Former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy dusted off one of her raunchiest outfits to host The Palms' 4th Annual Midsummer Night's Dream party in Las Vegas this weekend. The 37-year-old actress donned a tiny white bikini, which left very little to the imagination. Guess she wanted to show funnyman Jim Carrey what he's missing out on because McCarthy is loving the single life. "I'm enjoying it tremendously!" she told Us Magazine. "I have one more year to pull off an outfit like this, so I better hit it while it's hot."
After dating for five years, Carrey and McCarthy officially split in April. The couple revealed the break up news on Twitter. "I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to Jane and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart," McCarthy wrote.
Carrey had kind words for her as well. "Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best!"
McCarthy announced she was living with Carrey in April 2008 during an appearance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' but she made a clear point that they had no plans to marry.
"They did have dinner, but they are just friends,"
Her rep says they've known each other for a while because of their reality shows being on TLC.
"They've always remained good friends," says her rep. "There is no romance there with Jesse."
"just good friends catching up. She's been seen holding hands with friends before."
According to People, the two friends spent the day together on Sunday, as well, and were holding hands again.
On Sunday, the two visited Bodies … The Exhibition at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, where they continued to hold hands. The two discreetly toured the exhibit together, but James continued into another gallery, avoiding the cameras as a staff member asked the LA Ink star to take a picture.
Maybe they are just close friends who don't think twice about their pda being misconstrued? They are both grown adults who are single, so really it doesn't matter one way or the other, does it?
Have you been following the controversy over 14-year-old Kendall Jenner's (younger sister to the Kardashian sisters: Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe) bikini pictures? She's working as a model, and some have argued the pictures were too explicit for a young teenager. Khloe Kardashian thinks her sister's pictures aren't a big deal, however.
"She's definitely gorgeous – she looks better than most 20-year-olds in their bikinis!" Khloe, 26, told UsMagazine.com Saturday...
"Also, in the modeling world, being 14 is actually 'middle age,'" Khloe went on. "Kimora Lee Simmons was walking for Chanel in Paris at age 12; no one commented when she did that. So if you want to speak in modeling perspective, you have to live in a modeling world. Not that many people are putting it in that perspective. They're just thinking, 'Oh, Kendall Jenner. Let’s talk some crap.'"
Here's one of Kendall's pictures. Teenagers certainly wear bikinis at the beach and all, but I don't know if I'd want my 14-year-old posing for professional pictures in a bikini (regular clothes are a different story)... It is part of the world of modeling, though.
I knew people started modeling when they were young, but I didn't know 14 was considered middle aged for models, did you? What do you think of Kendall posing in bikinis at her age?

What is it about a perfectly done horror movie? You can't say there's a single way to do it: some use the time time-tested hot-chick-in-distress formula, some hinge on graphic displays of gore and disembowelment that make you recoil (even though keep watching, you sick bastard), and some simply shake you to your core...and in some cases drive you to therapy. But however a good scare flick works, it works, and in the process creates what are arguably your most vivid movie traumas memories. Ghosts, possessed kids, mutant killers, zombies—everyone has their own fear button, and everyone can have theirs pressed. Everyone. Point is, you may not find every movie in our collection of 50 to be paralyzingly creepy, but no matter who you are, best believe that there's at least one in here that'll haunt your dreams and seriously threaten your bladder control. But enough talking—it's Halloween time, so man up and click the image below to relive some of the scariest joints Hollywood (and France, and Spain, and low-budget filmmakers) has ever churned out.

It's not as though we've never noticed the 22-year old actress Blake Lively before. How could you fail to spot those coltish limbs and that mermaid-length highlighted blonde hair (which has now become the most requested style in New York salons)? But up until now, Blake has always seemed too much like the girl next door: pretty, preppy, and dare we say it, that killer word 'nice'. Even in her breakout role as the Upper East Sider Serena van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, she's the nice girl to Leighton Meester's glamourpuss bitch Blair Waldorf. Partly it's the smile, that wide, disarmingly lispy grin.
But suddenly, this summer, Blake's style has gone supersonic. It all started in Paris at the couture shows. The Gossip Girl cast were in town to film the new series of the global hit show. But it was Blake, not Leighton, who was spotted chatting with Karl Lagerfeld at the Ritz in a Chanel sequined jacket and hot pants. It was Blake who sat front row at the Dior show looking fresh as a daisy in a Parisian-chic white dress alongside the most powerful woman in fashion: US's vogue Anna Wintour. Indeed, Wintour is perhaps Lively's biggest fan. She is about to put her on the cover for the second time in six months, an unprecedented achievement.

