Dannii Minogue has revealed that she spent her first few years in the UK feeling like Kylie's 'fat, ugly sister'.
The 39-year-old singer, who hit the big time as a judge on the X-Factor, said that she struggled to survive in her sister's shadow.
She told Marie Claire, 'When I first came over, it was hard because it was Kyliemania. She was this cute little thing and I was the fat, ugly sister.
'Can you imagine for years being asked what it's like to be Kylie's sister?'
Having given birth to baby Ethan earlier this year, she said it finally feels like things are going her way.
The 39-year-old explained, 'Yeah it's come together. I suppose I've endured things when they haven't gone right. I guess it's my turn now to enjoy what is going right.'

The upcoming "Spider-Man" movie will not only feature a new depicter of Peter Parker but also new costume for the superhero. According to Showbiz Spy (via MovieWeb), Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man suit has a high-tech design and he has been going through a rigorous dress rehearsal.
"Andrew has been through numerous fittings for the suit which is a very high-tech design," an insider tells the site. The insider additionally reveals the skin-tight costume is designed carefully to ensure that it will not expose Garfield's crotch area, saying "One whole day was devoted to make sure there was nothing inappropriate showing in the crotch area of the suit. Andrew should be flattered that it took so long to get that part right!"
The untitled Spider-Man reboot is expected to kick off production in December for July 3, 2012 release date in the U.S. Emma Stone is cast as Gwen Stacy, the love interest of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. Marc Webb will be directing the film, which is set to be made in 3-D.

Any Twi-Hard knows that Bella Swan’s extravagant wedding to her handsome vampire suitor occurs in the beginning of series closer “Breaking Dawn” — chapter three, to be exact.
But according to David Slade, the director of the “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” adaptation, it might have come a little earlier on the big screen.
“We discussed a lot of the things at the script-writing stage — at one point, we were even going to shoot the wedding at the end of ["Eclipse"] but we knew there was another film coming,” Slade tells NextMovie exclusively.
“We knew that a lot of that could go into the next film. And we just made the most concise version of this story that we could.”
Stayed tuned [to NextMovie] for more of our interview with Slade, in which he predicts the next “Twilight” — and explains the magic behind Meyer’s creation.

Send a Net and Save a Life
It's hard to believe that the holiday season is coming up so soon. It's my favorite time of year; when I can stop, put work on hold and celebrate the important people in my life. As usual, I have plenty of gifts to buy for close friends and family. But this year I'm rethinking my holiday shopping list.
I recently traveled to the Central African Republic. Many people have never heard of CAR. I didn't know much about it either. It's a little smaller than Texas, with a population of about 5 million people. Just to put that in perspective -- more than 20 million people live in Texas.
CAR is landlocked in the center of the continent. The minister of health called his country "the heart of Africa" when I met him. I felt that in the people I spent time with.
I was in CAR to help distribute insecticide-treated mosquito nets with the United Nations Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign and the global health organization PSI. Malaria is the leading killer of children under the age of five in the Central African Republic and is responsible for about half of all hospital visits.

Even on a lazy Saturday when she’s in jeans, a big black sweater, funky tortoise-shell librarian glasses, no makeup, and a ponytail, Lauren Graham sparkles. It’s called balanced living, and for the 43-year-old actress, the difference between her Gilmore Girls past and her Parenthood present is that these days the speed-talking East Coast native has more time for family, friends, rest, reading, exercise, and—oh, yes—love. This morning is a case in point. She’s had a good night’s sleep (eight hours), made her single cup of Nespresso (“I’m trying to cut down and have only one coffee a day”), cooked an omelet for her boyfriend and Parenthood co-star, Peter Krause (“I did have a few bites”), and spent some cozy time with him listening to tunes on the Iowa Channel, their new favorite Internet music destination. This afternoon the two plan to hike in the area around his Sonoma County house. “Life is still very full,” says Graham. “But now it feels more like I have work, and then I have life.”

After spending more than a decade together on a film set — for one very long saga —Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, the Harry Potter "kids," are tackling adulthood, each pursuing a different path.
"When we finished each movie, it's always been 'I'll see you next year,' " says Radcliffe, 21, who has personified Harry since the 2001 beginning of the film series based on J.K. Rowling's seven books about the boy wizard at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. "This feels very bizarre and strange."
"I've grown up doing this," says Watson, 20, who plays Harry's brainy friend Hermione Granger. "It doesn't feel like a job. It feels like part of my identity. No one else's childhood has been documented as much as ours."
"It's such a unique thing that we've shared over these years," says Grint, 22, who is Harry's best friend, Ron Weasley, in the films. "I feel quite lucky to have gone through this. When we were filming we'd see each other every day."

