Arquette joined his "Scream 4" castmates Neve Campbell, Alison Brie, Emma Roberts and director Wes Craven last night for Spike TV's Scream 2010 Awards in Los Angeles, where the crew premiered the first trailer for the flick.
Arquette's appearance was only one of the highlights of the show, which included a "Back to the Future" reunion between Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox, Bill Murray popping up in his Ghosbusters uniform and Sigourney Weaver appearing on stage in a giant "Alien" egg.
Check out the gallery above -- and all the action when the awards air Tuesday night on Spike TV.
Josh Duhamel, who just shared some passion with Katie Holmes in The Romantics, gets more of the same from Katherine Heigl in the wacky comedy Life As We Know It. The pair are at odds for much of the movie as they try to overcome their differences to raise the baby daughter of their best friends, who were killed in a tragic accident. Can love be far behind?
Parade’s Jeanne Wolf teased Josh about maneuvering in “tighty whities” and tackling baby diapers on the big screen.
Puckering up with Katie Holmes and Katherine Heigl.
“It’s just one of the perks of the job. Katherine was like, ‘You were making out with Katie Holmes in your last movie?’ Excuse me, I’m already jealous.’ Personally, I’m a big fan of Katherine’s husband, Josh Kelly, so kissing her in Life As We Know It was like indirectly getting to make out with him. Just kidding. But Josh didn’t come around to the set during our big lip-lock. Katherine says he’s never there when she has to do a make-out scene.”
Life imitating art.
“I remember Katherine saying, ‘At some point during the movie I’m probably going to finally get my adopted daughter. But it will probably be a month after we begin.’ Then she shows up four days before we started shooting with her new baby. I was like, ‘Oh, my God. It’s here.’ Little Naleigh was just a little sweetheart. She’s so squishy and cute. She makes you want to chew on her cheeks. But it was strange because we’d be filming with a baby all day and then she’d go home to Naleigh.”
Was he faking changing diapers in the film?
“I actually wet the bed till I was 23, and I had to change my own diapers. So I was proficient.”
The origin of that poster for the film in which he’s in his “tighty whities.”
“I didn’t mind stripping down. The director said, ‘I think it will be funny but it could end up on the Internet.’ He didn’t mention the poster. But I have no pride. Whatever it takes. I’m about as unsexy as you can look in a pair of underwear and high-top shoes. I just look like a bigger version of the baby.”

Jan Moir (a Daily Mail Journalist) has written her recap of the X Factor this weekend.
It's a pretty long and pointless article where she attempts to be witty and fails.
Much like the actual show, the most relevant parts of the article were about Cher Lloyd and Katie Waissel:
Gemma Arterton is rumoured to be in the running for a part in Barry Sonnenfeld's upcoming third instalment in the Men In Black franchise.
Megan Fox is joining "Friends With Kids," an ensemble comedy from Jennifer Westfeldt.
Westfeldt wrote the script and will star as well as produce with her partner Jon Hamm. She also will direct, with a hand from Mike Nichols and Jake Kasdan, who are executive producing.
The project already has cast Adam Scott and Kristen Wiig for the story, which revolves around a pair of thirtysomething best friends who observe the toll that having kids has taken on the couples they know and resolve to bypass that stress by having a child and then date other people.
Scott and Westfeldt will play the lead couple; Wiig and Hamm will play another. A third couple has not been cast.
Fox will play a girl who Scott begins to date.
"It's a very literate script and when Jen met with her, she thought Megan was spot on. When (Fox) picks the right part, she has tremendous value," said Cinetic Media's John Sloss, who is handling sales.
The movie will be released theatrically in April.
"Jen wrote one of the funniest and most original scripts I've read in a long time, the rare great generational character comedy," Kasdan said.
Fox, repped by ICM, next appears opposite Mickey Rourke and Bill Murray in the feature fable "Passion Play," which made its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival and sold to Image Entertainment in a low-seven-figure deal.
tbh, i am so excited. i love jon hamm, kristen wiig, and adam scott.