Montana Fishburne told XBIZ she is seriously considering making another adult movie after the response to her new self-titled sex tape through Vivid Entertainment exceeded everyone's expectations.
"Vivid made an offer to me to do a few more movies, but I don't know if I'm going to do that yet. I'm thinking about doing one more soon, but it will be totally different, not reality style and I want them to see a whole new Montana. But more than two, I don't know," Fishburne said Friday in an exclusive video interview.
Vivid last week reported that its first run of 25,000 "Montana Fishburne" DVDs had sold out in just a few days, and it was ordering more. Fishburne is the 18-year-old daughter of Emmy Award-winning actor Laurence Fishburne.
Montana said that she still had not spoken to her father since the news of her sex tape made international headlines at the end of July.

But MM refuses to stop the show -- bloody eye and all -- and yells out, "Start the music we're continuing the show, let's f**k these motherf**kers up."

Kourtney Kardashian just posted this adorable pic on her blog of baby Mason playing in his bedroom.
Kourt writes: I remember when I was pregnant and I would spent countless hours on the computer searching for the best baby products. I even have a friend who has a list of all her favorite products all organized by category, which she sends out to all of her pregnant friends to help out.
The only way to really know what’s good is to try it out and, most importantly, see if your baby likes it. Recently I have noticed when opening new toys for Mason out of the box, Mason likes playing with the box more than the toy itself… go figure.
I will start posting more about things that I love for him. But let me start with one of Mason’s absolute favorite things at the moment…
One is the Evenflo Exersaucer. This allows me to make my steel cut oats every morning lol. Mason loves playing in it with the fun toys and it’s a good learning tool with all the numbers, colors, different shapes and textures. It is also good exercise for their little legs and helps them get used to standing. I only put him in here for around 10-15 minutes at a time though, and he definitely lets me know when he’s ready to come out.
This is also not a babysitter. You absolutely need to watch your baby as with any toy. I have one in my bathroom too so when I need to wash my face, put on a little makeup, he stands right next to me and plays happily.
Next week I’ll be sharing another one of Mason’s favorite play thing! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions…. any topics you’d like me to talk about. I love your feedback and I love sharing my experiences with you guys.

