On Friday, September 11th, moviegoers will be able to see Jamie Chung in the horror-thriller remake "Sorority Row." Next up, she'll star in director Zack Snyder's action-thriller "Sucker Punch" and ComingSoon.net talked to Chung about the role.
Q: What can you tell us about "Sucker Punch"?
Jamie Chung: I can tell you that I'm really excited to work with Zack Snyder. He is the happiest person in the world, it's crazy! He's always smiling, it's insane. The girls that they cast, we just had the table read on Friday. And it really brought things to life, because we were in the room with all the art work up and his vision – it's insane how the kindest person in the world can think of something so dark. (Laughs)

Iconic: Marilyn Monroe posed for this sexy, skirt-flying shot for The Seven Year Itch but husband Joe DiMaggio was incensed with jealousy and beat her
Marilyn Monroe had money, fame and critical acclaim, but what she wanted most was a man to love her. The men she loved - and who loved her back - were Joe DiMaggio, Arthur Miller and Frank Sinatra. But all three were troubled relationships. In our final extract from a definitive new biography, we reveal the blazing rows, the miscarriages and the morning she seduced Sinatra...
Baseball player Joe DiMaggio saw some publicity shots of Marilyn Monroe in March 1952 and decided to ask her for a date. Although she was a dazzlingly beautiful movie star, he was at that time by far the bigger celebrity.
His brilliance with a baseball bat for the New York Yankees made him one of America's most revered heroes. He had retired from baseball just a few months before, aged only 36, because of injuries - but the public adored him still as a sporting legend.
The date was set for March 8, at Villa Nova, an Italian restaurant which is now The Rainbow Bar And Grill on Sunset Boulevard. Marilyn, who wasn't sure she was much interested in a baseball player, was late by two hours.

French film legend Jean-Paul Belmondo has received death threats, his ex-wife told AFP on Friday, explaining why she refused to allow their daughter to spend her holiday with him.
Responding to the 76-year-old star's public complaint that he was being denied access to six-year-old Stella, Natty Tardivel said both she and her former husband had received menacing hate mail.
"I have lodged an official complaint and am living under police protection. I'm living a nightmare and I'm frightened. The police told me that Jean-Paul got the same letter and had also made a complaint," she said.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, DJ AM's most recent girlfriend, model Hayley Wood, opens up about his death for the first time.
Two weeks before DJ AM (real name: Adam Goldstein) was found dead of an apparent overdose at age 36 on Aug. 28, he and Wood, 22, his girlfriend of nearly a year, split, according to multiple outlets. Sources also tell Us the two had called it quits.
But in an exclusive statement to Usmagazine.com, Wood says: "Any indication that this horribly tragic accident happened because of a rumored breakup is not only untrue but disgusting. We were very much together at the time of his passing, and I love him very much."
Kourtney Kardashian's pregnancy didn't come as a surprise to everyone.
Dash employee and Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami costar Erica Mena says she could tell something was up by the way Kourt's beau, Scott Disick, handled her 2-year-old baby, King Conde.
"He got a whole feel for fatherhood—holding hands with my son, playing with him, feeding him a bottle," the video vixen turned sales associate tells us.
"He was a natural with my baby," she adds. "By how seriously he cared for my child, it wasn't shocking when we found out a little later that he was going to be a dad."
The boasting doesn't end there.
"The fact that Kourtney puts everything out there about her pregnancy for the world to know makes her more of a role model," Erica said of the 30-year-old E! reality starlet. "It's realistic and it's the truth, and for a young girl going through the same thing—forgetting to the take the pill, considering abortion—it's nice to know Kourtney is someone a person can look up to in the public eye."
Erica also says Kourtney's already-gorgeous look has improved since becoming pregnant. "She has this glow at all times," she gushed. "She adds a new definition to the word beautiful. She's just embracing her pregnancy, and you can tell by looking at her that she couldn't be happier."
And it's nice to know Kourtney's not alone in eagerly anticipating the baby's arrival. Erica added, "Scott is more excited than anyone."
One of the biggest perks to come with being down with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music crew is getting to meet some incredible people, says the label’s new crowning British jewel, singer/songwriter/producer Mr. Hudson.
He’s already gotten to meet and work with West and Jay-Z, but he’s certainly not shy about his admiration for another member of “the gang”: uber-pop star Rihanna.
“She’s one of the people that I’ve met on this crazy little rollercoaster over the last year or so,” he told Neon Limelight by phone last Thursday. But they didn’t just meet, they’ve become pretty good friends. In July, the two were spotted attending the London premiere of Quentin Tarantino’s new flick Inglourious Basterds.
He says the night out wasn’t a big deal at all. “She was hanging out in London at the studio and we just went to the pictures.”
He laughs at how “out of hand” the coverage of the outing got in the British press, but says they’d make an “amazing R&B power-couple.” “We’re just pals and I’m afraid that’s the extent of it, [but] I think she’s amazing.”
More amazing is the possibility that the British bloke and the Bajan beauty will team up for her as-yet-untitled fourth album. “It hasn’t happened yet,” he said of their studio session, “but I’d love to work with Rihanna. I’m gonna have to chuck a couple of beats at her and see what she thinks.
“I don’t get the impression she’s in any sort of rush to make a record and stick it out. I think she wants to make something that’s going to be really important and talked about. I think it’s going to be a really special album.”
When asked about working with another Barbados-native, “T-Shirt” singer Shontelle, Hudson cited time constraints as the reason behind them not being able to pair up. “It’s kind of just a rumor, but like Lil Wayne wants to f-ck every girl in the world, I want to work with every girl in the world.”
Mr. Hudson is busy promoting his new album, Straight No Chaser, which will land in stores stateside October 20.