Today, Gene Simmons had issued a direct threat against Anonymous.
Gene Simmons: Our legal team and the FBI have been on the case and we have found a few, shall we say, "adventurous" young people, who feel they are above the law. And, as stated in my MIPCOM speech, we will sue their pants off.
First, they will be punished.
Second, they might find their little butts in jail, right next to someone who's been there for years and is looking for a new girlfriend (threatening prison rape because people download your shitty music is so kla$$y)
We will soon be printing their names and pictures.
We will find you.
You cannot hide.
(the consequences will never be the same, you dun goofed, the FBI will backtrace you all)
We are just getting started, Gene.
Enjoy your downtime and welcome to the internet.

This Weekend's Winners: Paramount’s Jackass 3D earned a retina-separating $50 million, while Summit Entertainment’s Red proved that Americans still love action, especially when it's powered by fossil fuel.
Honorable Mention: Though more of a Clydesdale than a thoroughbred, Secretariat is nonetheless carrying the load admirably well: It lost only a quarter of its audience last weekend, earning $9.5 million in its second weekend, bring its total winnings to nearly $28 million.
How it all went down: Thank heaven for Obamacare, as the cast of Jackass 3D will surely benefit from the elimination of pre-existing condition requirements. On most Hollywood films, hands are wrung when a cast member is hurt, but for Jackass 3D, injuries were part of the marketing: Bam Margera proudly boasted that only two-thirds of the way through production, half of the cast had been hospitalized. He alone contributed three broken ribs and a shoulder to Jackass 3D's medical tab.
Of course, bones weren’t the only things broken: Jackass's premium ticket pricing meant that the movie not only shattered the franchise's own box office records, but those for any film ever released during the month of October, too.

"Where has Rachel McAdams been?! We're pretty sure her last mag cover was Vogue's January 2010 and that's a shame. Good for InStyle for booking McAdams -- we're pretty sure she's Hollywood's most likeable celebrity -- and considering she's got a new moviecoming out in November with Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton, we suspect this cover will sell very well."
In other news, Rachel McAdams enjoyed the company of her new beau Michael Sheen and a smooch during a break from filming The Vow in Toronto. We imagine it's pretty tough being Mel Gibson these days, what with a very messy (and very public) divorce looming, as well as allegations of domestic violence and, well, a whole bunch of leaked audio tapes that make Christian Bale's on-set tirade look like a quiet poetry reading. And while Gibson has already lost representation through the William Morris Agency, that doesn't seem to be stopping him from getting back to work on the big screen. According to the New York Post, Gibson's next role (and his first to be shot since this latest mess spilled all over the web) will be of the cameo variety in The Hangover 2.
They claim (via sources) that the deal is done, and Gibson will shoot his role in two weeks on the Warner Bros. lot. He'll be playing a Bangkok tattoo artist who (presumably) the boys encounter at some point during another wacky, dirty, foul-mouthed adventure through Thailand. The paper notes that part of their Thailand trip will be shot on the Warners lot before production moves to Thailand later this month. Gibson's cameo will come following the highly talked-about cameo Mike Tyson made in the first installment; a cameo that helped revitalize the troubled entertainer's career. Could they do the same thing for Gibson in the sequel?
Gibson still has Jodie Foster's The Beaver left to be released. This is a role he shot prior to the relationship controversy, and it finds him playing a man who travels around with a puppet Beaver on his hand and treats it like a real, living creature. The role is said to be one of his best ever -- some have even gone so far as to say it's Oscar worthy -- but even with all that buzz, a release date still has not been set. Perhaps they should wait and ride off the hype Gibson's cameo will bring to The Hangover 2, which arrives in theaters on May 26th, 2011. What do you think? Will this save his career?
...yeeeahno; you can really only win people back by making fun of yourself if the stupid stuff you did was actually funny. This was not.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Pop superstar Celine Dion, who is expecting twins, has been hospitalized as a preventive measure with weeks to go before her scheduled due date.
The 42-year-old singer has been placed under observation at St. Mary’s Medical Center at the request of her doctors and is said to be in good condition.
The hospital wants to avoid a premature birth, which is common among women carrying multiple children. The babies were conceived through in-vitro fertilization.
Last week, Dion’s husband and manager, Rene Angelil, denied rumours the couple had reserved an entire section of the hospital for an induced birth this coming Friday.
The hospital also denied the rumours in a statement on Monday.
“At no time did Ms. Dion or her husband make any special demands or requests of the hospital,” the statement said.
“She is not scheduled at any predetermined date for her delivery.”
Dion and Angelil have a nine-year-old son, Rene-Charles.