The inevitable Joker rumors began circulating again yesterday by way of Comic Book Movie, whose source told them that Christopher Nolan was seriously thinking about including a nod to Heath Ledger in 'The Dark Knight Rises' by either re-using some old footage from 'Dark Knight' that was never in the final film, or by creating some sort of CG wizardry, which as 'The Sopranos' once proved, is a little strange and more than a little creepy. At first glance, maybe it didn't sound so ridiculous, especially since Nolan included Scarecrow in 'The Dark Knight' as a way to bridge the first two films. Could he be looking to the same with Joker in order to tie it all together?
No, not likely at all. If Nolan saying previously that he wouldn't include Ledger (or Joker) in the third Batman film out of respect to the actor and his legacy, then Warner Bros. also wants you to know that it ain't happening. ( Collapse )

I kinda love this. When Lesley Ann Warren returns to Desperate Housewives for the first time in six years as Susan's spacey mom, Sophie, she'll be bringing along her sister, Claire, played by Rhoda Morgenstern herself, Valerie Harper! Housewives executive producer Bob Daily tells me Aunt Claire, who likes her booze, will come visit niece Susan (Teri Hatcher) in the hospital after she sustains injuries in a dangerous neighborhood riot that will close out 2010. Look for Valerie, 71, to appear in the second new episode of 2011.
Where's Sophie's husband, Morty (Bob Newhart), you may ask? He's fine -- just off camera this time around. With Newhart, Harper and Carol Burnett having all passed through Wisteria Lane, are there any other TV comedy legends out there you'd like to see visit Fairview?

Nicki Minaj was adamant she would do a track with Rihanna and “manifested” their duet, the rapper’s producer says.
Upcoming star Nicki has just released her debut album Pink Friday, following a great deal of acclaim on the musical underground.
The LP sees her team up with Barbadian sensation Rihanna on the track Fly.
Its producer, J.R. Rotem, who has helmed offerings from Britney Spears, says Nicki got the collaboration in motion.
Rotem said the original version of Fly featured a backing singer - but the pink-haired hip-hop artist wanted a more familiar voice.
Then, after a succession of emails, he revealed the hook up was complete.
"It took time because she [Rihanna] was promoting her own album and travelling overseas," Rotem told MTV. "It happened, and I heard it when Nicki gave me the record and it really was one of those incredible things that was really a blessing. It manifested. She said she wanted it and it happened."
At first, Rotem admits he attempted to dissuade the 25-year-old from trying to contact Rihanna. Yet he says he knew she was determined.
"I think that speaks to Nicki's star power. I said, 'Yeah, she's definitely first choice,’” he added.
Dolly Parton never had kids of her own, but she does keep an eye on some of the younger crop of music stars including Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus, who is Dolly's godchild.
The key to getting along with people, Dolly told Larry King last week on CNN's 'Larry King Live,' is to offer information not advice or judgment. She put that philosophy into practice when Larry asked her about what he referred to as Miley's somewhat "raunchy" public behavior.
"I don't want to say a whole lot about that," answered Dolly. "Hopefully she didn't get a lot of that from me, because certainly I never encouraged her to do that ... [I just think she is] in a crosswind, trying to get over the 'Hannah Montana' little girl [image] and trying to become a young woman. I know she is going to be fine -- or I certainly hope so. The intense Hollywood couple who were the creative force behind "Burlesque" have gone their separate ways following a series of explosive fights on the set of the Cher and Christina Aguilera movie.
Sony Pictures Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper, 54, and Steven Antin, 52, his boyfriend of 20 years who got his first directing gig on the movie, reportedly had such nasty arguments that Aguilera tearfully complained to her manager, Irving Azoff.
A friend told us, "Steven moved out of their Hollywood mansion and has been living at the Sunset Tower Hotel since the end of October. He has been telling people it is over with Clint. They've broken up before and always got back together. Some friends expect them to reconcile, but this time Steven is saying things are different. Working together was intense."
While Sony insists they're still together, another source said, "They have a tempestuous relationship. It's just too dramatic."
Culpepper is said to have urged Antin to write and direct the $55 million story of an Iowa girl who goes from waitress to a dancer in a Sunset Strip club. Another source said, "Clint staked his reputation on putting his boyfriend in a first-time directing role on an expensive film, and it's created gossip about his position at Screen Gems."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Culpepper poured ice tea over Antin's head during one fight. It reported that Aguilera tearfully turned to Azoff, who told Culpepper, "Dude, she came from an abused childhood . . . You can't yell like this." Aguilera, who's divorcing Jordan Bratman, is now dating set assistant Matthew Rutler.
Sony spokesman Steve Elzer strongly denied a split: "There is no truth to any of this. They remain together, so whoever is feeding this doesn't know what they are talking about. Clint has one of the most successful track records of any studio head, and 2010 is Screen Gems' best year yet. We could not be more supportive of him." Antin's rep and manager didn't get back to us.
In a blockbuster world exclusive, Star magazine is reporting that Britney Spears was beaten up by her boyfriend Jason Trawick.

