Amanda Seyfried Returning To 'Big Love' for Finale
The actress shoots a special appearance for the HBO hit's last episode.
Amanda Seyfried has established herself as a movie leading lady but she will be making her small screen return for the final episode of the Big Love's five-season run.
For four seasons, Seyfried played Sarah, the eldest daughter of polygamist Bill (Bill Paxton) and Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn). At the end of season four, her character ran off with her husband Scott Quittman.
Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul will also return for the finale to reprise his role as Quittman.

To be honest, I'm happy the holidays have brought a Glee respite, because watching this show at home, alone, feels like I'm watching it with an audience that includes all of America, because everyone obsesses about this damn show!
And it's not going to cool down for Feb. 8's Valentine's Day episode, hints Chris Colfer, who says "there might be a development" when Kurt and Darren Criss' Blaine sing Robin Thicke's "When I Get You Alone" (outside of a Gap store, ugh), and Blaine finally drops hints he's harboring feelings for his protege.
BITCHES LOVE KLAINE.
Producers of "Dogs in Pocketbooks" -- a movie pretty clearly based on Lindsay Lohan's wild ride -- may have to open their own pocketbooks, because the Lohan clan is considering legal action.
As we told you yesterday, "Dogs" is based on a spoiled brat prone to alcohol and cocaine binges, reckless driving, failed rehab attempts, career-ending partying and ruthless hangers-on.
Lydia Hearst, Lindsay's spitting image, will star in the movie.
Dina Lohan says the new movie "is definitely based on Lindsay's likeness," and "We have a very strong case. It's shadowing E*TRADE" -- referring to Lohan's suit against the online brokerage firm which produced a commercial featuring a baby Lindsay.
Now we've learned Lohan's family lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, has been contacted by the Lohan family and it seems Ovadia thinks they have a case: "They are again using her likeness without her being compensated."
Ovadia adds, "Not only that but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness."
Dina warns, "Anyone bringing negativity will be dealt with accordingly."
Kelsey and Camille Grammer will divide up a 9-figure pot of gold, and Camille will walk away with more than $50 million ... sources connected with the divorce tell TMZ.
As TMZ first reported, the couple never signed a prenup, which means all earnings during the marriage are divided 50/50.
We're told during their 13 years of marriage, the couple amassed a fortune in excess of $100,000,000. Much of it was invested in real estate. They have homes in the Holmby Hills area of L.A., Malibu, Hawaii, the Hamptons, New York City and Colorado.
Our sources say when they married Kelsey was strapped for cash, but turns out Camille is savvy in the business department and taught Kelsey a thing or two along the way. One person familiar with their finances says, "They made a lot of smart decisions. They were really a good team."
Sources say the couple is working out a financial settlement, made complicated by the fact that some of the properties -- like Hawaii -- are in the toilet because of the economy.
We're told no real "Cheers" money is coming in, but "Frasier" is still a cash register and Camille gets a cut.
get that money, gurl
Avril Lavigne is poising herself for a comeback. Not only will the pop-punk princess debut her brand-new single, "What the Hell," on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011," but she's also treating fans to a free download of the tune on New Year's Day.
In order to get the freebie, fans will need to head to the Avril's official Facebook page and "like" the starlet on January 1. As of now, the singer/songwriter has uploaded a 21-second video titled "Knock! Knock!" to the social media site to tease the premiere. The clip begins with the song's flashing title before a cameraman walks up to Lavigne's trailer and knocks on the door. The clip ends with the 26-year-old starlet opening the door and proclaiming, "What the hell?"

ATLANTA -- An 18-year-old woman has been charged with breaking into the Atlanta home of filmmaker Tyler Perry.
Police said Perry's bodyguard caught Chloe Ware early Thursday morning, but two others escaped. A phone listing for Ware could not be found. It was unclear whether she had an attorney.
She was charged with prowling and criminal trespass, then released. Police are still searching for two other suspects.
Perry directed this year's film "For Colored Girls" and co-directed last year's "Precious" with Oprah Winfrey.
He's played a Jewish neo-Nazi, a crack-addict schoolteacher and a man who falls in love with an inflatable doll.