Johnny Galecki has booked his first major feature role since becoming a star on CBS's "The Big Bang Theory."
Galecki is joining the cast of New Regency's "I'm.Mortal," the speculative sci-fi project from writer-director Andrew Niccol. Strike Entertainment is producing.
The movie, which begins shooting at the end of the month, is set in the not-too-distant future where the aging gene has been switched off. To avoid overpopulation, time has become the currency and the way people pay for luxuries and necessities. The rich can live forever, while the rest try to negotiate for their immortality.
Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Olivia Wilde are among the cast.
In a role far removed from the one he plays in his hit CBS show, Galecki will portray Timberlake's best friend, a screw-up of a father with a drinking problem who wastes all of his family's excess time.
This sounds like a pretty interesting movie.
1. A certain female television star was thisclose to coming out last week. She was quite distraught over the recent reports of gay students taking their lives and saw it as a great opportunity to set a good example for others. After discussions with her agent and manager, however, she canceled her meeting with a public relations expert. She is the star of a television show, and they convinced her that if she came out as a lesbian, she was risking not only her career, but those of all the entire cast and crew of the show as well.

Will True Blood's Joe Manganiello Marry in Italy?
True Blood heartthrob Joe Manganiello asked his true love, actress-model Audra Marie, to marry him during a recent Italian vacation because he realized she was it.
"I knew early on that she was the one for me," Manganiello, 33, told PEOPLE Saturday night at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek's "Haunting" weekend event in south Florida. "I wasn't expecting to get married just yet, but when I felt this was the right situation for me, I decided to go ahead."
In September, Manganiello, who plays the wondrous werewolf Alcide Herveaux on HBO's hit vampire series, told PEOPLE that Marie is a "great dresser, gorgeous, tall, sweet, and she makes crazy English breakfasts."
Although the couple met at 2009's Super Bowl in Tampa, the actor didn't start dating Marie for several months. But soon after he was cast on True Blood, they started seeing each other.
Now, he is enjoying every minute of their engagement.
"It was very romantic to propose in Italy, where my family comes from," the actor, 33, tells PEOPLE. "We are both excited and plan to enjoy the moment."
While they have yet to set a time or place for the nuptials, Manganiello says they are working on several scenarios, including a return to Italy.
"We absolutely loved Italy, but have several ideas of where we will marry and haven't made a decision yet," he tells PEOPLE. "We are working on plans, talking through some ideas and then we will decide. Right now, we are just happy being engaged and want to enjoy this time in our lives."

For those of you who are still with me sugarfiend84 has been working on a TDK viral compilation site and after 2 years of procrastination and 7 months of work he is proud to call it complete!
This is the actual message I received:
Longtime lurker of ONTD here, I'm the famed Sugarfiend06 on the TDK ARG Wiki. I saw back in the TDK party post days that you were a fan of the viral marketing stuff that happened back then. I've FINALLY finished my compilation site about everything that went down, after 7 months of work and 2 years of procrastination, haha. I think you'll get a real kick out of it. :)
There's also a little something I made on the site from the epicness I saw at ONTD in the party posts. ;) If it's at all possible, could you post it on ONTD or get this to the people who made the party posts possible? They made for such a great time back in 2008, I want to share the awesome reminiscence!
Thanks and I hope you enjoy!"
I've checked out the site and OMG IT'S FUCKING AMAZING.
But of course the best part of the site is the nod to us here at ONTD!
I've done my part to get the word out there, I hope everyone enjoys the site as much as I do. And why not make this into a party post while we're at it? What better way to celebrate this glorious event?