Tila Tequila should have known that the crowd at the Gathering of the Juggalos was going to pelt her with objects ... because according to a member of the Insane Clown Posse, she got a fair warning before the show.
TMZ spoke with ICP member Violent J -- who claims the group informed Tila about a rumor circulating within the Juggalo community that Tila was going to be a target when she performed on Friday night.
Violent J tells us, "We told her about the rumor and she didn’t care" ... noting that Tila informed the group that she wouldn't back out of the performance because she's "not a bitch like that."
Violent J continued, "We paid her before the show and assured her that even if things got out of hand, she could keep the money if she had to leave the stage."
Obviously things did get out of control -- and Tila took a few shots to the face when the crowd began firing objects at the stage.
J tells us Tila's people have already informed the group that a "lawsuit is underway" -- but ICP insists, "We're not gonna sit back and give her our money.”
Still, Violent J tells us he thinks it's "f*cked up" that the crowd got violent ... saying, "I wish they didn’t throw stuff at her.”
You totally hate Justin Bieber, right, because you're a rebel, or whatever? That's just because you haven't listened to Bieber slowed down 800 percent. Now his new single "U Smile" is a 30-minute epic. And it sounds awesome. No, really.
Courtesy musician Nick Pittsinger, using the free program Paulstretch, this is "U Smile" made slower. Like, a lot slower—eight times slower, to be exact. And all of a sudden the not-bad piano pop track sounds like the climactic score to some kind of historical epic, or Dead Can Dance, or, like, Animal Collective, or something. Much of the buzz coming out of Hollywood this weekend is about how badly the Universal film Scott Pilgrim vs. The World performed at the box office. It earned only $10.5 million ranking it fifth for the weekend. The two other new movies that opened, The Expendables and Eat Pray Love, earned $35 million and $24 million respectively.
There are lots of theories out there as to why the film did so badly this weekend. A bad release date, marketing that seemed solely aimed at young video gamer players, Michael Cera.
But that does not mean all is lost for Scott Pilgrim (which earned an A- from audiences via CinemaScore and an impressive 84% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes).
In the aftermath of this weekend’s box office, fans have taken to the Internet to try and convince people to see the movie. Scott Pilgrim is one of the top trending topics on Twitter and has been since it's premiere, taking Inception's spot..
Often that level of fandom can mean a film has a much longer life after its been in theaters than other films that might have initially performed better because people do, in fact, discover it on DVD.
Most of the time a movie’s DVD earnings equal about 60% to 70% of the film’s domestic box office. But films that become cult favorites can do much better than that, according to SNL Kagan. Office Space, released in 1999 by Fox, earned only $11 million total at the domestic box office but earned $40 million on video. Crank, from Lionsgate, earned $28 million in theaters and $51 million on DVD.
Kick-Ass, the most recent comic book adaptation disappointment, looks like it could earn 100% of its $48 million domestic box office take on DVD.
That kind of DVD return would go a long way toward helping Universal earn back its $60 million production budget (though maybe not print and advertising costs).
But still, the best possible outcome for Universal and fans would be for the film to actually gain a larger audience over the coming slow late summer weeks. Films scheduled for release this weekend include Nanny McPhee Returns and Lottery Tickets, not exactly films with blockbuster potential. Maybe an Internet campaign could get young men who opted for The Expendables this weekend to give Scott Pilgrim a try next. If not, the film should enjoy a long life beyond the box office.
Actor Gets Some 'Law and Order'- Avoids Traffic Incident Charges
Ice-T got some very cool news in a Manhattan courtroom today -- his July charges for driving with a suspended license and no seatbelt were dismissed.
The rapper's license had in fact never been suspended, prosecutors said in explaining the dismissal, blaming the whole thing on a New York DMV clerical error.
"That's what I'm talking about!" the dressed-to-the-nines hip hop pioneer boasted as he walked triumphantly back out through the courtroom, pointing a finger at grinning defendants in the audience.
"Dismissed!" he told the courtroom full of smiling, fist-pumping fans.
"Like I said from the gate, I never broke the law," he told reporters. "I never had knowledge of any suspension. That's why I got so angry when they put me in handcuffs."
Did he ever. Cops say Ice-T -- real name Tracy Marrow -- unleashed a torrent of profanity after he was pulled over in his 2009 Cadillac sedan near the Lincoln Tunnel, with his buxom wife Coco at his side.
The mirror of his car had brushed against a cop at a random checkpoint, officials said.
He was charged with driving with a suspended license, without valid insurance, and without a seatbelt -- charges all now blamed on bad DMV records and wiped clean.
And he was taken in cuffs to the 10th precinct in Chelsea and given a ticket to return to court today.
It wasn't long before the 52-year-old rapper-turned-actor, who has played Detective Fin Tutuola on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" since 2000, gave his Twitter followers a good taste of his fury over being locked up for no reason.
"Some punk bitch rookie cop named Fisher made the arrest of his bull--t career today," he sniped.
"Arresting the Notorious Ice-T for no seatbelt! [The cop] said, 'I know who you are, and I don't give a f--k!' That was right after I called him a punk bitch."
The Twitter-tirade may not have come close to the sentiments of his 1992 song, "Cop Killer," in which the performer shared his thoughts on the advisability of killing police in retaliation for police brutality.
But he kept the harsh words coming. He repeated the "punk bitch" taunt a few weeks ago in a Webcast, and earlier this month vowed a revenge lawsuit against the DMV.
Now, all is forgiven, he said as he strode out of the courthouse, Coco beside him in high heels and a clingy black knit mini-dress.
"I was just upset. the cop took me to jai. We had a little tiff on the street. Both tempers were up."
As for the charges, his lawyers, Eric Franz and Timothy Parlatore, chalked it up to a case of mo' cars, mo' problems.
Ice-T had had rides registered in New York, then dropped the insurance when he re-registered them a couple years back upon moving to Jersey. New York's DMV recorded the insurance cancelation, but not that he'd turned in the registration, the lawyers explained.
"Whatever," the rapper summed it up, saying he's ditched any plans for lawsuits. "I hate courts. I am never coming back."
Asked by a reporter where he was off to next -- given his natty navy business suit, and her dress and heels -- Ice-T laughed.
"Oh, I don't know. I think we'll go to Disney Land," he said. "We'll go to Denny's."
What do you think Coco orders at Denny's? Is she a Grand Slam Breakfast kinda girl? And what was that cop thinking, arresting a dude who sang "Cop Killer"??? Stupid, stupid. ILU Ice T and Coco, Official Patron Saints of ONTD