MTV airs its stand-alone special about teen abortion, "No Easy Decision," tonight at 11:30 p.m. — and having previewed it exclusively, I can report that it’s as sensitive, unflinching, and brave as the network’s hit series "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom" (which have yet to tackle, and have barely mentioned, the A-word). Most of the hour follows Markai and James, a couple featured in the second season of "16 and Pregnant," as they wrestle with how to handle Markai’s second pregnancy less than a year after giving birth to daughter Za’karia. At the six-week mark, they decide, through heartwrenching discussions with each other, a friend, and Markai’s mother, to end the pregnancy mainly due to severe financial constraints. (James explains that he wants a better life for his daughter than he had growing up: “I’ve been without water, I’ve been without lights, I’ve been without food.”) And while pro-life critics will likely find fault with the show just for existing, no one can accuse the documentarians of making abortion look easy or fun. We witness everything from Markai’s tearful (and informative for viewers) call to the clinic to ask about abortion methods, to a post-procedure argument with James during which he refers to the unborn fetus as a “thing.” As she snaps, “You will never feel my pain,” it’s clear that we won’t, either, unless we’ve been through a similar situation. But this special gets as close as possible.
Articulate in-studio discussions moderated by Dr. Drew Pinsky follow the documentary footage — first with Markai and James, then with two other young women who chose abortion as teenagers. With one in three women ending a pregnancy sometime in their lives, it’s certainly worth exploring in detail — and with the heated controversy surrounding the issue, it’s hard to overstate how courageous it is for these girls to share their stories with the world. “No one is pro-abortion,” Markai explains, “but you have to do what’s right.”
I admit I wish they hadn't picked someone who's already had an unplanned teenage pregnancy (on TV); I'm not sure it sends the right message about abortion. But hey, it's honest, and it'll be fun to watch the Parents' Council or whatever it's called have a meltdown.

A non-Twilight fan who claims to have seen the script for Breaking Dawn describes a scene that is sure to be a favorite of all her fellow non-fans. She describes a scene where Ashley Greene's Alice puts a frightful vision inside the mind of Volturi leader Aro, played by Michael Sheen:
Alice touches that head [Volturi] guy...when she touches the [Volturi] guy he "sees" what will happen if he continues his course...OK so the first person whose head comes off is Carlisle. In the vision. Then everything goes to sh-t and all kinds of dying happens. And Bella and Edward kill Aro...After Bella and Edward they die too...all these other people die too. Jane and her brother. Lots of deaths on both sides. Then [Volturi] guy snaps out of it, says he's sorry. Everybody makes up and lives happily ever after.
This provides a more dynamic reason for why the Volturi call off their attack on the Cullens than in the original book, which is pretty much just a lot of people talking to each other. [Twihards.com]

PRINCE William has vowed that he and Kate Middleton will not take on butlers or household staff after they are married in April.
His father, the Prince of Wales, employs a small army of 150 staff of butlers, chauffeurs, valets and chefs at a cost of £6.3 million ($9.6 million).
This includes at least two dozen employees classed as personal staff for the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and Princes William and Harry, The Telegraph reports.
Prince William and Ms Middleton have done everything they can to live life like a “normal” couple and during their time together, including doing their own shopping, cooking and cleaning.
The paper reports they have told aides they intend to continue looking after themselves after they are married.

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was released from an Indiana prison at 4:15 pm EST after entering a not guilty plea on Tuesday for several felony charges by the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office. Charging documents claim that Amber admitted violent acts allegedly committed by Portwood against Gary Shirley were not staged for the MTV show.
Portwood was charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor stemming from incidents with Shirley, the father of their daughter Leah.
Sources at the jail told RadarOnline.com that Portwood posted 10 percent of her $5,000 bail, allowing her to walk right out the front door on her own.
“She claimed the incidents were out of anger and were not staged for the reality show,” the paperwork reads, detailing an October 20 meeting of Portwood, her attorney and police.”She claimed to not remember everything due to some medical issues in which she is under a Dr.’s care for currently.”
According to the paperwork filed at Portwood’s December 28 arraignment, the 20-year-old mother of one will have the No Contact Order established upon her release from custody on bail or personal recognizance. A judge ordered her to have no contact with Gary Shirley. Earlier she was told she could not have contact with her daughter but the judge did not enforce that.
“Gary was really hoping that the order against both of them would be lifted today,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. He was really upset last night because he didn’t know the next time Leah would get to see her mother again.”