Now that John Stamos (AKA Uncle Jessie) is on Glee, is it time to see Stephanie Tanner and the rest of the gang from Full House finally give fans what they want, a full-fledged reunion — and Jodie Sweetin says she’s completely on board!
Everywhere you look, there’s a heart, a hand to hold on to. Everywhere you look, there’s a face of somebody who needs you — and the faces we need most are Danny, Joey, Jesse, D.J, Stephanie and Michelle! HollywoodLife.com caught up with Jodie Sweetin (the one and only, Stephanie Tanner) who told us she’s vying for a Full House reunion on the hit show Glee now that her former co-star John Stamos is a recurring character! How awesome would that be?
“I would love to do something like that! I mean Glee looks like a ton of fun, I actually went to High School with Matt Morrison, we did musical theater together,” Jodie, 28, told us exclusively at the Radd Rewards in Downtown LA Oct.14 adding, “But you know, people have wanted a Full House reunion for years, there is always the talk of it, and if it was done on Glee that would be lots of fun.”
Just imagine the whole cast of Full House and Glee busting out in the Full House theme — or better yet, Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen hooking up with Cory Monteith’s character, Finn! Seriously, the potential for epic-ness would be unlimited.
Rihanna has explained the details behind a music video that recently leaked on to the web.
A clip for the song 'Who's That Chick?' surfaced online last month, and was described by the singer's label as a "promotional single" only.
The 'Rude Boy' star has since revealed that two versions of the promo exist - a day and a night one - which fans can view via a unique barcode on packets of Doritos crisps.
"There's this new pop-up video technology called augmented reality," she told Just Jared.
"There will be a barcode on the Doritos chip bags, you go home and hold it up to your computer and a video will pop up. We shot the exact video twice - one in day, one in night.
"So the night version has everything different - it has everything that is in the day version, it's just black and grey. It's darker and grittier. You'll be able to click at any time and make it night and the same shot will show up just in the night version. It's cool."
Asked which of the two clips she prefers, she said: "More of the day version. Only because I've started to incorporate a lot of different colors into my wardrobe now.
"I'm loving that direction. Right now, it feels good and right. It was a cool concept too because it was kind of one side of me and now, it's evolving into the new colourful stuff that we've been doing."
It is not yet clear whether the track will be included on her forthcoming album Loud.
Taylor Swift has revealed that she still feels anxious over her album sales.
The singer-songwriter, who has sold 13 million records worldwide, confessed that she often predicts how many units her LPs will shift and worries about them under-performing.
"I have a lot of anxiety about things on certain days, but I have anxiety because I care," she told Billboard.
"It's not anxiety that's crippling, it's a five-minute conversation with myself about if a [sales] number really defines this piece of art that I've created and what that means, and what the number's going to be.
"I try to predict what it's going to be, and then I realize that I can't predict what it's going to be, and then I sit there and say something to myself like, 'Well, you're happy today. Enjoy this and be proud of the music that you've made'."
Swift releases her third LP Speak Now on October 22.
TVGuide.com: You and NeNe seem to have genuinely gotten past the choking incident. Surprised?
Zolciak: NeNe and I have always had a love-hate relationship. It's like having a bad boyfriend. You just can't get away from it. But she makes me laugh and she's a ton of fun, so, you know, we're doing a lot better.
TVGuide.com: What about you and Kandi? In the last episode, she told a friend that you hadn't paid her for producing "Tardy for the Party"...
Zolciak: Yeah, I called her after I saw that. I wasn't too happy. I generally just watch myself on the show, but my Twitter went crazy when the episode aired. People were like, "I can't believe how awful you are... that you would not pay Kandi any money after all that she did for you." And I was like, "What in the... Why would she say that?" So I watched it and then I texted her: "Why did you say that? That's not necessarily true. My feelings are really hurt." And then she called me and then we talked.
But we have a great friendship. We're two years apart [in age], two years and two days, actually, and we understand each other. We resolved it. It was really just miscommunication, and she did get money for the song. [Ed. Note: See what Kandi has to say about whether or not that's true on her Bravo blog.] I would never in a million years not pay her. Kandi's not about money and I'm not about money -- money will never come between us, ever. I don't know how the music industry works, with producers and publishing and fees and who gets paid what. I still to this day don't really understand how it works.
TVGuide.com: Wait, why don't you watch the entire episodes?
Zolciak: I have watched all the ones from this season, but in general I just watch myself and see some of the funny things I say and then keep it moving. Why not before? Because I really didn't care. Last year, I was so detached from everyone else. Sheree and I had gotten into it, NeNe and I had gotten into it. I didn't want to watch anyone else.