Kidman plays a suburban mother dealing with the loss of a child. Eckhart will play Kidman’s husband, who is trying to hold on to the memory of his dead son while dealing with his emotionally removed wife.
With a budget of less than $10 million, a brisk 28-day shoot “Rabbit Hole” is more like an indie than a Hollywood production.
“This is a passion project for Nicole,” Eckhart said, “The reason why I’m in the movie is Nicole. If she wants to work with somebody, then that’s what happens.”

It appears as though there are no shortage of reasons for Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham to celebrate.
Fresh on the heels of their Aug. 1 wedding, Durham was spotted on Sunday at The Grove in Los Angeles sporting quite the baby bump. Though no official announcement has been made, a source says the couple are expecting their fourth child.
Already parents to Ella Rae, who is about to turn 6, Michael, 3, and Brendan Joseph, 11 months, the couple have made no secret of their desire for a big family.
Last summer, Wahlberg – 38-year-old executive producer of HBO's Entourage – joked that "when the kids are good, we want eight or nine." He went on to call life in a full house "hectic ... but a lot of fun."
The actor's rep did not respond to requests for comment.
Next up for Wahlberg is the Peter Jackson-directed feature film The Lovely Bones opposite Rachel Weisz, in theaters on Dec. 11.

Avril Lavigne and Katy Perry will join the growing list of singers and entertainers serving as guest judges on season 9 of American Idol, EW.com has learned exclusively.
Sources close to the show say Lavigne and Perry will each spend one day critiquing singing hopefuls when the show films its callback audition episode in Los Angeles; the latter singer was confirmed as an Idol sub several weeks ago, but had not been scheduled. Other names confirmed to fill the seat formerly held by Paula Abdul during season 9 include Victoria Beckham, Mary J. Blige, Neil Patrick Harris, Shania Twain, Kristin Chenoweth, and Joe Jonas.
SourceSo they went from talent to utter shit. Couldn't they just have asked Shania or Kristen to judge the LA auditions as well?

The sudden drug-related death of DJ Adam “AM” Goldstein has left the celebrity spinner’s former fiancee, socialite Nicole Richie, overcome with despair. Nicole is struggling to cope with the death of her ex as she prepares to welcome her second child with Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, spywitnesses say.
“Nicole almost collapsed in grief when she found out,” an insider tells Star. “She said she felt like her heart stopped for a few minutes.”
The former couple bonded over their battles against addiction — crack for Adam, heroin for Nicole — and were briefly engaged to marry in 2005. Adam went on to date singer Mandy Moore.
“Adam was the one who got her to straighten up,” says a source. “She never thought he’d come to this. She’s horrified and regrets that she didn’t reach out and help him.”
Nicole has been under a doctor’s care since learning of Adam’s death in New York City last Friday.
Mariah Carey regrets writing a public message apologizing for her shaky performance at Michael Jackson’s memorial service last July.
Mariah took the stage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last summer as the nation came to a standstill to mourn the King of Pop. The songbird sang the Jackson 5 hit “I’ll Be There” — a hit for Mariah in 1991 — during the service, but struggled to hit notes and fought back tears as she performed.
The following day, Mariah took to her Twitter blog to explain that she became overemotional when she saw Jackson’s gold coffin below the stage.
“Trying to sing today was basically impossible for me. I could barely keep myself from crying. I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to pull it together and really do it right, but I was literally choked up when I saw him (Michael) there in front of me,” she wrote at the time.
The singer now wishes she hadn’t spoken publicly about her performance.
“I regret sending that message but I was very emotional and I wasn’t happy with my performance,” the “Obsessed” singer said this week. “But we all did our best to give Michael the send off he deserves. I just forgot the world could read that. I thought I was just talking to my friends. I shouldn’t have done that because that was really only meant for Michael. That was about him.
“It was difficult just to get through the song because I feel as if I have been listening to Michael Jackson’s music my whole life,” Mariah added. When I was a little kid I used to sing all his songs. The whole world suffered a huge loss. The whole world is going to feel this forever. I feel myself blessed to have known him, to have performed with him several times and to have sung at his memorial.”