In an exchange that is sure to create a firestorm of controversy around Trawick, Alexander says: “How’s your problems with your fiancé?”
Britney answers: “That (bleep) is not my fiancé.” Alexander: “I thought he proposed to you or something at the beach.” Britney: “Before or after he beat on me?”

'Matthew is a special person,' she told People magazine of the set assistant. 'We had a really strong friendship on the movie.
'He's the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it's daylight.
'Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. I'm not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage. I'm taking it slow and trying to be happy.'
The two have made no secret of their romance, enjoying several romantic dates, with Rutler even giving Christina a rose.
'There's a love there, yes. I'm having fun, I'm dating and it's something I haven't had in a really long time.'
Christina also addressed her break-up from record producer Bractman, the father of her two-and-a-half year-old son Max.
She said their marriage started off well.
'We were great the first year after Max was born. Jordan was amazing. He was the first to change Max's diaper. Then thing s turned. I was nurturing Max and felt independent in the relationship.'
But then she landed the role on Burlesque.
'I went right into filming Burlesque [in Autumn last year]. As a musician you're with your posse all the time, and during the movie I removed myself from mine.
'So I had an independence I'd never felt before. I was growing leaps and bounds daily. I went from being a girl to a woman.
'When I finished filming, I didn't feel right in my own shoes [a home]. I had a lot of things stirring inside of me that I felt were being suppressed.
'We tried to work on the marriage and figure out a common ground, but the problems were obvious.'
Orlando native Kevin Cossom didn’t always plan to become a songwriter. As far back as 14 years old, the hit maker beefed up his resume by singing with various groups, branching off as a solo artist but unable to nab a deal as a vocalist. Songwriting, on the other hand, took precedence after he inked a publishing deal, earning him credits on songs including Young Jeezy’s “Go Getta” and Lloyd Banks’ “Karma.”
But singing remained his primary passion. After scoring a solo deal with Jive Records, Kevin set to work on his debut LOVE (Levels of Various Emotions), led by the poppin’ single “Baby I Like It” featuring Diddy and Fabolous. With his anticipated LP set for release in 2011, the 26-year-old spoke with YRB about why it’s taken so long to put the album together, what he’s learned from super producer Danja, working with Joe Jonas and what else you can expect from him in the near future.

"Believe it or not I am," Lennon, the eldest son of rock legend John Lennon and the subject of "Hey Jude," told Niteside. "To me they are the biggest band in the world, always have been. I am probably one of their No. 1 fans."
He added, "Anybody that can last that long, for generations, and probably more to go…hats off."
Lennon -- who made his Art Basel debut at the Adrienne Arsht Center last night with his landscape photography exhibition "Timeless" -- hasn't been back to Miami since performing with his band 20 years ago.
"When I was here back then, I really didn't get to see much," he said. "This time, after all the work is done, I am actually looking forward to looking around, not only Miami, but the other exhibits."
Set to release his latest album, "Everything Changes," next year, Lennon has also been photographing other rock stars, including U2, whose portraits were included in the current exhibit. But don't expect to see those with a price tag like the others, at least not until he knows what Bono has in mind for them.
"I wanted to show some of the repertoire just to give people another side of the work I do," said Lennon, whose exhibit will run through Dec. 5. "[U2] liked them so much, they just asked me to hold back. We may want to use some down the road, whether it's a booklet or a poster, but I am holding off on those out of respect for the boys."
Note from the reddit admins: back in October, when reddit was helping raise money for DonorsChoose, Stephen Colbert (major reddit fan, BTW) provided us with an extra incentive: if we raised $500,000 before the rally, he would let reddit ask him anything. Well, you guys held up your end of the deal ($575,000 and counting, with the vast majority of donations coming from redditors). You asked some great questions. And now, we have answers to the top 11, as voted by you.
Stephen's original response was in all-caps, due to being composed on a special iPad app while he was presumably curled up on the couch in a post-turkey coma. If you want to see that rough cut, it's available here. Otherwise, what follows is a slight reformatting.
Right off the bean, let me apologize for the all caps. It's the default style for our script writing program, and I'm just comfortable with it.
Secondly, I'm sorry this response is so long in coming, but until Thanksgiving week, the show didn't have any break after the rally. We were all shambling to the finish line, and my addled brain was in no shape to answer your questions. I'd like to think you couldn't tell how tired I was on air, though you probably could.
So without further ado, here we go...