Taylor Swift’s most vocal fans (a.k.a. tween girls) quickly realized they wouldn’t be first in line to buy the singer’s new album on October 25 – they’d be in school. So they turned to their favorite medium to get the release date declared a national holiday.
A Twitter petition, or Twitition, was started last week for all Swifties. The website states their cause:
“Help persuade Swiftie's parents to let the true Swifties stay home from school, or at least half of the school day, on October 25th, 2009, in order to buy Taylor's 'Speak Now' album when store doors open. Please Sign!”
Of course, they got the year wrong. And only 158 people have joined the cause so far. But you can’t let tiny details like that stand in the way of true fandom.SOURCE
Newly svelte Kelly Osbourne is facing a backlash from Hollywood girls after losing weight - because former pals now see her as "competition".
The singer/reality TV star dropped several dress sizes after appearing on U.S. talent show Dancing With The Stars, and continued to work out after the series ended, losing a staggering 48 pounds.
Osbourne admits she is still getting used to her trim figure - as well as the negative comments about her new look.
She says, "My weight? People don't realise it's as shocking to me as it is to them. When they open up a magazine and they see it... I'm still getting used to seeing me like this and the changes... it's weird!
"Girls in Hollywood don't like you because you become competition. They have started to get much more nasty. You think, 'Usually you say hi and now you don't.'"
The little bloody dress donned by the diva last month is the most searched for celebrity costume on Yahoo.com, the website said.

When Teen Mom Amber Portwood was filmed punching Gary Shirley in the head on the Sept. 28 episode of the show, with their baby Leah at her feet, she probably had no idea how much legal trouble the video could create!
Apparently domestic violence in front of a child under the age of 14 in Indiana can lead to felony charges, according to Caryn Burton, Training Director at the Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
HollywoodLife.com called the cops in Anderson, IND., who also confirmed the possibility of felony charges in Amber’s case.
And Amber’s legal woes don’t end there: Besides the felony charges, next is the investigation that is currently underway with the Department of Child Services.
We spoke to Ann Houseworth, Communications Director for the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). Houseworth told us in the state of Indiana, any one who sees abuse or suspects abuse of a child, are mandated to call the Indiana Child Abuse Hotline.
Charges can be filed against people who saw or suspected abuse if any had taken place. The law is very clear: “Failure to report child abuse/neglect is a crime … Indiana law requires any person who has reason to believe that a child is a victim of abuse or neglect to make an immediate oral report to DCS or to law enforcement.”
Right now the Indiana Department of Child Services is in the assessment phase of the investigation, Houseworth tells HollywoodLife.com. This means that within 30 days from the start of the investigation, DCS will request interviews with parties involved; including friends, neighbors and any other witnesses.
Gary and Amber are going to be pretty busy when they get back from their Florida vacation next week, between the DCS investigation and their anticipated interviews with the Anderson Police Department’s investigation into domestic abuse by Amber against Gary.

Lulu has taken a swipe at chart-topper Lady GaGa, insisting she's only successful because of the wacky image she's created.
The 61-year-old Shout singer did however, admit she's a fan of the Alejandro star's music. "She has a great voice and is a brilliant songwriter," Lulu explains to the new issue of Hello magazine.
"I love her music and her image. But I don't think anyone would have paid her any attention if it weren't for her outrageous image.
"That's how far performers have to go these days," she continued to say. "Every minute she must be thinking about her next statement. She's very clever because there's a stream of people desperate to be famous."

The pickups are all shows produced by Universal Media Studios and represent NBC's first round of full-season orders.
"We are pleased with the quality of The Event, Law & Order: Los Angeles and Outsourced, and feel they are an important part of helping to re-build our schedule and our studio pipeline,” said Angela Bromstad, NBC's entertainment president . “We believe in these new series and the creative auspices behind them.”
NBC has not made a verdict for the Warner-Bros.-produced Chuck, Chase and Undercovers. Though the fate of Undercovers is in question, the other two -- especially Chuck -- are looking more promising.
In the ratings, none of the shows have popped much in recent weeks. The Event has averaged a 3.0 rating and 9.1 million viewers using the most current ratings date including DVR viewership. LOLA has generated a 2.5 rating and 8.7 million viewers. Outsourced has averaged a 3.0 rating and 6.3 million viewers.
The news does mean, however, that Event fans will have a stronger chance of finding out what "The Event" actually is -- sources say its reveal is planned for near the end of the first season.
I hope they find a spot for P&R in their schedule.
BBC3's Lip Service isn't the world's first drama about lesbians – that accolade belongs to The L Word, which finished after six series in 2009 – but it is the first that Britain can claim as its own. The show's grey and drizzly Glasgow setting differentiates it from The L Word's sunny Californian sheen as does its sense of humour. And unlike its Los Angeles cousin, it's not driven by issues: there's no co-parenting, no gender transitioning, no horrific tales of coming out gone sour, and no killer cancers to educate the viewers with. It operates on the basis that gay women being gay isn't really a story at all, but that love and heartbreak, friendship and betrayal, crap jobs and worse bosses happen to everyone, even though the sex bits might not always be the same. There's a mystery to unravel, lots of lounging around in bars and warehouse flats, and enough full-on sex to get it a 10.30pm timeslot; all of which makes it more of a This Life-style late-twentysomething angstathon about the ups and downs of the everyday, with added bra hooks, candles and feelings.