In moving Sawyer from GMA to World News Tonight next year, ABC News is shifting a star resource from a hugely profitable morning show to a dying legacy newscast. All so she can sleep in a few hours later.
Sawyer has long complained that she was tiring of the morning routine, and her tenure at GMA has been an open question for years. And Gibson, who was shabbily passed over in the wake of Peter Jennings' death from lung cancer and only got the gig because Bob Woodruff was injured in Iraq and Elizabeth Vargas got pregnant—a point he managed to make in his farewell memo, below—only hung around to gain the satisfaction of showing his bosses that the old horse still had some fight in him. So it's not terribly surprising that he would leave and Sawyer would take his slot. Still, it's a colossally stupid move. Or, as one TV insider put it to us: "It's the dumbest fucking idea in the long, hoary history of dumb fucking ideas in the news business."
Morning news is a growth business, and second-place GMA has been keepingToday on its toes for years. Sawyer is an integral part of a profitable, growing show, and ABC News has decided to upset the apple cart—putting GMA's success at risk and providing and opening to CBS to finally get in the game—so it can put her to work on an evening broadcast that nobody watches anymore outside of retirement homes. It's like trading a successful ballplayer down to the minor leagues.
Look how well it worked for Katie Couric: She gave up a successful morning franchise for the CBS Evening News, which has racked up little more than all-time audience lows since she took over. When CBS boss Les Moonves was engineering Couric's defection back in 2006, we asked him this question: If you could have Today's numbers at the CBS Early Show, or the NBC Nightly News' numbers at the CBS Evening News, which would you pick? He answered the only way a rational TV executive would: He'd pick the Early Show. Then why, we asked, are you devoting all your resources to resurrecting the Evening News? "Prestige," he answered. For some reason, these old people think a nightly newscast that grabs the biggest share of a dwindling and dying audience is something worth banging your dick on the table about.
Sawyer is apparently thinking along the same lines—she wants the Big Chair, even if it's not what it used to be. It'll be nice to have ladies helming two out of the three newscasts, and maybe Sawyer will be able to keep up the heated race with Brian Williams for the top slot that Gibson started. But to what end? So ABC News can lose ground on GMA, the show that actually brings in significant profits?
Here is David Westin's e-mail to ABC News staff, and below that is Gibson's note to World News Tonight staffers:
Today, Charlie Gibson announced to his colleagues at World News that he has decided to step down as anchor effective at the end of this year. I attach below Charlie's full email.
I have asked Diane Sawyer to serve as the next anchor of World News, and she will assume that position in January.
Charlie and I have been talking about his decision for several weeks, and he has persuaded me that this is both what he wants and what is best for him. I respect his decision, just as I respect the enormous contribution he has made to ABC News through the years. Most recently, he stepped in to lead World News after a difficult and turbulent time – both for the broadcast and for ABC News over all. We suffered from the loss of Peter and then the severe injuries to Bob. Charlie came to the fore to keep us on the path of doing the first rate journalism that had distinguished World News for many years. We owe him much for the leadership he gave us when we needed it most.
Since then, Charlie has covered all the major events with the substance and grace that we all expect from him. Most importantly, he headed our coverage during a presidential election unlike any other. Now, having accomplished so much in so many different parts of ABC News, Charlie has decided it is time for him to step down. I have told him that he has an open door to continue to work with ABC News, but he's asked for a bit of time before he comes back to us.
Diane Sawyer is the right person to succeed Charlie and build on what he has accomplished. She has an outstanding and varied career in television journalism, beginning with her role as a State Department correspondent and continuing at 60 Minutes, Primetime Live, and Good Morning America. She has interviewed every President since President George H. W. Bush up to and including President Obama. She has handled an array of breaking news special events, including on 9/11 and, most recently, the presidential election. She has done distinguished documentaries on topics as varied as North Korea, the plight of women in Afghanistan and in prisons here at home, and poverty in Camden, New Jersey, and in Appalachia. We are fortunate to have a journalist of Diane's proven ability and passion to step into the important position of anchor for World News. She will continue with her documentaries in her new role.
Diane's presence will certainly be missed on Good Morning America. But we are fortunate that both Charlie and Diane will remain with their current broadcasts for the next four months; we will be making further announcements well before any changes are made.
Charlie Gibson's e-mail to World News Tonight staff:
I have always been taught you should never bury the lead – so I write to tell you that I have told David Westin I want to step down as anchor of World News, and retire from full time employment at ABC News.
It has not been an easy decision to make. This has been my professional home for almost 35 years. And I love this news department, and all who work in it, to the depths of my soul.
I have received much comment, and quite a few emails and letters referring to the signoff Eddie Pinder convinced me to use - wishing that everyone has had a good day. But the proudest part for me has been saying "...for all of us at ABC News...", since those words signify in my mind that I have been in a position to speak for an entire news department that I consider second to none.
It had been my intention to step down from my job at Good Morning America in 2007 but with Peter's illness, Bob's injuries, and Elizabeth's pregnancy, the job at World News came open in May of 2006, and David asked me to step in as anchor. It was an honor to do so. The program is now operating at a very accelerated, but steady, cruising speed, and I think it is an opportune time for a transition – both for the broadcast and for me. Life is dynamic; it is not static.
I have told David I would like to continue in some capacity contributing occasionally to ABC News. He has been receptive to the idea – and we will be discussing what that role might be.
Most importantly, my heart is full of gratitude for those with whom I have had the privilege to work as a correspondent, as a host at Good Morning America, at Special Events, and now as anchor at World News.
