In her day job she plays a glamorous upmarket call girl who flits from boyfriend to client.
But in reality dressed-down actress Billie Piper couldn't be happier than when spending time with her family - as she showed in New York yesterday.
She helped Lewis actor husband Laurence Fox celebrate his first Father's Day as a parent as the couple took baby Winston for a stroll.
The 31-year-old explained in an interview that he initially found it hard to bond with his baby: 'I definitely went through really odd feelings, really animal ones such as, "Do I even want this baby?" I was like that for about two weeks after he was born.'
But now the family couldn't be happier, with Laurence describing eight-month-old Winston as a 'joy'.
Benched for alleged "fatigue," slumping New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez partied until 2:30 a.m. Saturday in Miami Beach. He then disappeared into the tropical night with actress Kate Hudson in the back seat of his chauffeured Maybach.
And while it's pretty obvious A-Rod and Hudson are an item, the third baseman wasn't too fatigued to continue pretending otherwise. Indeed, it must be a coincidence that Hudson, the star of Almost Famous and Fool's Gold, is in Miami just as Rodriguez's New York Yankees are playing the Florida Marlins in SoFla this weekend.
And it must be another coincidence that they "ran" into each other at a private party on SoBe late Friday.
And also blind luck they both ended up in A-Rod's set of wheels about 2:30 a.m., even if they left the fiesta 15 minutes apart, a spywitness tells me.
A-Rod actually played today. Kate must have gone home the night before. I've also heard that he has seen her kids but she has yet to see his. Apparently he does this with all of his "girlfriends."

Baumann's good boy Ben has his own drama to worry about now that baby John makes four for him, Amy and Ricky. See what else Baumann has to say about the "very dramatic changes," how he prepared to play a father and which teen is the better parent.

So excited for this movie!!!
Apparently American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert recorded an album in 2007 and 2008, before anyone had ever heard of him. Now, not shockingly, somebody is trying to cash in with these early recordings. A label called Hi Fi Recordings/Wilshire Records has just released a "single," called "Want," from the sessions, and an album, On With the Show, is due out later this summer.
Check out the song below, then let us know what you think. Is this nothing more than a cheap cash-in? Or can you never have enough Adam Lambert?
UPDATE: Lambert has just released a statement responding to the release of this new song:
"Back in 2005 when I was a struggling artist, I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else. I was broke at the time and this was my chance to make a few bucks, so I jumped at the opportunity to record for my first time in a professional studio. The work I did back then in no way reflects the music I am currently in the studio working on. I'm thrilled to be working with some of today's hottest songwriters and producers and can't wait for people to hear what my music really sounds like."
i kinda like it, he's not screaming in my face. i am not much of a fan but i'm kind of excited to see what he puts out, working with the people he is.

Sir Michael Gambon, who plays headmaster Albus Dumbledore, has become a father again at the age of 68, The Sun reports. This is the second child for the Harry Potter actor and mistress Philippa Hart, 43, who also have 2-year-old son, Michael.
Sir Michael also has a 44-year-old son with his wife of 45 years, Lady Anne. His second family with Philippa, a set designer, is in the open and his wife “accepts the second relationship,” says a friend of the family, “though there have been rows in the past.”
Michael shares a house in Gravesend, Kent with his wife and visits Phillipa in Chiswick, South West London, “a few times a week” and has been described by friends as being “delightful” though having a “very short temper.”
Michael joined the Harry Potter series in the third film, The Prisoner of Azkaban, after Richard Harris, the original Dumbledore, passed away.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be in theaters next month.
I had never been to Africa before, but standing at the top of a sand dune overlooking the slums of Khayelitsha yesterday, a section of South Africa’s sprawling Cape Flats, I felt completely connected to the homeland. The sun was setting, reflecting light off the millions of corrugated tin roofs below, the last hint of day before the Flats went dark and their two million inhabitants to bed. Overwhelmed and overtired my thoughts went on to paper.
Today I met my brother, two worlds apart.
One fire one heart.
Shantytowns, pastels and browns.
Smiling children, abandoned buildings.
We are not lost.
For me, a kid from upstate New York who lives his life online and often wears his heart on his sleeve, today everything was pulled close to my chest. I dedicated what I wrote to my new brother Bulelani Mvotho a South African filmmaker who is a grantee of MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation, which funds 55 HIV/AIDS projects around the globe. I am their new Ambassador, trying to revive a dialog about HIV/AIDS amongst kids my age, 15 to 24-year olds who now account for 45 percent of HIV infections worldwide.
Bulelani’s Snapshot Mobile Community Cinema is helping to spread awareness and preach responsibility in the areas most vulnerable to the disease. Almost a third of the Cape Flat’s two million residents are HIV positive, one of the largest concentrated populations in the world.
When I was real young, like 11, a close family friend died of AIDS. I was so young I didn’t understand what was happening. I just knew she’d eaten off our plates and used our forks and I was so afraid. This is the first time I’ve really talked openly about my personal experience with HIV/AIDS. I’ve just been so inspired by everyone I’ve met and I hope that I can in turn inspire others to be responsible and fight this deadly epidemic.
In Khayelitsha, on my first day in Africa, a crowd of teens swarmed around me, call me the Ambassador, which was intimidating. I sat cross-legged front and center watching them react to tough topics like HIV, stigma, peer pressure, condoms and young boys spreading the disease through multiple partners. I was so impressed. They were so focused and so knowledgeable. I feel like American kids wouldn’t be mature enough to sit through a film like that. Georgia Arnold, from Staying Alive, told me there are 280,000 children in South Africa under the age of 15 living with HIV. Knowledge is power to them.
We are currently shooting an MTV documentary for the next 12 days through South Africa, the Philippines and India. It’s already been such an adventure, and it’s just the beginning.