Some people – like True Blood star Ryan Kwanten – prefer booze.
"I've been known to turn up drunk at triathlons and do very well," the Australian actor, 33, tells Men's Health magazine in its November issue.
Known for his buff bod he so often flaunts on the HBO vampire series, Kwanten says his workout regimes are not just for True Blood, and he plans to keep his physique.
"I'm not one of those actors who gets physically fit for a role and then loses it all again," he says. "I'm very rarely in the gym. My workouts are predominately outside, in nature."
But it's not just about his biceps: the health conscious star says he applies his workout mantra to his acting career – and success.
"I have that sporting background where I want to be the best. I want to be the champion," he says. "If I'm knocked down, you're damn sure I'm getting back up again. A lot of actors who may very well be more talented than me don't have that kind of tenacity in the face of rejection. That resilience gives me a distinct advantage."
So, ONTD, what do YOU do best when drunk? I'm BEAST at beer pong when I'm wasted, but sober, can't hit a cup for my life.

And now for some Chucking unbelievable news: Chuck is on the verge of receiving a full-season pickup from NBC, sources confirm to me exclusively. Although a Peacock rep declined to comment, insiders tell me the network and Warner Bros. Television are ironing out the final details of the back-nine order as we speak.
Earlier this month, Chuck cocreator Josh Schwartz expressed cautious optimism about his little-show-that-could surviving past its initial order of 13 episodes. “NBC is really happy with it creatively,” he said. “This is Chuck. We never say die.”
Currently in its fourth season, Chuck has become a steady performer for NBC on Mondays at 8 pm. And in this climate, steady is the new up!
Still, she says, she doesn't have a type when it comes to men.
"I don't think so, although I guess everyone says that, right? I like to be surprised by people, and I find that makes life a lot easier too, when you just accept what's coming your way."
Asked about her dating style, McAdams says she's not afraid to put herself out there.
"I'm not shy," she says. "But I feel like I give off more confidence than I really have. I get in trouble for being overly friendly at times."
As for having children one day, McAdams says she's waiting for the right time.
"Part of me is very attached to the idea of having children," she says, but adds that "it'll depend on if I find the person I want to do that with."
Don and Faye, Mad Men
Why they belong together: Don's attempts to rebuild himself — yet again — as the new and improved Don Draper, complete with less alcohol and more exercise, tie in perfectly with the sane, decent, independent Dr. Faye Miller. Also, she's awesome.

"The Talk" (also known as the mom-centric "View") debuted Monday afternoon -- and opposed to the blow-ups on "The View" last week, the hour with Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini and Marissa Jaret Winokur seemed...well, quite tame. The group discussed everything from kids, kids that don't behave, husbands that don't help with the kids, what happens when kids get bullied, and the right age when kids should first hear "the sex talk."
"Maybe now that we've been polite and nice, tomorrow we'll be different," Sharon Osbourne said at the very end of the hour.

More than 100 Walmart stores are selling a book for kids and parents that suggests gay people can overcome “sin” and convert to heterosexuality with the help of counseling, according to Q Salt Lake.
Chased by an Elephant: The Gospel Truth About Today’s Stampeding Sexuality is written by Janice Barrett Graham, whose husband, Stephen, runs the antigay group Standard of Liberty.
In the book’s introduction Graham says she wrote the book to “help shed the clear light of truth on today’s dark and tangled ideas about male and female, proper gender roles, the law of chastity, and the God-given sexual appetite.”
Graham’s son Andrew claims he successfully changed his sexual orientation and is now a happily married man. In his book Captain of My Soul, Andrew Graham writes that he was “lured into same gender internet pornography during his high school years, and recruited into cursory homosexual experimentation with older men while at Brigham Young University.”
For the last two years, Walmart has scored just 40% on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index.