Britney Spears’ manager has told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush that a recording, posted on Radar Online, purportedly featuring the singer claiming abuse by her boyfriend, is “100 percent not her.”
On Wednesday morning, Radar posted a recording of a conversation the website claims is between Spears and her one-time ex-husband Jason Alexander. In the recording, a woman claims a man she is involved in a relationship with “beat on me.”
However, Larry Rudolph, Britney’s manager, strongly denied to Bush that the recording is the pop star, adding that they plan to take swift legal action.
“Lawyers are amassing,” Rudolph told Bush. “We are 100 percent taking stern and immediate legal action.”
Rudolph added they were preparing a statement for release over the Radar recording and Star Magazine’s new cover story, which features Spears on the cover under the headline “Jason Beat Me Up.” Jason Trawick is the agent who has been linked to the pop star romantically for some time.

Guess what the romantic plot is like??
ESSENCE.com: There's been so much scrutiny on your marriage lately. What has that been like?
LEAKES: One of the things I hope people are able to get is that long before that scene came out there was a lot of blogging saying I was cheating on Gregg and that Gregg was this great guy and he's done so much for me. People were saying things like, 'He took her out of the strip club" and stuff like that. My producers were with me when all this stuff was going down and they were trying to keep me sane.
I was having a really rough time because I wanted to speak out on that and I wanted people to understand that Gregg didn't take me out of a strip club, let's be very clear about that. We got together when he didn't have a thing so I don't know who the heck these people are out here saying this stuff because when we got together I was the breadwinner. I started a business and I brought Gregg on board and we became a couple later. And when we were able to live a comfortable life, it wasn't because of what Gregg had done, it was because of what we had done together.

Nicki Minaj is in good company. With her debut album Pink Friday bowing at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 this week, the Young Money rapper has officially broken the record for second highest first-week sales by a female MC in Billboard’s history, moving 375,190 units.
Lauryn Hill holds the title for highest opening week sales by a female hip-hop act with her solo debut The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, which sold 423,000 copies in September 1998. But Nicki points out that Ms. Hill wasn’t categorized under the “Hip-Hop/Rap” genre.
“Pink Friday has the 2nd highest debut week in the HISTORY of FEMALE RAP w/375,190 units sold. Thank u sooo much 4 supporting this project!” tweeted Nicki, later adding, “Interesting. Lauryn sold 422,000 in the 1st wk w/Miseducation! Before Nicki, Missy Elliott sold the most first-week copies under the “Hip-Hop/Rap” genre with her 2002 album Under Construction (259,000). “I am in the company of 2 amazing groundbreaking women & for that, I am beyond grateful. S/O to Lauryn and Missy. #PinkFriday,” wrote the Harajuku Barbie.
Rihanna has claimed that she doesn't care if people criticise her raunchy look.
The Umbrella singer accused those who attack her image of being either 'hypocrites' or unhappy with themselves.

She added, 'People are hypocrites. They can't wait to say something horrible. Most of them are unhappy with themselves. It's women who are mad at other women. They should take a look at their own lives. A lot of people don't have the guts to confront themselves. They don't have the balls.'

Her first test was done when she was only 17 years old in order to get a green card and then more recently she was tested while her boyfriend was in the hospital.
“He was in the hospital getting his appendix taken out and they needed to test him and they were like, ‘Why don’t the both of you get tested?’ ” Kelly explained. “They have amazing ways to be tested now. They had this thing that they just swabbed the inside of our cheeks with and within 10 minutes they told us.”
While she has no reason to believes she had the virus, Kelly decided it was best to be informed.
“Now, it’s something that is part my yearly checkup with my doctor,” she said.
And Kelly hopes others will do the same.
“When people say things like, ‘It’s never going to happen to me or I’ll never get it,” they’re less inclined to protect themselves the way that they should,” she explained. “It’s so simple. All you have to do is wear a condom. It’s not like anyone is asking you to do something really difficult and hard.”
But that doesn’t mean Kelly carries them with her everywhere she goes.
“I have condoms,” she said. “But I’m not the kind of person who will go out with them because if I meet someone, it’s not like I’m just going to have sex with him the first time we meet.”
Can you picture a Katy Perry-John Mayer wedding? Neither can we. But "Payer" was well on its way to making sweet music together when Russell Brand intercepted her at the 2009 VMAs and snagged the "I Kissed a Girl" singer for himself.
We know they're blissfully married now. And we know they fell in love at first sight at the awards show. But it's what happened the very night before that could have thrown the entire meeting off...
See, Perry and Mayer met the previous evening at Gold Bar in New York, after weeks of exchanging flirty tweets and texts.
"They'd never met in person, and she went to meet him there after she was at a Jay-Z concert at Madison Square Garden," a source close to Mayer tells E! News.
Mayer had joined Jay-Z at MSG for a performance and afterward asked fellow showgoer Perry to meet up later that night.
"John thought she was so hot and fun and was into her," the insider recounts.