"I didn't get into show business to make little children cry or upset a nice lady like Susan Boyle," he writes in The Daily Mail.
In his article, Cowell discusses what happened with the singer from Scotland, after she became a worldwide phenomenon when her 'Talent' audition hit YouTube.
"Looking back on it all, it has become clear to me that we didn't handle the situation with Susan as well as we could have," Cowell begins.
"She seemed fine with all the attention - I thought she was utterly charming and really thrilled with what had happened. I thought - perhaps naively - that she was in control," he says.
But during later rounds, Cowell noticed that the pressure was wearing her down.
"It had become clear that Susan was finding the experience difficult to cope with. So I said 'make sure she has a friend with her all the time. Make sure she has any help that she needs.'"
An when Boyle lost to dance troupe Diversity, Simon realized something was wrong.
"Then, during the final show, at the crucial point when the dance group Diversity won, I looked over at her face and thought: 'Christ, she doesn't know how to deal with not winning.'"
However, after the 48-year-old was hospitalized following the finale, Cowell was unsure if she could perform on the live tour. It was decided that she would -- but could cancel any of her appearances at will.
"When she does perform I am thrilled by the reception she gets. Suffice it to say that whatever happens in the weeks ahead, I will continue to support her," Cowell adds.

Brendan Gleeson also stars as the gangster Perrier, while British actress Jodie Whittaker plays Brenda, Michael's love interest.