Disney, Paramount Pictures, and Marvel Studios have announced via press release that Iron Man 3 will be released in on May 3, 2013. Under a new deal, Disney will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of the film, and will also oversee The Avengers. (The studio paid Disney $115 million for the transfer of rights.) Paramount will be releasing Marvel’s Thor on May 6, 2011 and Captain America on July 22, 2011.
“Five years ago, when Paramount and Marvel made our initial deal, both our businesses were in very different places,” Paramount CEO and Chairman Brad Grey said in the release. “We are grateful for the partnership we have had with the terrific Marvel team over these years and proud of the work we have done together. Today, this new agreement is the right deal for Paramount, for Marvel, and for Disney. We look forward to working together on Thor and Captain America, and we wish Disney and Marvel the utmost success, in what we know will be a very productive and wide-ranging partnership.”

‘It's fitting for us that when we win our first award it's mislabeled,’ says drummer Patrick Carney
By Andy Greene
Earlier today the Black Keys got their MTV Video Music Award statue in the mail — and discovered that MTV had mislabeled it as belonging to the Black Eyed Peas. "This isn't the first time they have fucked up our shit with the Black Eyed Peas," drummer Patrick Carney tells Rolling Stone. "In 2003 they played our video for 'Set you Free' on TRL labeled as the Black Eyed Peas. It's fitting for us that when we win our first award it's mislabeled. Hopefully we win their Grammy as well one day! We actually don't give a shit about this, though. It's funny."( Collapse )

MTV is stupid. Nothing new there. But The Black Keys are awesome, so it is all good.
I must admit that I find it odd that Mumford & Sons have a tag (something I am completely happy about, not complaining there), & yet The Black Keys do not. Does anyone else agree?

Taking their daughter out for a scheduled promotional appearance, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith were spotted alongside daughter Willow on what was a windy fall New York City Monday evening (October 18).
The "Men In Black" actor was in especially high spirits, beaming ear-to-ear as he watched his 9-year-old soak up the spotlight while stopping by BET's "106 & Park" to launch the new music video for her hit song "Whip My Hair".
Having made its online debut earlier today, Willow chatted about the tune with Ryan Seacrest on his morning talk show, telling, “You can’t be afraid to be yourself. You have to be yourself and you can’t let anyone tell you that it’s wrong!”
Clearly impressed with Miss Smith, Seacrest later told his listeners, “Willow is nine-years-old and I’m not buying that. I mean, the confidence and the poise, the look and the vibe, and the fact that you got a record out already is pretty amazing at nine years old.”

In other news, the outspoken 17-year-old babe recently shocked readers as she gave an in-depth interview for Revolver magazine during which she revealed her love of pornography and admitted to watching sex tapes.
Of this, Momsen told, “If it’s a good sex tape, I’ll watch it … I like some adult stars. I have a couple (of) favourites. But I will say this: that Tommy Lee/Pamela Anderson video wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t f**k Tommy Lee.”

Glee creator Ryan Murphy just finished an episode of his hit show that is devoted to the camp classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show. By the time it airs October 26, Murphy might be in a deal to direct the feature film remake. I'm told that he's being courted by Fox 2000 to direct a remake of the 1975 musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which has grossed north of $100 million and is considered the longest running theatrical release in film history because it still packs the faithful into midnight shows. The project is taking shape at Fox 2000, with Peter Chernin producing along with Lou Adler.
Murphy hasn't committed, but he has met. Aside from being very hands on with his hit show, Murphy is also exploring a spring start to direct Mark Ruffalo in The Normal Heart, a feature adaptation of the Larry Kramer play about AIDS, written when the disease was a death sentence and nobody seemed to be helping. Murphy also got paid $5 million from Sony Pictures Entertainment to write and direct a romantic comedy that would re-team him with his Eat, Pray, Love star Julia Roberts.
The original, written by cast member Richard O'Brien and director Jim Sharman, launched Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick and had a cast that included O'Brien, Nell Campbell and Meat Loaf in a raucous re-telling of the Frankenstein story. Can Murphy resist coming up to the lab to see what's on the slab?
If you’ve ever watched C-SPAN or C-SPAN 2 with any regularity, you know that it is the opposite of salacious. Usually the most interesting thing that can happen while you’re watching it is that you realize that you can recognize Senator Evan Bayh by voice alone. But recently on Book TV (the Lost of C-SPAN 2), something really strange happened. A panel discussion that was supposed to be about writers with varying political leanings very slowly morphed into a man explaining that he dated one of the other panelists, and that she is a monster who cheated on him and wanted to play a weird power game in which she would set up a couple just so she could seduce the man in order to confuse him and hurt the other woman. Jesus Christ! And the guy doesn’t even seem that upset about it. And then she doesnt’ even seem upset that he’s bringing it up in front of an audience and literally DOZENS of people watching on TV nation wide.
The really good part starts at 3:33, but if you have the patience, I recommend watching it from the beginning. This guy really nails it.
Personally, you should watch the whole thing