The band just revealed they will start work on a new album next week. The disc will be the first with new member Jade, who rerecorded Keisha Buchanan's vocals on their previous release "Sweet 7" after being drafted into the band in September.

Director MARK ROMANEK struggled to make KEIRA KNIGHTLEY look like a dowdy teen in his new film NEVER LET ME GO - because the actress looked "astonishing" throughout the shoot.
The filmmaker takes charge of the coming-of-age tale, adapted from the book by Kazuo Ishiguro, which tells the tale of three students whose world falls apart when they leave their boarding school.
The trio is played by Knightley, Carey Mulligan and Andrew Garfield, and Romanek insists it was almost impossible to make the Pirates of the Caribbean beauty appear plain.
He tells Britain's Daily Express, "It was difficult. She was eager and happy to do it because the role called for it. But even at her worst, Keira still looks astonishing."

We asked the question, now we'll answer it: no, not every relationship on One Tree Hill is cursed.
Take, for example, the very blessed event spawned from the relationship of the CW staple's OG starlet Bethany Joy Galeotti with Michael, her real-life rocker hubby of five years...
While neither the network or Galeotti's personal reps are commenting, multiple sources close to the show confirm to E! News that the 29-year-old is pregnant.
There's no word yet on a due date, though a source says it's possible the mama-to-be may opt not to return to the show beyond the current 12-episode order should the network want to extend the series' run this season.

With a minimum five days’ stay imposed on him, Craig is sustained by friendships on both the inside and the outside as he learns more about life, love, and the pressures of growing up.
It's a lot better than the first one.
Also, Ned Vizzini has posted on his livejournal that It's Kind of a Funny Story "is no longer receiving limited release in New York and Los Angeles and then expanding to other cities. It is now going to be in many more theaters up front (about 500)."
this one is much better than the first one.
From Michael Ausiello: Let’s see if Gossip Girl can make this work: Tim Gunn is guest-starring on the CW soap this fall! Sources confirm to me exclusively that the ubiquitous Project Runway mentor will play himself in an episode set to air in late October. No further details about his appearance were available, which leaves me no other choice than to speculate…
I love this man and his endless dictionary of words.

It is 8 p.m. on a Monday night in June, and I am driving a rental car behind Patti LuPone. We are on our way to a karaoke bar in South Carolina -- an idea fueled, no doubt, by the endless parade of red wine spritzers we enjoyed over dinner at a fish shack near her house on Edisto Island( Collapse )