I really hope this will get a wide release in the states. Cillian really needs a hit movie again.
California man charged in Perez Hilton case
In the Perez Hilton vs. will.i.am battle, a 36-year-old California resident has been charged with assaulting the celebrity blogger in the wee hours of the morning.
Liborio Molina faces one count of assault and will appear at Toronto's Old City Hall court on Aug. 5.
In a video posted on his website, Hilton said Molina is the manager of Black-Eyed Peas band - of which Will.i.am is a vocalist - and "clocked" him in the eye and punched him "two-three times" shortly after 3 a.m. outside Cobra nightclub on King St. W.
Hilton, who also called will.i.am a liar, said it was not a random fan who attacked him but Molina, "who I have met before."
But in his own video posting, will.i.am flatly denied all allegations, calling them lies. "This is very wrong... that you are tweeting that I did this," he said. "Once again, you are disrespecting me (and) all that I stand for."
The high-profile drama started after last night's MuchMusic Video Awards, where Hilton was a presenter and Black-Eyed Peas performed.
According to Hilton, Fergie, a member of the Black-Eyed Peas, walked up to him at a post-awards party at Ultra, a nightclub on King St. W., and asked him why he was being mean to her (on his website). Hilton says he had a brief conversation with Fergie and then left for Cobra. The Black-Eyed Peas arrived soon afterwards and Hilton says will.i.am walked up to him and said: "I need you to never write about my band on your website again."
Hilton says there was a brief exchange of words and then he left the club. But will.i.am was outside, says Hilton, and that's when he was attacked. "I was in shock," said Hilton in the video. "Nothing like this has ever happened before."
He tweeted almost immediately after the alleged incident, claiming in a 4 a.m. posting that: "I was assaulted by will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke."
Publicists for will.i.am did not return calls immediately, but the rapper, in a video statement posted on his Twitter account, gave a very different account of the events. He said he was asking Hilton to be not so blatantly rude to Fergie and that Hilton called him a "faggot." That's when, says will.i.am, a fan punched the blogger.
"Instead of calling police, you tweeted that I assaulted you," said will.i.am, whose real name is Will Adams. "Sounds like somebody needs mad attention and is not concerned about his health."
Barely hours after the alleged assault and Hilton and will.i.am posting their videos, cyber space was running amok with comments and opinions.
Even American Idol host Ryan Seacrest got involved, inviting both parties to talk it out on his radio show.
"I am sorting thru this drama wih perez and will.i.am! Have u heard? Perez need u to call radio show to clear this up. Will caall radio show," Seacrest tweeted on his Twitter page (www.twitter.com/RYANSEACREST).
Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, runs the celebrity blog www.Perezhilton.com.
New Laurie sounds whinier in this movie than the last one. Never forget the original Final Girl.
The 26-year-old actress plays a woman caught up in a passionate lesbian love affair in new film 'Sunshine Clearing' and is excited about reaching a new fan base, even if she can't fully relate to them.
She said: "I'm going to become a gay icon. Have I ever flirted with that side? No, never, but I do remember girl crushes on other girls in your year group at school.
"There are these girls who are magnetic and beautiful and so cool. You just feel yourself shrink in their presence.
"I absolutely remember how powerful 16-and-17-year-old girls can be. I look at them now - my little sister is 18 - and they do seem very grown up."
But while Emily is often in awe of her younger sister, her family is not fazed by her fame, which has been steadily growing since she appeared opposite Anne Hathaway in 2006 comedy 'The Devil Wears Prada'.
The actress told Britain's The Observer newspaper: "I think they're very proud of me but in the way you'd sort of expect, not in a gushing, obsequious way, but just because I'm their child. I think they're relieved their child is doing well in a business that is known for crushing people."
The folk at Disney have sent us a wonderful collection of concept artwork from Tim Burton's new adaptation of Alice In Wonderland. Below we have our very first look at Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as The Red Queen and Matt Lucas as Tweedledee / Tweedledum.
Other members of the cast include Anne Hathaway as The White Queen, Stephen Fry as The Cheshire Cat, Christopher Lee as the Jabberwock, Crispin Glover as The Knave of Hearts and Alan Rickman as the Caterpillar.
USA Today reports today that the movie is more of a sequel to Lewis Carrol's 1865 story, The Red Queen and The Tweedles come from the 1871 sequel 'Through The Looking Glass'. The story takes pace ten years after Alice's first visit to Wonderland, of which she has no recollection. Now 17, Alice mixes in high society circles and on the day of a wedding proposal she finds herself back in Wonderland, a place where she visited a decade prior.
The movie finished a 40 day shoot in December 2008, FX shots and post production will continue during 2009 and the film will open in Irish cinemas on March 12th 2010.