I'll be anchoring World News through December and will have a chance to thank many of you personally. In the meantime let's get back to the news...
In theaters this Friday, September 4th starring Jason Bateman, Mila Kunis, Kristen Wiig, Dustin Milligan, and Ben Affleck.
The American Humane Association, which monitors movie productions in which animals appear, says the five movies used the disclaimer without its approval.
The association has sent the studios and distributors connected to each production a cease-and-desist letter demanding that the unauthorized disclaimers be removed immediately from the theatrical and DVD versions of the movies.
The association identified the movies as:
Adam by Olympus Pictures, Deer Path Productions, Serenade Films, Vox3 Films.
District 9 by WingNut Films Limited, Key Creatives and LLC/QED Intl.
Easy Virtue by Ealing Studios, Fragile Films, Endgame Ent., Odyssey Ent.
How to Lose Friends and Alienate People by Number 9 Films.
Shrink by Ignite Entertainment, Ignite Productions, Ithaka Entertainment and Trigger Street Productions.
American Humane said the registered disclaimer, when properly obtained, assures the public that animal actors used in productions were not killed or injured in any way, and that their well-being and safety were monitored by the association’s certified animal safety representatives.
The 130-year-old organization said the movie companies are misleading the public and creating “a significant breach of trust with audiences” by inserting the credit without authorization.
Some of the studios and producers have indicated they will remove the illegitimate credit, while others are making excuses or taking no action, American Humane said.
“We encourage filmmakers to work with American Humane, and for distributors to verify the legitimacy of the ‘No Animals Were Harmed’® credit, before approving and finalizing any film prints for theatrical release or DVD distribution,” said Karen Rosa, American Humane’s vice president in charge of its Film & TV Unit. “Viewers, too, should always look for the ‘No Animals Were Harmed’® end credit, and they can check our website to see what rating we assigned to films, based on their use of animals, and to find out how the animal action was achieved on films that we monitored.”
Cate Blanchett suffered a head injury on Wednesday (September 2) after she was hit by a prop during a live performance of her play, A Streetcar Named Desire.
The 40-year-old Aussie actress, who is portraying Blanche DuBois, was performing a fight scene with Joel Edgerton, who is playing Stanley Kowalski. During the scene, Joel threw a radio, as per the script, but it accidentally struck Cate on the head.
The house lights in the theater were then turned on and the rest of the performance was canceled.
An audience member tells AFP, “She had blood streaming down the back of her head and blood on the back of her neck. “She acted for about another 30 seconds, then ran into what we thought was the next scene, but before we knew it the lights were turned on and we were told there were technical difficulties and everyone had to evacuate the Sydney Theatre Company.”
Get well soon, Cate!
DJ AM will rest in peace today.
E! News has exclusively learned that the celebrity turntablist otherwise known as Adam Goldstein will be buried at 3 p.m. at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in West Los Angeles following a private funeral on site.
A friend of the Goldstein family says the service is for "family only."
AM will be interred in one of the city's most prominent Jewish cemeteries, near the graves of Jack Benny, Milton Berle and Michael Landon.
Family and celebrity pals are expected to turn out Thursday night for a memorial service at the Hollywood Palladium.
Goldstein, 36, was found dead in his New York apartment last Friday. Initial reports suggest he died from an overdose (accidental or otherwise), though an official cause of death won't be made for several weeks.
Mods, the performances were taped yesterday for today's show. If there were videos posted before, they were probably just videos recorded by fans in the audience. These are the clips from today's broadcast.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Films with rising stars like Bradley Cooper and Megan Fox dominated box offices this summer, and a new poll on Tuesday by online ticket seller Moviefone shows fans favored those flicks with fresh faces.
Thirty-five percent of respondents to a Moviefone poll named surprise hit comedy "The Hangover" the summer movie "most worth" the price of admission, while 33 percent called ancient biblical caper "Year One" the biggest waste of their money, despite the fact it starred top comedian Jack Black.
"The Hangover," a yarn about a guys' trip to Las Vegas gone haywire, starred an ensemble cast of largely unknown male actors, with Cooper as the biggest name. But it has made $420 million at worldwide box offices, thanks to positive reaction from both men and women.
Seventy-five percent of poll respondents named "The Hangover" the summer's funniest comedy.
"Star Trek," director J.J. Abrams' re-imagining of the Paramount Pictures franchise, earned second-place in the category of most worthwhile summer movies, with 18 percent of respondents choosing it. That film also starred a cast of previous unknowns, including Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana.
But fans showed their ambivalence about action movie "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," which has made $828 million at worldwide box offices and become the biggest movie of the year in the U.S. and Canada with nearly $400 million.
In the poll, only 16 percent of respondents said it was the movie most worth their money, while 17 percent said it was a bust. But a whopping 55 percent named "Transformers" star Megan Fox the "summer's sexiest babe," a sign of her rising appeal.
Top comedy star Will Ferrell joined Black at the losing end of the Moviefone poll, which received nearly 622,000 votes.
Ferrell's movie "Land of the Lost" was ranked second only to Black's "Year One" as the movie "least worth" the ticket price, even though producers spent an estimated $100 million on the film, a large sum for a comedy.
Agree or disagree? What was your favorite summer flick?
Fifteen years after starring with four other supermodels in a high-profile anti-fur ad for PETA (posted below), Naomi Campbell apparently can resist the stuff no longer. The 39-year-old is the star of a new campaign for designer Dennis Basso, in which she is seen lounging around in a series of coats made from Russian sable. Heather Mills is among the hordes calling Campbell a hypocrite, but Campbell, true to form, doesn't seem to care much what other people think. "As for that Heather whatshername saying she'd written to me to complain about me wearing fur and I'd never replied, I never received a letter, nothing," she says.