Post brought to you by the best fan reaction to yesterday's rob and kristen's kissing pictures:
The L.A. Coroner's Office just released their report on Simon Monjack's death.
In the report, the investigator documents an exchange with a person whose name has been withheld -- but whom law enforcement sources have identified as Brittany's mother, Sharon Murphy.
According to the report, the investigator and the unnamed person (Sharon) were going through the master bedroom in the Hollywood Hills home that Simon shared with Brittany ... when (Sharon) pointed to one side of Simon's bed and identified it as "her side of the bed."
Sharon also told the investigator that certain prescriptions in the nightstand -- bearing the names Sharon Murphy and Sharon Monjack -- were also hers.
The report doesn't suggest sexual contact between the two.
Bankruptcy court records show 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe owe creditors nearly $11 million in various debts, but new evidence proves the couple went on a $60,000 shopping spree not long after they filed for bankruptcy, NY Post reports. New court records claim the pair spent $8,800 on curtains and nearly $45,000 on wall hangings, mirrors, frames, tables, urns and chairs. The evidence came to light after the couple tried to convince a Newark federal bankruptcy judge to stop the planned Aug. 22 auction of their personal belongings.
Judge Morris Stern refused to stop the auction, but postponed it until Oct. 3.
"These were not Ikea-purchased furniture items," Stern said. "These were from high-end design stores."
In papers filed in Newark Federal Court, the Guidices claim to only make $79,000 a year, and are unable to handle the foreclosures and hefty credit card bills.
The court document lists their money woes in detail:
► The bank has moved to foreclose on their $1.8 million home in Towaco, NJ.
► Banks have taken their Jersey Shore house along with another home in Lincoln Park, NJ.
► Teresa owes $12,000 to a fertility clinic.
► They've defaulted on payments for their Escalade.
► Joe personally owes $5 million to former partners of real estate deals.
Nicki Minaj is featured on two of the four tracks debuting this week on Billboard's Hot 100 chart as she makes guest appearances on Sean Kingston's "Letting Go (Dutty Love)" and Jay Sean's "2012 (It Ain"t The End)."
The chart successes follow the Young Money femcee's own #1 single, "Your Love," which currently sits in the top 20. But the Kingston and Jay Sean records prove an underlying point about Minaj: The Queens lyricist has managed to make her mark via collaborations; she sizzled on numbers with Usher ("Lil Freak"), Robin Thicke ("Shakin' It 4 Daddy") and Mariah Carey ("Up Out My Face").
"It feels crazy," she told MTV News earlier this year about all the calls for collaborations. "I never imagined it. I never really imagined all of this. It feels good because when you're working at something, sometimes you feel like you'll never be recognized for your true talents. Especially when you're a girl, you feel like people will only see one thing. But now when people hit me, it's, 'Could you be on this remix?' It shows that they respect my talent, and that means a lot."
The animated rapper recently revealed the name of her forthcoming debut album, Pink Friday, via Twitter. She's been mostly hush, though, regarding details of the project. But this month she explained to MTV News that she's enjoying the process of crafting her first album.
"The album is progressing miraculously, I would say," Minaj told us. "It's coming out way better than I could even have imagined or dreamed or hoped for."
Who do you think Nicki Minaj should work with next? Let us know in the comments!
HBO is unlikely to partner with Netflix for streaming over the Internet and will instead focus on offering subscribers an online viewing option via HBO GO, Bloomberg reports. Eric Kessler, co-president of HBO (which, like EW, is part of Time Warner), told Bloomberg that HBO GO will be available to paying subscribers at no additional cost through all major cable systems, on Apple Inc.’s iPad, and on mobile devices in six months. Right now, HBO GO is available for customers of Comcast and Verizon FiOS.