The MTV was jailed Monday and now has a ‘no contact’ order prohibiting her from being with daughter Leah.
RadarOnline.com was first to report that Indiana prosecutors filed felony counts against Portwood, including one for Neglect of a Dependent.
Leah’s father Gary Shirley is expected to take care of the child during this time.
Multiple sources told RadarOnline.com that Amber was devastated after being jailed and learning that she was no longer allowed contact with Leah.
“She's scared. But her thoughts were with Leah and she knew Leah was going to be taken care of,” one source said.
"Gary is very upset because he didn't want to see anything happen to Amber. If he had it his way no charges would be brought against her. He only wants his family back and intact for Leah.
"He wants her out of jail so he can have his family back. He knows she feels bad about everything that has happened.
"Amber wants to put this all behind her and move on with her life. She is hoping there will be no more jail time. She is just trying to get it all together for Leah's sake."
Amber’s problems began with a televised segment where she physically attacked Gary. Police investigated and filed charges. It was then up to Indiana prosecutors, who decided before the holiday to charge Portwood, who was arrested Monday.
With the news of LeAnn Rimes' engagement to Eddie Cibrian still making waves, Celebuzz spoke to "Diamond Guy" to the stars David Mamane, CEO of MyJewelryBox.com, about LeAnn's brand new 5-carat oval diamond in a platinum and rose-gold setting. It's a gargantuan engagement ring he estimates as being worth $85,000.
This ring is comparable to many other celebrities engagement rings. It's not on the same scale as say Kate Middleton or even Carrie Underwood [her country music competition] for that matter, but I’d put it in the same price range as Katy Perry's and Jessica Simpson's.
Although it isn't as priceless as Kate's, whose ring was formerly owned by the late Princess Diana, or as valuable as Underwood's $150,000 ,five-carat sparkler, LeAnn's ring from CSI: Miami actor Cibrian still rivals Katy Perry and Jessica Simpson's to make it among the best celebrity engagement rings of 2010 based on style and quality, Mamane believes.
But is her groom the best of 2010, by that same logic? She tweeted her thoughts on the subject yesterday:
The ring is beautiful, man is better :)

A pal says of Witherspoon's romance with Toth: "She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down.
More crappy news for the most expensive Broadway show of all time: The Times reports that Natalie Mendoza — the actress who plays Arachne, a major villain invented by Julie Taymor — is leaving Spider-Man. Mendoza suffered a concussion on November 28 while offstage, when a rope holding a piece of equipment swung into her. She continued with the show despite a doctor's recommendation, with her last performance coming on December 20. She also was shaken up by the serious injuries to Christopher Tierney, the actor who fell twenty feet and is currently recovering from a “hairline fracture in his skull, a broken scapula, a broken bone close to his elbow, four broken ribs, a bruised lung and three fractured vertebrae.” On the night of the accident, Mendoza tweeted: “Please pray with me for my friend Chris, my superhero who quietly inspires me everyday with his spirit. A light in my heart went dim tonight.” (Speaking of information culled from social-networking platforms: On her Facebook, Mendoza recently wrote of being down to a post-concussion diet of two nausea tablets and four painkillers a day.) Apparently, an official exit statement is being worked on to mitigate the PR blowback, and that may be released later today. Meanwhile, the role of Arachne is expected to be taken over by America Olivo, the understudy. Good luck, America.
BREAKING: Justin Bieber fan blog Bieber Heiress posted a photo of what looks like Justin, 16, planting a smooch on Selena Gomez. It started a mini-whirlwind on the web, but faster than you can say "OMG," Justin's rep exclusively tells Celebuzz that the kissing photo is a fake.
Bieber's rep says that the photo is photoshopped and is not Selena or Justin, and that hopefully "no one is actually paying money for that photo." Why? Because they're getting a whole lot of nothing, according to the rep. Guess you can't believe everything you read (or see)!
Bieber Heiress swears that the photo is authentic, citing Justin and Selena's jewelry as evidence that it is actually the two teen stars locking lips, but Bieber's rep tells Celebuzz that the photo is fake.
Some Jelena deniers were offering voices of dissent on the kissing photo, insisting that the photo is an old pic of Selena kissing ex-boyfriend Ryan Sheckler. However, Bieber's rep insists that the photo is of niether Justin nor Selena.
The two teen stars have been battling relationship rumors for the past few months ever since they were photographed leaving an IHOP together arm-in-arm.