Whitney Houston’s comeback is complete.
Her Arista/RMG album, I Look to You, taking advantage of its Monday release date to be eligible for this year’s Grammys, will debut at #1, with a robust sales figure of 250-275k.
That’s based on two-day sales reports from those among our crack group of retail reporters who haven’t yet paved paradise and put up a parking lot. Her second day, Tuesday, which would have been the normal release date, proved every bit as busy as the first.
Miley Cyrus’ seven-song Wal-Mart exclusive, The Time of Our Lives, which leaked before street date to the tune of 60k+, debuting at #2 on this week’s chart and foreclosing an expected diva duel, will nevertheless remain the runner-up, with a total between 140-150k for the Hollywood Records release.
Atlantic R&B star and former Grammy nominee Trey Songz’ Ready is up next at between 100-115k.
Other expected chart debuts include Epic’s Chevelle (35-40k), Polo Grounds/J/RMG’s Pitbull (30-35k), Silver Arrow’s the Black Crowes (30-35k), Reprise’s The Used (25-30k) and Verve Forecast’s John Fogerty with his Blue Ridge Rangers album (12-15k).

Jesse Hughes of Eagles of Death Metal shares a little too much information in this new, very personal interview from their recent show in Toronto.
"I get my charisma from drugs...no, just kidding!" (???)
"I'm very serious...I'm a horny son of a bitch."
"I love girls, I have a great mom...so I really actually like girls. I'm not just horny. I love females, females are rock n' roll to me. I love romance, romance baby. I'm a hopeless romantic...hopeful that tonight I will get laid...or something."
"Girl's didn't have sex with me in high school on purpose, every day...now that I have the opportunity to corral girls into one spot, I really appreciate it."
At first listen some may dismiss Eagles of Death Metal as a one-dimensional sex-rock band, but the thing is, the song writing is actually pretty clever. Sure they’re horny and can’t get enough of the ladies but not without a respectful salute to the boyfriends that accompany them to the gig. Full of witty puns and party anthems the songs not only have meaning, they’re inspirational. When Jesse Hughes writes a song, the last thing he wants to do is wallow in his own self-pity. Instead, he wants to kick himself in the ass, get out and have a good time.
"My wife had an affair on me and it fucked me up, really bad" says Jesse Hughes about the time period right before the band formed.
I'm seriously looking forward to the comments on this one...haha!

According to the New York Daily News, Roxanne Shanté, a 1980s female hip-hop pioneer famous for the 1984 underground hit "Roxanne's Revenge," had finally gotten her own revenge on Warner Music, the record label she accused of "cheating with the contracts, stealing and telling lies," to avoid paying her what she was owed. How? After valiantly fighting, reported Daily News freelancer Walter Dawkins, Shanté had convinced Warner to honor a contractual agreement to "fund her education for life." Warner ended up paying more than $200,000, Dawkins reported, to finance Shanté's education, which Shanté said included an undergraduate degree from Marymount Manhattan College and a Ph.D. in psychology from Cornell. And now, said the Daily News, "Dr. Roxanne Shanté" has "launched an unconventional therapy practice focusing on urban African-Americans," in which she "incorporates hip-hop music into her sessions, encouraging her clients to unleash their inner MC and shout out exactly what's on their mind."
The story was endlessly blogged and tweeted, heralded as an example of a heroic triumph by a girl from the projects over her evil record label. Credulous music-industry critics lapped it up; Techdirt, after stating flatly that Warner had "tr[ied] to cheat [Shanté] out of her contract," reflected the online sentiment: "It's nice to see how Warner Music actually did some good in the world, even if it had to be dragged there kicking and screaming."
One problem: Virtually everything about the Daily News' heartwarming "projects-to-Ph.D." story appears to be false.