She also likened herself to an ‘extremist’ between the sheets and blew her own trumpet by confirming that she really ‘works it’ in bed, despite earlier this month claiming that she isn’t good at sex.
The glamour model told the Guardian: ‘I’m worse than an animal. I’m an extremist in bed.’
She added: ‘If you act up to their ideas then you're fine,’ before saying ‘you can say I'm like an ugly fat woman, cos they're the ones they say really try.’
‘I'm like one of them, I make an effort. I'm not just a lay on your back, open your legs, look at the time. I actually work it.’
Her and husband Alex Reid must have some really interesting sessions at lights out as earlier this month he also admitted he likes to dress up as women – wig and make-up included – and seduce Katie.
Perhaps Alex likes to play the pretty, slim woman...
Actor EDWARD FURLONG has been temporarily banned from contacting his estranged wife after a judge granted her request for a restraining order.
Rachael Kneeland filed for divorce from the Terminator 2: Judgement Day star in July 2009 after three years of marriage.
But their relationship has become more volatile since the split and Furlong was twice ordered to stay away from Kneeland last October (09) after she accused him of beating her up following a heated argument.
Furlong has now been handed his third restraining order from Kneeland, banning him from contacting or approaching his ex and their three-year-old son Ethan after allegedly leaving a series of profanity-laced voicemails on her phone, reports TMZ.com.
Kneeland asked a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to issue the temporary order on Friday (13Aug10), claiming the troubled actor made threats against her boyfriend in the messages.
In the documents, she accuses Furlong of saying, "If he dares hang out with f**king Ethan, I swear to god I'm gonna f**king rip his f**king heart and f**king feed it to him, you understand me? I will f**king rip him a new one, you can f**king, you see if you like him still when his f**king little pretty face is all deformed."
In another voicemail, Furlong is alleged to have told her, "F**k you Rachael. I'm sick of you... you are such f**king vermin... you are a cesspool of s**t, that's what you are, you're nothing, you're nothing."
Kneeland is expected to play the messages for the court during a hearing on 31 August (10).

Former S Club 7 performer Jon Lee has spoken about his sexuality for the first time with leading gay glossy, GT.
The actor, who was recently in BBC1's Casualty, speaks to the magazine about his career and personal life.
On the speculation surrounding his sexuality: “If someone had said ’are you gay?’ I would have said yes, but no-one ever did. I’ve never felt the need to leap out of the closet singing and dancing about it. I’ve always known I was gay, from a very young age. I came out to my friends and my family at a very young age, so for me it’s always been my life and it’s never needed to be a huge change that I’ve had to tell everyone about.”
On coming out, he added: “If you are in the public eye I think people feel like they have a right to know, feel like they have a right to ask and that you should be completely open and honest about all these things. And I think it depends.”
When asked what he looks for in a man, he said: “Obviously you have to be good looking, not an utter rotter, but someone who’s just happy in themselves you know? That to me is attractive. And someone to make me laugh. If you can make me laugh you’re halfway there really.”
And on the other members of S Club 7: “I think they’re still doing it. I think they’re doing universities and clubs and gigs. It’s not something I would particularly want to do, but I take my hat off to them, I think it takes a lot of nerve to get up there and do it, for anybody, to come from doing Wembley Arena and then go back to doing that.”

MTV and Universal Music Group have kissed and made up—temporarily.
Viacom-owned MTV.com recently lost its rights to stream videos from Universal artists such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Kanye West when their deal expired in July. The two companies couldn't agree on digital-advertising terms.
But according to MTV, Universal has provisionally allowed the website to publish its artists' videos strictly for the purpose of the Video Music Awards, to be held in Los Angeles on Sept. 21.
"They did grant us digital rights," MTV Networks Senior Vice President Jeannie Kedas said of Universal. "[I] think they recognize the value of MTV's VMA's for their artists."

The Kevin Spacey-starring drama series project The Crux has landed at HBO with a pilot order. The project centers on a charismatic cult leader played by Oscar winner Spacey in his first regular series gig. It hails from Spacey and Dana Brunetti's Trigger Street Prods. which has inked a first-look deal with HBO as part of the pact for Crux. Crux was taken to cable networks 2 months ago and generated interest from at least 4 places, HBO, Showtime, Starz and FX. In the end, Spacey's existing relationship with HBO helped steer the project to the pay cable network. On TV, Spacey, who executive produces Crux with Brunetti, most recently starred in the 2008 HBO movie Recount, which earned him an Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. Also in 2008, the HBO film Bernard and Doris, which Trigger Street co-produced and Spacey and Brunetti executive produced, landed 10 Emmy noms. Spacey is the latest Oscar winner to topline an HBO pilot this year. Dustin Hoffman starred in Luck, which has been picked up to series, and Diane Keaton headlined Tilda, whose fate has not been decided.
On the feature side, Trigger Street has The Social Network coming out in October, Casino Jack (in which Spacey also stars) premiering at the Toronto Film Festival and Safe with Jason Statham going into producing later this year. Acting-wise, Spacey is currently shooting Horrible Bosses and just completed Margin Call.