After all of the frenzy leading up to Nicki Minaj's full-length release, the much-anticipated debut landed a plum #2 spot on the Billboard albums chart. So how does she feel now?
"I feel this weird calm feeling," the Queens lyricist told MTV News by phone on Wednesday (December 1).
The rapper moved 375,000 copies of Pink Friday — bested only by the 496,000 copies Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy sold — making her the first female MC in more than a decade to debut with that kind of tally. (Lauryn Hill's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill sold 423,000 in its first week.)
"I'm just so grateful and kind of still in shock. These numbers haven't been put up since 1998," she continued, referring to Hill's debut. "It just makes me feel proud of my team, proud of my fans, everyone who has had something to do with my dreams. Finally, we are seeing this dream come to fruition. It feels incredible."
Off the strength of her rapidly growing fanbase of Barbies and Ken Barbs, Minaj earned more first-week sales than recent projects by notable stars like Rihanna and Ne-Yo.
Up next, the Lil Wayne protégé will shoot videos for Pink Friday's "Moment 4 Life" featuring Drake and "Save Me"; at the top of the year, she'll shoot clips for "Fly" featuring Rihanna and "Girls Fall Like Dominos."
"Now I can promote the body of work," Nicki said of her album. "I feel like I gave birth to my baby, now I'm gonna teach it how to walk and how to talk and spoil the baby."
Lil' Kim has been making headlines for everything but original music, but that's all about to change heading into 2011. The Queen Bee is apparently hitting the studio to record a follow-up to her 1996 debut album 'Hard Core.' Entitled 'Hard Core 2: All Hail the Queen,' Kim is seeking production from The Neptunes, The-Dream, Will.i.am, Polow Da Don and more for the new record.
Kim, of course, has made her recent rounds in a public battle with the newly-crowned "queen of hip-hop" Nicki Minaj. Her recent diss track 'Black Friday' took aim at the Young Money pop star, yet 'Hard Core 2' should be a more adequate test on Kim's current standing in the rap world.
The sequel also follows the recent trend of New York rappers creating updated versions of their fan-favorite albums -- often mid '90s classics that represent an era before Diddy put on his shiny suit for the first time. While Raekwon, AZ, GZA, Busta Rhymes and others look to their original formulas for success, Kim appears to be stretching out with her rumored choice of producers.
The original 'Hard Core' firmly cemented Kim's place atop the femcee food chain in the mid '90s, sporting a wide swath of guest spots such as frequent collaborator Notorious B.I.G., a young Jay-Z, Diddy and more. There is no firm release date for the sequel as of press time.
Notoriously acerbic comedienne Chelsea Handler went on vacation in Mexico with buddy Jennifer Aniston over Thanksgiving and, despite her famously sharp tongue, had nothing but nice things to say about the actress. Handler, who appeared on last night's episode of 'The Tonight Show,' told host Jay Leno of their trip, "[Jennifer] was sweet enough to take me on vacation with her ... I was trying not to get photographed next to her, for obvious reasons."
Handler isn't the only celebrity to praise Aniston in the press. 'The Bounty Hunter' co-star and rumored flame Gerard Butler told Us Magazine of the actress, "She's like my best buddy. She's so down-to-earth, so easy going. She's incredibly self-deprecating and again, just alive!"

Seeing the name Britney Spears appear anywhere in relation to cover songs should strike fear into your heart. The infamous pop music icon has a storied history of disastrous covers, made all the more notorious by the popularity and elitist appeal of the classics she has mangled. Any listing of all-time worst cover songs is all but certain to include either her 2000 mauling of “I Can’t Get No (Satisfaction)” (which even this Spears apologist admits is truly dreadful) or the 2002 reincarnation of “I Love Rock N Roll” that got one bewildered journalist noting that “Joan Jett would be rolling in her grave if she were dead.”
Fortunately, it appears that the pop superstar may have grown wise to the ire her cover songs inspire and withdrew from a game she clearly hadn’t the skills to play. Meanwhile, Britney effect has continued to pervade the world of cover songs on the flip side of the coin: not as one who covers but rather as one who is covered – arguably a weightier assessment of artistic importance than a knack for musical reinterpretation of another’s work. Some of the covers out there of Britney Spears tunes are excellent – and even most of the rest turn out more interesting than your average remake.
We thought we’d revisit an idea from earlier this year, where we compiled a pair of lists with the best Bob Dylan covers you’ve (probably) never heard. This time around, we gathered ten of the best, less-known Britney Spears covers. Come now…you know you’re curious.