Jon and Kate Gosselin's marriage cracked under the stress of raising eight kids and differing priorities, but fellow reality TV star – and father of 18 – Jim Bob Duggar wants people to understand there can still be happiness in a marriage no matter how many kids are around.
"One of our goals is to encourage other families and parents that their marriage can be strong even if they have kids," says Jim Bob, 44, whose wife, Michelle, 42, is pregnant with their 19th child.
The couple, who live in Tontitown, Ark., credit a few key relationship rules with keeping love in their marriage.
First priority: Making time for each other.
"We have a weekly date, even if it is just to take a walk in the park," says Jim Bob. "We will go out to lunch or dinner and talk together about the kids, upcoming events, what we have coming up."
While every couple has disagreements, he and Michelle try to look for the good in each other rather than being critical. "It is easy to think of the things that are bothering you more often than the things that are wonderful," Jim Bob says. "It's important to remember those things about your spouse and think about those things. A great rule of thumb is to say 10 nice things to every one critical thing."

Carla Bruni's list of artistic achievements and romantic conquests is already long, starting with her self-penned songs and ending with her husband, the French president Nicolas Sarkozy. Now the singer and former catwalk queen is poised for a role in a Woody Allen film, according to reports. A television station partially owned by the film director's current co-producer, Mediapro, reported that Bruni would be in one of Allen's next movies. Sources at Mediapro said they had "no information" to give about the alleged signing. Allen, however, has stated that he would like to work with her. Bruni was one of the world's top models before starting a career as a singer and marrying President Sarkozy. She has appeared briefly on the big screen before, playing herself in Robert Altman's 1994 fashion satire "Pret-a-Porter."
Allen recently signed a three-film deal with Mediapro. He began working on the first of them, featuring Antonio Banderas, Anthony Hopkins and Josh Brolin, in London over the summer.
Mediapro has previously confirmed that the second film would be shot in Paris next year.
The director and the production company previously worked on "Vicky Cristina Barcelona", starring Penelope Cruz, Rebecca Hall, Scarlett Johansson and Javier Bardem.
Jay-Z says not everyone was thrilled when he wed Beyonce.
In October's O: The Oprah Magazine, he tells Oprah Winfrey they managed to keep their April 2008 wedding a secret thanks to "late planning."
He said there were "very few" close friends and family at the ceremony at his penthouse apartment in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood. The newlyweds later threw a lavish party that included Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny's Child mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams and pal Gwyneth Paltrow.
"The sad part is that we offended some," he said of not inviting a lot of friends. "But people who love you understand. Because at the end of the day, it’s your day."
The Brooklyn-born rapper, 39, also opened up about his rough childhood - including dealing drugs at 13.
He said the gig "was natural" for teens in his neighborhood, adding that there weren't any black teachers, lawyers or other professionals living around him.
"If anyone did become something like that, they moved out," he said. "They never came back to share the wisdom of how they made it. If anyone made it, you never knew it. That's why I’ve always said that if I become successful, I'd come back here, grab somebody, and show him how it can be done."
Looking back, Jay-Z is still thankful he is here today. When he was younger, he once dodged three bullets.
"That was divine intervention. Divine intervention, and nobody knew how to shoot," he said of the incident. "....No one really practices shooting a TEC-9 machine gun, right? And when you’re a kid with little bony arms—no wonder nobody could aim."
GREY'S DANE COKE SCANDAL
Hot on the heels of their embarrassing sex-tape scandal, Grey's Anatomy Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart caught using cocaine, claims an eyewitness.
Only days after the video of the couple romping naked with a former Miss Teen USA was leaked on the Internet, a source alleged that he had seen the couple snorting cocaine at a Hollywood party.
The latest harrowing scandal also follows The ENQUIRER's publication of a shocking exclusive photo of Rebecca - showing the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star naked in a bathtub holding a crack pipe.
The Hollywood Hills cocaine party took place late last year, according to the source.
Eric, 36 - who plays Dr. Mark "McSteamy" Sloan - arrived with 38-year-old Rebecca, according to the eyewitness, who passed a lie detector test about the claim.
"I think Eric and Rebecca were there to get high. It didn't take long before she asked where the coke was. They went into another room and started snorting lines of cocaine. I watched them do it.
"They arrived in the afternoon and stayed well into the evening.
"Rebecca used to date one of the guys at the house. I'm sure she knew he had major drug connections."
The party took place up a winding road at a hideaway mansion that is notorious for the availability of a wide array of different drugs, said the source.
"Put it this way, if you're at this house, you're there to get high.
"I saw Rebecca snort lines a couple of times - and Eric at least once.
"Lots of people were in and out of that home that night for the same reason - drugs."
Eric and Rebecca, who have no children, have been active members of Alcoholics Anonymous for years, and although they have relapsed in the past, they have always managed to clean up their act, say friends.
"They aren't that different from many showbiz people who get caught up in an industry that glamorizes drugs, sex and fast times," said a pal.
"Eric's and Rebecca's lapse WAS huge - and it may cost them dearly."