After months of speculation, the 10-year marraige of Jon & Kate Plus Eight's stars Kate and Jon Gosselin appears to be coming to an end.
Documents to initiate a legal split were filed at the Bucks County Courthouse in Reading, Pa., Monday afternoon.
Fans who have watched the couple's popular TLC show – or read the voluminous coverage of the Gosselin marriage in the press – will hardly be surprised: The duo had long maintained a tense relationship, with Jon recently telling PEOPLE he wanted a less high-profile life, while Kate appeared to remain committed to their TV career.
In February, photos surfaced of Jon in the company of young women during a solo visit to see his mother, who was recuperating from surgery, in Huntingdon, Pa. The couple quickly attempted to quash rumors of problems. But in May, the scandal erupted again when 23-year-old Deanna Hummel was photographed driving Jon's car home from a bar late at night.
When the fifth season of the Gosselins' show premiered May 25, the couple admitted to having problems and not knowing where their relationship was headed. "Parents of multiples have triple the divorce rate," Kate said through tears. "I was thinking we were going to beat that. I don't know if I can say that anymore."
TLC promotions of the show are promising a major announcement about the family in Monday night's episode of Jon & Kate Plus Eight.
Keywords for that image are "Jon," "Kate," and "ONTD."
‘Star Trek’ Writers Alex Kurtzman And Roberto Orci Consider The Sequel
It shouldn’t come as any surprise that pen has not yet been put to paper on a sequel to J.J. Abrams‘ “Star Trek.” For starters, the first one is still in theaters. There’s also the fact that writers Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman have been busy promoting and prepping a few smaller projects. You know, stuff like “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.”
It was this week’s Michael Bay spectacle that landed Collider some face time with the writing duo. Kurtzman and Orci obviously aren’t revealing any of the specific ideas they have in mind but they did speak rather generally about what their plans are for the next entry in the rebooted franchise.
The course of the next movie is the current “active discussion,” with the writers considering whether to deal with “the exploration sci-fi plot where the unknown and nature itself is somehow an adversary or the villain model.” In other words, they’re working out whether the crew will explore “strange new worlds” because that’s their directive as members of Starfleet or because some intergalactic madman is trying to blow everything up all over again.
There aren’t any other significant revelations, though a few additional tidbits do surface. Abrams is not a lock to direct the next film, though I would be surprised if he opts out. The filmmaker has enjoyed a pretty steep upward trajectory thus far; while “Star Trek” earns him plenty of street cred in Hollywood, an out-the-park win — and a pretty guaranteed one as far as I’m concerned — with the sequel certainly wouldn’t hurt.
Paramount is certainly interested in seeing a “Star Trek” sequel beam itself in front of cameras as soon as possible. Kurtzman and Orci revealed that they expect to deliver a script by Christmas of this year, so a Spring/Summer 2011 release isn’t entirely out of the question. That’s nothing more than speculation of course; we’ll just have to wait and see. The writers were clear that they continue to listen to fan’s thoughts, so please share yours below.
What do you think of the exploration vs. villain discussion Kurtzman and Orci are currently considering for the sequel’s story? Do you think Paramount is right to get the sequel out as quickly as possible? Do you worry that a quick turnaround may hurt the film, or do you have faith in Kurtzman/Orci to do right by the story, regardless of timetables?
Megan Fox Apologizes for Snubbing Little Boy
Megan Fox says she didn't mean to be a mean girl.
At the June 15 London premiere of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Fox ignored a young boy as he desperately tried to give her a yellow rose. ("Even the flower is wilting with sadness!" sniped blogger Perez Hilton.)
After seeing the photos of the boy's sad face, Fox tells Collider.com, "I feel so sad for him. That's so terrible. That kills me."
She insists she didn't realize it was a child handing her the flower.
"There were, like, 80 million people everywhere. It's dark, all I see are flashes," she says. "Everyone's yelling different things ... and I didn't know that was happening."
The star is promising to make things right with the boy.
"If you know his name, I will send him a personal apology," she says. "I'm horrified. I would never do that."
"I'm sorry, sweet boy," she goes on. "I would never do that to you, and I would gladly accept your rose if I see you again."

Beyoncé sure knows how to get things started.
The sultry singer appeared at Madison Square Garden on Sunday for her I Am... tour and was joined by Jay-Z for the night's very first song: The married power couple performed a medley of their hits "Crazy in Love" and "I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)."
The crowd roared when Jay's "Crazy in Love" verse came up, but then the music swiftly changed to the Neptunes' spacey production of the rapper's hit. Jay, decked out in dark denim, black hat, jacket, T-shirt, shades and matching Air Yeezys, ran onto the stage moments into the show, surprising the barely settled audience. From the looks of it, Jay was also sporting a black do-rag under his fitted cap, a sign that he's cut his hair and the recording for his upcoming The Blueprint 3 is wrapping up.
But Beyoncé was anything but second banana, even to a beloved hometown rapper, during this summer affair. These fans were here to see B.
Through six outfit changes, bombastic ballads, high-energy singles and a daring high-wire journey from the stage to the center of the arena, Beyoncé delivered over and over again.

Here's your odd and unexpected news of the day. "Where The Wild Things Are" director Spike Jonze and comedian/actor David Cross have evidently teamed-up to create a comedy for British television. Here's the other weird part. Jonze, who hasn't starred in a acting role since his excellent turn in "Three Kings," will actually star in this as well alongside Cross.
The upcoming series is apparent a culture-clash sitcom which is titled, "The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret," and Jonze will play a U.S executive who’s mistakenly sent to Britain to run the company’s UK division and finds himself in over his head.
The show was written by David Cross and Shaun Pye, an English actor, comedian, writer, critic, who's known for a reoccurring role on Ricky Gervais' "Extras." Cross' "Arrested Development" buddy Will Arnett will co-star as well.

It's official: Jessica Simpson has landed another reality show.
As Us Weekly first reported, Simpson will headline the docu-series, The Price of Beauty, which will follow the singer, 28, as she travels around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why, VH1 announced Monday.
Asked to do a show about true beauty, Simpson -- who endured much body bullying in January for performing in a pair of unflattering high-waisted jeans -- said she was "immediately intrigued."
"I have always believed that beauty comes from within and confidence will always make a woman beautiful, but I know how much pressure some women put on themselves to look perfect," she said in a statement Monday.