Good news, educators: the book-banners are more organized than ever! Instead of lone nuts calling for books to be banned, now it's national groups of nuts, like the Parents Against Bad Books in Schools. And what makes a book "bad?"
Here's PABBIS' explanation of its philosophical beliefs: "Bad is not for us to determine. Bad is what you determine is bad. Bad is what you think is bad for your child. What each parent considers bad varies and depends on their unique situation, family and values. The main purpose of this webpage is to identify some books that might be considered bad and why someone might consider them bad."
Relativists, eh? By applying these stringent standards, PABBIS has determined that books by Judy Blume, Chinua Achebe, James Michener, Pat Conroy, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, J.D. Salinger, Toni Morrison, Alice Walker, Truman Capote, Leon Uris, Richard Wright, Cormac McCarthy, and many, many other are Bad.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING STAR MAGAZINE AND RADAR ONLINE STORIES
Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false and Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published. The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years. The audio recording posted on Radaronline this morning purporting to be between Britney Spears and Jason Alexander is so obviously fake as to be laughable. Suffice it to say, that Jason Trawick has never laid a hand on Britney. This is just another example of the irresponsible nature of the tabloid media relying on shoddy sources and false information for the sole purpose of selling magazines, without regard to the truth and without regard to who they hurt in the process. These irresponsible statements are defamatory and Britney Spears' legal team will be taking legal action against all of the appropriate parties.
A certified audio expert who has analyzed the purported recordings of Britney Spears speaking to Jason Alexander tells TMZ ... he believes the female voice is not Britney. Arlo West, who is a certified forensic audio expert, tells us, "In my opinion, it's not her voice in the recording."
West, who compared the recordings with a half dozen interviews Britney has done over the years, says "Listening to the phonetics, it doesn't appear to be authentic," adding, "the mannerisms in her voice just don't match up."

Did he cut it or didn’t he? It’s a question that Justin Bieber fans have been debating the past few months, as the singer’s signature mop-top hairstyle has crept ever shorter, knocking off a millimeter here and a millimeter there. But when Justin turned out in N.Y.C. this weekend for the launch of his memoir First Step 2 Forever: My Story, it seemed that all those micro-trims had taken his coif over the tipping point–giving his overall look a shorter, neater appearance. And while we’re intrigued by how the choppier styling carries him from ‘tween to teen dream, we can’t help but wonder whether he still has the goods to pull off his famous hair swoosh. Tell us: Do you think Justin should keep cropping his hair, or stay true to his signature shag?

Leonardo DiCaprio Inspires TAG Heuer To Install Solar Panels
Case in point, Swiss horology brand, TAG Heuer, who got a visit from DiCaprio at their La Chaux-de-Fonds factory this past march. With the help of TAG Heuer, the actor co-designed the Aquaracer 500M, as part of an initiative to raise money in support of two leading environmental organizations, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Green Cross International.
Now that the Aquaracer 500M is being released, TAG Heuer is making an effort to reduce its carbon footprint and has signed an agreement to equip the rooftops of its factories with solar panels. Construction is scheduled to begin today, and continue through December.
The president and CEO of TAG Heuer, Jean-Christophe Babin, said,
“Leonardo visited the factory with an eye on everything that could be done to reduce our energy consumption. His factory visit in La Chaux-de-Fonds turned into an inspiring and creative environmental audit. Leonardo combined his environmental mind with a highly respectful approach toward our staff, making his visit an impactful highlight of TAG Heuer’s 150th anniversary celebration.”
And DiCaprio commented in a a speech given in Basel earlier this year that, “TAG Heuer is a company that gets it and because TAG Heuer understands that they have a corporate mission, but also a global mission, a mission that is bigger than all of us. TAG Heuer is a company that has taken a stand for what it believes in… And I’m proud to be here today, celebrating a company that is standing up to give back to environmental non profit organizations alongside me.”