Katherine Heigl won’t have to worry about putting in long hours on the "Grey’s Anatomy" set for much longer. Sources confirm to Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello exclusively that the actress is taking a five-episode hiatus from the ABC drama to go shoot the Greg Berlanti-directed romantic comedy "Life as We Know It."
ABC and "Grey’s" producers have accommodated Heigl’s busy film schedule before, but this is the first time they have given her permission to leave the show for an extended period of time. I’m told Heigl’s absence will be explained on screen, although it’s not clear what prompts Izzie to take off. (Marital trouble with Alex? A trip home to see mom? A Denny sighting in the Caribbean?)
The fact that Heigl was granted such a lengthy leave of absence is surprising in light of the public tongue-lashing ABC president Stephen McPherson gave her last month for complaining about a 17-hour work day. Also, Heigl’s departure — which starts this month and will kick in on screen around November — will almost certainly overlap with co-star Ellen Pompeo’s maternity leave. Translation: "Grey’s" will be without Izzie and Meredith at the same time!
Of course, "Grey’s" boss Shonda Rhimes warned me over the summer that change would be in the air this season. ”Eventually, everybody is going to leave the show,” admitted the exec, citing T.R. Knight’s exit and the temporary loss of Pompeo. ”So we’re looking at [ways] we can mess with the structure now…. Season 6 is about finding the longevity of the show and figuring out if there is a future for this show beyond these characters.”
Not so coincidentally, "Grey’s" recently announced it was adding three new doctors to its rotation: Nora Zehetner, Robert Baker, and Jesse Williams are joining the cast as recurring residents/ medical professionals.

DJ AM's mother Andrea Gross wants to oversee her son's $1 million estate to clear up his financial matters, according to court papers filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The celebrity deejay (real name Adam Goldstein) did not have a will at the time of his death, leaving his mother as his sole heir. Goldstein had an annual gross income of $3.5 million and other property valued at $400,000. However, he carried a debt of $2.9 million, leaving his estate valued at approximately $1 million.
The filing, which states that Goldstein had no spouse or children, reveals the deejay was in talks to sell a home in Los Angeles prior to his death. His mother is also seeking court permission to recover his personal belongings. A court hearing is set for Oct. 7.
Goldstein, who was found dead in his New York City apartment Aug. 28, is expected to be buried in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon. [an error occurred while processing this directive]

'Prime Suspect' format headed to NBC
'Without a Trace' creator to adapt U.K series for U.S. TV
By Nellie Andreeva
Sept 2, 2009, 07:00 PM ET
NBC has acquired the format to the popular U.K. series, which will be adapted by "Without a Trace" creator Hank Steinberg.
"Suspect," which will be developed as a two-hour presentation, will be co-produced by ITV Studios and Universal Media Studios.
It is part of a three-project deal between NBC and ITV Studios, which also includes two blind pilot commitments: one on the scripted and one on the unscripted side.
"We want to carefully choose a couple of iconic titles this year to reinvent, and our intention is to create another classic television show from this brilliant original format," NBC and UMS' president of primetime entertainment Angela Bromstad said of "Suspect." "Hank Steinberg was key in helping us secure this project, and we are incredibly excited about his modern vision for the show."
Created by Lynda La Plante, "Prime Suspect" stars Helen Mirren as no-nonsense detective chief inspector Jane Tennison, surviving and thriving in a male-dominated profession.
The series has garnered more than 20 international awards, including Emmys for outstanding miniseries and best lead actress in a movie or miniseries for Mirren.
Steinberg is writing the project as part of his three-year overall deal with NBC Universal.
Steinberg, who also co-created ABC's drama "The Nine" and penned the HBO movie "61*," is repped by WME, 3 Arts and attorney Michael Gendler.

This is really the first time we have been on screen together since we broke up in 1995," said Scott Thomson.
Although it has been years since the Kids worked in front of the camera together, the laughs were rolling on and off the set.

Ain't It Cool News is reporting the rumor that Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios are considering releasing Iron Man 2 in 3D format, and possibly the first Iron Man as well. Here's an except from the article:
Right now, there is a 1 minute demo of IRON MAN 2 converted to high quality digital 3D. I'm told this one minute is totally like Kim Basinger & Mickey Rourke in 9 1/2 WEEKS. HOT! Crazy Hot! Right now the Suits at Marvel & Paramount & now also Disney are considering this 1 minute.
At the same time that this is happening, they are fishing for bids with 3 different companies to see what the cost and time it would take to convert IRON MAN 2 to a complete 3D film. This same process is being done to Tim Burton's ALICE IN WONDERLAND - but if this comes to pass. What will this mean for the rest of Marvel's slate leading to THE AVENGERS? Will THOR & CAPTAIN AMERICA also go through this process? Or will they be shot from the get go in 3D.
Iron Man 2 hits theaters on May 7, 2010.

If I didn’t know better I’d say Chuck’s got a thing for Superman. On the heels of Brandon Routh's casting as a love interest for Sarah comes word that Smallville vet Kristin Kreuk is joining Chuck for multiple episodes as Hannah, a girl Chuck meets on a flight to Paris. “Chuck and Hannah definitely have feelings for each other,” teases an insider.
Laid off from her glamorous publishing job, Hannah ends up working at the Buy More. (I’m sure that won’t prove distracting to the horny nerd herders at all!)
This marks Kreuk’s first major TV gig since leaving Smallville.
Let me take this opportunity to once again plead with NBC to move up Chuck’s premiere date. Making us wait until March would be cruel, unusual, and punishing. Please. I beg you. I’ll even give that horrible show about nurses another shot.
Can someone get Michael Rosenbaum a steady TV gig now?