After weeks of landing at the top of the 'Dancing With the Stars' leader board, insiders tell me the cast and dancers are starting to get a wee bit jealous of the outstanding Jennifer Grey.
"It's not outright hate yet but it isn't good," one insider that's spent plenty of time on the 'Dancing' stage tells me. "It's just not fair that we are all working our a**es off every week and Jennifer literally waltzes in and gets the best marks. You would think that because she is a dancer the judges would be a little harder on her."
It's not the first time controversy has erupted over stars with dance experience stepping into the ballroom. Last season's winner Nicole Scherzinger came into the competition as one of the most respected dancers and choreographers in the music industry, plus who can forget season 10 contestant, Mya, admitting she had been dancing since she was 5 years old.
"What is different this time is the questions about excluding stars with dance experience aren't coming from the public or the media but rather from within the competition itself," a TV executive tells me. "I fear that if Jennifer gets another perfect score this week Bristol Palin will have a fit!"
Now, now ladies, let's remember the winner wins a mirror ball trophy not a desk in the Oval Office!
IAWT, it's annoying when a contestant who clearly has a dance background is constantly on top & most likely to win. Predictable much? I always root for the underdog. My fav is Flo!! Get it gurrrrl.
Tough-guy rapper Eminem was bullied so badly as a child his mother sued the Detroit school system for failing to protect him.
The torment of the then 9-year-old Marshall Mathers began on Oct. 15, 1981, when he was beset by a bully at the Dort Elementary School who split his lip and knocked the wind out of him, according to court papers unveiled Monday by the Smoking Gun website.
The bully, who caused Eminem to suffer from "nightmares and anti-social behavior," was identified in the papers as DeAngelo Bailey.
More beatings at the hands of Bailey followed, including one in a restroom that left young Marshall with "sustained injuries to his head, face, back and legs," the papers state.
On a snowy day in January 1982, Bailey nailed the future superstar in the face with a "snowball containing a heavy object or a piece of ice" while they were playing "King of the Hill" before beating him up, the papers state.
As a result of that attack, Eminem's mother, Debbie, claimed her son suffered a concussion and a temporary loss of vision in one eye.

Teen Mom's Maci Bookout and new beau Kyle King packed on the PDA at a pumpkin patch in L.A. Monday.

When Maci went over to a giant wooden pumpkin and stuck her head through the cutout, Kyle snapped a photo. Adds the onlooker, "It looked like they were having a great time."

Never underestimate the power of cute animals doing cute things: As the Guardian reports, an Ikea commercial currently airing in the UK is unexpectedly reviving the career of classical-pop pianist Mara Carlyle. The commercial depicts 100 furry, lovable cats exploring an Ikea store after hours, jumping around and sleeping in the showroom full of furniture. Carlyle's tune 'Pianni' accompanies the adorable clip, pairing her delicate piano and soft voice with the cats, transforming them into creatures of art instead of just creatures of the night.
For Carlyle, she's getting a second chance on a stalled music career. "The Ikea advert came at a time when I was about to give up entirely," she told the Guardian. "The struggle to get my album out had taken over my life, so I had decided to forget about it and move on. Then this came along, out of the blue."
Carlyle was on her way up -- she was blog-dubbed Missy Elliot of the classical world, signed with EMI in 2007 and recorded an album, but personnel shifts at the label left her music in limbo. After jumping through a handful of legal hoops to get the rights back to the finished version, she resumed working at a homeless center, but now it seems like she has a new lease on her career.
Of course, the lesson here is that one should never abandon hope (and that the benefits of cuddly felines know no bounds).