Tanner Foust has suggested that viewers should not compare the US version of Top Gear to the UK original.
The presenter, who hosts the motoring series alongside Adam Ferrara and Rutledge Wood, told the Futon Critic that the program "doesn't really try to copy" the BBC version.
"It would be impossible to try to fill the shoes of [Richard] Hammond, [Jeremy] Clarkson and [James] May," he claimed. "We're just ourselves and the producers come up with a way in which they can potentially injure us and we fight for our own lives with these challenges."
Foust also argued that the different car cultures in the UK and America helped to differentiate the two series.
"The more we've been shooting the show the more we realised how different and big our car culture is compared to the rest of the world," he said. "We have a unique car culture than is an integral part of being an American."
He continued: "The UK version doesn't talk about the cars that we buy here or the things that we... cherish... so it's great to take that... UK format and plug it into what is cool in America."
I watched the 2nd episode and it was way better that the 1st. Tanner makes the show tbh
the highlight of the show was when the dog pissed on the stage.

Gil Carrillo, who retired after 38 years with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, has looked at a preliminary coroner's report obtained by KTTV's Fox 11 News.
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A retired investigator says whoever killed Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen was an expert shot who was able to fire off multiple rounds in a tight and deadly formation.
He says the most notable clue in the report is the clustering of shots in Chasen's chest area.
Coroner's spokesman Ed Winter would not confirm the authenticity of the report but Carrillo says he is certain it is genuine.
Chasen was attacked Nov. 16 at a junction in Beverly Hills as she drove home from a party after attending the premiere of the new Cher and Christina Aguilera movie, "Burlesque."
It must be getting pretty serious for a retired detective to be brought back for the case. I hope today's technology is enough to catch the sad fucker who did this to her.
Here's a heart-warming holiday story for you: A 46-year-old stop-motion animated special just beat nearly everything on broadcast Tuesday night.
CBS' annual telecast of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (11.3 million viewers, 3.8 preliminary adults 18-49 rating) topped all of primetime except Fox's Glee and was steady with last year's performance.
The shiny-nosed sleigh leader also showed The Grinch who's boss, with ABC's How the Grinch Stole Christmas (6.9 million, 2.1) and Shrek the Halls (7.4 million, 2.4) down 25% and 17%, respectively, in the Nielsens compared to last year.
Rudolph led CBS to edge out Fox for the overall nightly win, along with an NCIS repeat followed by the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (9 million, 3.4). The special rose 17% to win 10 p.m.
Following Glee (11.6 million, 4.5) , which was up 13% this week, Fox had Raising Hope (6.9 million, 2.7) and Running Wilde (3.4 million, 1.4), both up 8% from their last originals.
NBC had its modestly on par Christmas in Rockefeller Center special (11.3 million, 1.9) and then The Biggest Loser (8.3 million, 2.9), which rose 26%.
After its holiday specials, ABC aired No Ordinary Family (6.2 million, 1.9) at 9 p.m. for the first time but the superhero family dramedy only rose a tenth from its last episode. At 10 p.m., Detroit 1-8-7 (7.3 million, 1.6) hit a series low.
The CW had One Tree Hill (1.8 million, 0.9) and Life Unexpected (1.5 million, 0.8).

Former SPICE GIRLS star GERI HALLIWELL is reportedly planning to revive her solo career with a self-funded album.
The singer forged a successful career away from the girl group after she left in 1998 but her last record, 2005's Passion, limped into the U.K. charts at number 41.
Halliwell subsequently took time out of the music industry to look after her four-year-old daughter, Bluebell, but she's stepped back into the recording studio to work on a new release, according to Britain's The Sun.
The star is said to be self-financing her new project, in a move that mirrors her former bandmate Melanie Chisholm AND IRISH QUEEN OF POP NADINE COYLE.
A source tells the publication, "Geri is back in the studio. She wants to release a solo album next summer. Her masterplan is to start off with a cover reworked as a huge dance track.
"She is recording a handful of them now. She is out of a record deal so she has decided to do it and fund it herself. She considered taking it to a label but thought the way her fellow Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm played her solo career was a better idea - pulling it together herself.
"She has been texting all of her friends - including Victoria and David Beckham - asking for their favourite tracks for her to record."

According to documents filed in Jennifer Lopez’s court case to prevent her ex, Ojai Noa, and agent Ed Meyers from selling and marketing hours of video he took while they were married, she is on several hours of new video “exposing her genitals in public.”
Noa and Meyer are producing and marketing a film about Lopez’s first marriage to Noa, a Cuban immigrant, chef and model. JLo sure can pick them!
Meyer’s said that JLo is seen riding a scooter in public in Cuba, “while talking to the camera and numerous by-standers, with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Brittany Spears and Lindsay Lohan have in the past,” and he characterized this as deviant behavior. The tape does not contain actual sex, but is said to contain partially nude views of the singer, including her with “no underwear” and her “vagina in plain view.”