everyone knows the stars only attend this show when they've won a Category or two, so great for them.
Natalie Portman announced Monday that she is engaged and pregnant, and the lucky man is Benjamin Millepied.
The couple reportedly got together last year on the set of 'Black Swan,' which he choreographed and costarred in and which earned her a Best Actress Golden Globe nomination.
Benjamin, 33, was born in France and is a principal dancer at the New York City Ballet. He began his ballet training at age 8, according to his bio on the company's website. In 1995, Benjamin was invited to become a member of New York City Ballet's corps de ballet, where he soon became a soloist then principal dancer.
According to Huffington Post blogger Rabbi Jason Miller, Benjamin is not Jewish even though many Internet searchers are wondering if he is. (Jerusalem-born Natalie is.)
A source told the New York Post that Benjamin was so obsessed with Natalie while they were working together that he ignored the other dancers and dumped his ballerina girlfriend Isabella Boylston for her.

Disney staple Demi Lovato (“Sonny with a Chance”) is rumoured to be up for a role in Marvel’s looming “Avengers” movie.
RadarOnline mentions Lovato’s potential appointment with the all-star superhero crew.
Disney will be distributing “The Avengers” – as part of the Marvel package they recently acquired – so it’s not unlikely that the Mouse Factory wouldn’t want to plant a couple of their ‘regulars’ in such a film. Still, just a rumour for now.
“The Avengers”, which may or may not pit the titular superheroes against ”the Skrulls and the Kree”, stars Robert Downey Jr as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Samuel L.Jackson as Nick Fury, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and Don Cheadle as War Machine.
Now that the holiday season is coming to a close, a more angst-ridden season is upon us -- Oscar season. The contenders have been unfurling their respective campaigns for months. Nominations are expected on Jan. 25, after which Academy members will vote on the winners. In a perfect world, the best films and actors would win Hollywood's most coveted award, but Tinseltown is far from perfect. The two factors that really drive a good Oscar campaign aren't talent and honor but likability and buzz. With her perfectly-timed wedding and baby announcement, Natalie Portman is garnering both.

The King's Speech, Toy Story 3 and Winter's Bone among scripts ineligible for WGA awards (but Burlesque and Eclipse are eligible, so that's nice)
The Writers Guild of America has remained tough on qualifying scripts for its awards as it's shaved the number of screenplays eligible to 76 -- down seven from last year's total and less than half the figure from 2008.
That's resulted in exclusion of several notable candidates such as "Another Year," "Biutiful," "Blue Valentine," "The Ghost Writer," "The King's Speech," "Made in Dagenham," "Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World," "Toy Story 3" and "Winter's Bone."
The guild requires that scripts be produced under WGA jurisdiction and that the scripts be submitted for consideration. The WGA's ballot, mailed recently to members, lists 43 screenplays in the original category and 33 in the adapted class.
Ballots must be cast no later than Monday and nominations will be announced Tuesday. The winners will be revealed Feb. 5 in ceremonies in Los Angeles and New York.
The WGA differs from the Directors Guild of America and the Screen Actors Guild in its eligiblity rules, in that the DGA and SAG both allow productions outside their jurisdiction to compete for their awards. The WGA, which is the ultimate arbiter of screenplay credits, had no comment about the ballot Tuesday but its leaders have said in past years that they won't loosen the rules.
"It is the WGA awards to honor our members," WGA West president John Wells told Variety earlier this year. "We hope that the rules help persuade nonmembers to become members."

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood pleaded not guilty Tuesday to several felony charges stemming from her shocking arrest for allegedly attacking her ex-boyfriend -- an incident that was shown on the hit MTV reality show last fall.
A judge entered the not guilty plea on behalf of Portwood, 20, who did appear in court Tuesday for her arraignment in Anderson, Indiana. She remains in custody on $5,000 bail and is expected to be released later Tuesday pending her next court appearance.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Portwood was taken into custody Monday and placed on a 24-hour hold, which is standard practice for such cases in Indiana.
RadarOnline.com broke the news early Monday that Indiana prosecutors had filed three felony and one misdemeanor charges against the reality TV star, and that a warrant had been issued for her arrest.
Portwood's troubles began when she was seen in an episode of her MTV series on September 28, punching her then-boyfriend Gary Shirley in front of their baby daughter Leah.
Portwood has been ordered not to have any contact with Leah for the time being -- a story reported exclusively by RadarOnline.com.
If convicted on all the charges, she could face a possible three years in jail and a $10,000 fine

* Virgin Mobile
* Diet Coke
* Alexander McQueen
* Philippe Starck
* Miracle Whip