Former Teen Heartthrob Accused of Abusing GF
Ten years ago, no one would have guessed that a woman would want to keep Andrew Keegan AWAY from her body -- but the actor's ex-girlfriend is doing just that, claiming he beat her up and slashed her tires.
A model named Kristi Parrales has filed a request for a restraining order against the "Camp Nowhere" star -- in which she claims Keegan has launched a campaign of terror against her for more than a year.
In the docs, filed Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, Parrales says Keegan physically attacked her on two separate occasions, the most recent on July 4th. Parrales says Keegan "threw me across the living room in front of witnesses."
Parrales says she suffered scars on her back and bruises from the incident.
Parrales also claims Keegan has been rolling into her place of business recently and "calling [Kristi] names and giving [her] evil looks."
Kristi claims Keegan came back just last week -- and when she had the bouncer throw him out, Keegan found her car and slashed her tires.
Now, Kristi is asking a judge to keep Andrew 100 yards away from her at all times.
Calls to Andrew have not been returned.
UPDATE: We just spoke to Andrew, who said Kristi is simply a vindictive ex girlfriend. He said Kristi watched his dog this weekend while he was in Las Vegas ... and that he was still in Vegas when she claims he slashed her tires. Andrew said his lawyer is already looking into this and the truth will come out shortly.
This is her first single off of her new album "Play On" out this November. And I love how it's not country at all.
Updated with HQ "country" version. This version has a violin which automatically makes it country I guess. The old version is at the source.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Emmy winner Megan Mullally, 50, has joined the Starz comedy series "Party Down."
On the show about a Los Angeles catering team, she will play Lydia Dunfree, a middle-aged refugee from a lousy marriage who leaves small-town life to move to Hollywood, where her 13-year-old daughter, Escapade, hopes to make it as an actress.
"Party Down" has been looking to fill the void left by the departure of Jane Lynch, who co-stars on Fox's new series "Glee." Production on the second season of "Party Down" begins in mid-September. The premiere is tentatively scheduled for April.
"Will & Grace" alumna Mullally most recently starred on ABC's "In The Motherhood".

Along the way, he makes friends with three of the force's best—and most disgraced—members: Athos, Porthos and Aramis, whose creed of friendship is "All for one and one for all!"
Anderson wrote the script with Andrew Davies, whose credits include the films Bridget Jones's Diary and The Tailor of Panama and a television adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. The two have known each other since their days at England's University of Warwick, when Anderson was a student and Davies a tutor. Anderson sought out Davies, knowing the project needed a script that was strong in character and romance to complement the action.
The intent is for the film to have a contemporary feel, though that does not mean ditching the period setting.
"We are definitely modernizing The Three Musketeers without compromising the fun of shooting a period piece," said Anderson, who hopes to shoot in France and Germany. "But in our film, corsets and feathered hats don't take center stage. Our version is rich in eye-popping action, romance and adventure."
A shoot next year with a 2011 release is being eyed.
Might as well sneak in another 3d post. truth be told, "3-d"'s overrated.
but more on topic on dimensions,
WATCH THIS VIDEO, then let's talk :D
Now i think you're all awake. hehe, i debated about this stuff with a few friends the other weekend. its fuuuuun.
While we were busy obsessing over "30 Rock - A XXX Parody" and "The Sex Files - A Dark XXX Parody," New Sensations was working hard to put out yet another parody porn masterpiece:"70s Show: A XXX Parody."
The feature streets on September 21 (less than three weeks away!), and though we don't know the exact details of the plot (except that it seems to involve lots of sex, lots of weed, and a Kiss show), or just what wacky, sexy adventure the gang will get up to, we do have this awesome photo set. And let us just tell you: it looks super, duper hot. And we are loving some of the porn doppelgangers they've lined up: Rachel Love makes an impeccable Kitty, and Ralph Long—who's been everyone from "30 Rock"'s Pete to the janitor from "Scrubs"—seems simply born to play Hyde.
After seeing these photos, there's really only one question left in our minds: how, exactly, are we supposed to wait 19 days to see this movie?

Warner Bros. Pictures has set Guy Ritchie to direct Lobo, a live action adaptation of the DC Comics title about an alien interstellar bounty hunter, reports Variety.
Don Payne wrote the most recent script draft, and Joel Silver, Akiva Goldsman and Andrew Rona will produce. The film is a co-production between Silver Pictures and Weed Road.
In the film, says the trade, Lobo will be a seven-foot tall, blue-skinned, indestructible and heavily muscled anti-hero who drives a pimped out motorcycle, and lands on Earth in search of four fugitives who are bent on wreaking havoc. Lobo teams with a small town teenaged girl to stop the creatures.
Production on Lobo begins early next year. The studio is aiming for a PG-13 rating.
A bit random, probably low budget but hopefully good, people underestimate the violence allowed in a PG-13. I guess Watchmen has scared them against R ratings