Morgan Freeman, an Oscar winning actor who played the role of Nelson Mandela in the film Invictus has been actively helping the United States earn a bid for the 2022 World Cup.
But as final presentations from five countries were made last night on Tuesday, November 30, Freeman was caught fumbling through his speech when it became obvious that he skipped through a page of his opening statement.
Freeman said, "You would see that in a country that admires individual achievement, we truly cherish what can be done when we come together as a group. And there is no stronger, more resolute supporter ..."
Then the actor paused and stated: "I'm sorry, I missed a page." He regrouped and got back on track but the error was made and possible damage could have been made to the U.S. bid for the World Cup.
The United States was not the only country to use a movie star in their bid for the World Cup. Australia enlisted the help of X-Men actor Hugh Jackman, who made an on-screen appearance during the presentation to say: "What we would like to do is invite you to bring the World Cup to the world's greatest playground."

Cheryl Cole’s American dream may be scuppered - as a result of an assault conviction seven years ago.
The Daily Mail told yesterday how Mrs Cole had landed a place on the judging panel of the U.S. version of the X Factor in a deal worth up to £3million.
However, now Mrs Cole’s American dream may be jeopardised by her conviction for assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) in 2003.
U.S. law states that all convictions - indeed, all arrests - have to be disclosed on visa application forms.
Some less serious offences may not affect work visas.
However, according to Susan McFadden - a partner with Gudeon and McFadden law firm who specialise in U.S. visa and immigration - in more serious cases an appeal to the U.S. authorities may be necessary.
‘If the conviction is for something that triggers ineligibility the person would have to appeal for a waive,' she said.
Miss McFadden added that her firm had been instructed by the U.S. embassy that with regards to more serious crimes it would depend on ‘facts regarding the conviction' before a decision is made.
However, she said this can lead to 'permanently ineligibility' from being allowed a U.S. work visa in certain cases.
Mrs Cole attacked Sophie Amogbokpa, a toilet attendant, at Drink nightclub in Guildford, Surrey in January 2003.
In October that year, Mrs Cole was found guilty as assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
At the time, Mrs Cole – who had been catapulted to stardom the previous December after her band Girls Aloud emerged from TV show Popstars: The Rivals - was sentenced to 120 hours unpaid community service.
She was also ordered to Miss Amogbokpa £500 compensation and prosecution costs of £3,000.
Mrs Cole - who was 19 at the time - punched Miss Amogbokpa after she tried to stop the singer taking some lollipops.

On Monday I got to spend some time with an absolute legend. That legend was made famous by a movie that you might have heard of called, District 9. The man in question is Sharlto Copley who plays “Howling Mad Murdock” in the A-Team movie which came out on DVD and Blu-ray on Monday this week too. The A-Team is a TV series that some would argue has always been crying out for a big budget film version and in the end Twentieth Century Fox turned to director, Joe Carnahan and actors, Liam Neeson, Shalrto Copley, Bradley Cooper and Rampage Jackson to make it happen.
Talking to Sharlto was a privilege and it was the first time an actor of his calibre had heard of our little home, HeyUGuys and and thanked us here at HeyUGuys for helping with the promotion of District 9. I was quite taken aback. We simply loved the movie and if you’ve never seen it, you must!
In the interview, Sharlto talks to us about his love of the original series, how he felt seeing the a-team van getting crushed and how he brought his own ideas to the table for the movie. He also tells us where he currently is with Men in Black III and whether there are any further developments on a possible District 10.

The death of an aspiring Chinese pop singer during plastic surgery has cast an ugly light on an obsession with beauty that sees millions go under the knife in China each year.

In the Kardashian sisters’ new book, Kardashian Konfidential, Kim said that as a young girl, she prayed to God that her breasts wouldn’t grow any larger.
From Pop Eater:
Kim, you write in ‘Kardashian Konfidential’ how you had a hard time with your body as a young girl.
Kim: Kourtney used to torture me and think I was odd because I had big boobs. I was 11 when I got my period and I started developing. I would sit in the bathtub, take a washcloth, put it under really hot water and put it against my boobs and pray to God, please don’t make my boobs grow any bigger. And Kourtney would be like, “Your boobs are so big and ugly!” She was so mean and then I would have to wear a bra and she would say, “Who wears a bra? That’s so disgusting.” It was so embarrassing.
These broads will do anything to remain in the public eye? Just stop!