UPDATE: HUGE...THEY'VE JUST ALLOWED A CAMERA IN THE COURTROOM. OUR SOURCES SAY IF A CAMERA WAS LET IN THAT MEANS THERE ALMOST CERTAINLY IS A PLEA BARGAIN.
ETOnline has a live feed here. It isn't working for me, but maybe it will for you!
ETA: Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case.
He'll spend 180 days in a labor diversion program.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault.
Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. He won't do jail time, but he will spend 6 months doing things like road cleanup. He's also been ordered to stay 50 yards clear of Rihanna.
He'll spend 180 days doing hard labor in Virginia which is where Brown lives - it's equivalent to Caltrans or graffiti cleanup.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault -- he pled guilty. He'll get supervised probation. He'll have to come back to court every three months.
He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.
This is interesting ... the judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.
The judge said she wanted to make sure that Chris Brown "was treated as any other person who comes through this court."
If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.
Rihanna is in the courthouse but never entered the courtroom.
So Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the right to vote or carry a gun.
We love TV writer Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls) and were eagerly looking forward to his reviving NBC's Heroes, which we have stopped watching because it seems to have lost its way.
Well, imagine our shock when we heard a rumor, first reported on Ain't It Cool News, that Fuller has abruptly left the series before the fourth season even begins.
Here's what AICN reported, via their TV guy Hercules (can't these guys just use their names? What, are they Cold War spies?):
"I haven't been able to confirm this with Bryan Fuller, but a convincing anonymous source tells me Fuller has again left Heroes.
"'I believe Tuesday [of last week] was his last day,' says our source.
"Take it as rumor for now, but I wanted to get this on site before Mike Ausiello and Wanda Two Saints jumped on it."
(That's Ausiello, the TV columnist for Entertainment Weekly, and Kristin Dos Santos of E! Online.)
We've put a call into NBC to see if this is true. If so, sad news indeed for Heroes and for us.
edit: Kristin Dos Santos confirmed that he quit Heroes here
edit2: Michael Ausiello posted here why Fuller has left.

Melbourne twins Mim and Liv Nervo pen UK number one hit
IVANHOE twins Mim and Liv Nervo have written the No.1 song in the UK this week.
The songwriting sisters co-penned When Love Takes Over, a hit for ex-Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland and DJ David Guetta.
"It all happened so quickly, we haven't even had the chance to tell mum and dad," Mim Nervo said last night. "To have a No.1 in the UK is ridiculous, we're pinching ourselves.
"We're really proud of that song, we wrote the lyrics and the melody and we produced the vocals. It's really satisfying for us."
When Love Takes Over is also No.1 on the US dance chart this week and No.15 on the Australian pop chart.
The sisters, 27, moved to London as 19-year-olds and have written hits for acts around the globe. However they have one target in mind: Britney Spears.
"We're dying to work with Britney," Nervo said.
"Her music is really classy, people can say what they want about her, but the professionalism behind her is amazing."

Rihanna and ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown appear somber in their black dress and gray suit at a preliminary hearing at Superior Court of Los Angeles County on Monday (June 22).
As previously reported, Chris escaped without jail time and was sentenced to 5 years probation and 180 days of community service in Virginia in connection with his alleged assault on Rihanna back in February.
Moments after the plea bargain was reached, Chris was seen back in the music studio. The Backstreet Boys tweeted, “Just ran into Chris Brown at the studio….”

A startling 94 percent of you elected for the Hills stars' immediate expulsion. Consider them gone from our wheelhouse, voted off the island, fired, out and any other appropriate reality-show catchphrase.
Their planned attempt at hijacking the I'm a Celebrity?Get Me Out of Here! reunion special on Wednesday? You won't read about it here. Barring any actual news (e.g., she gets knocked up, he falls off a cliff or—heaven help us—her album goes to No. 1), consider this their very last post.
how I feel
Shia LaBeouf not only sustained a hand injury last year, but the actor also came close to losing an eye while filming “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.”
“I mistimed something and impaled my face. I had a spike in my eye,” Shia told Access Hollywood’s Shaun Robinson. “I had blood coming down my face and it was the dark, dark purplish kind, which is actually a great thing, because if it had been reddish and clear, that means my eye popped.”
The actor’s perseverance through the pain earned him big props from his co-stars after he bounced back so quickly following the bloody injury.
“He is a really tough kid. I mean he took some sh*t, he took some real lumps in this movie,” Josh said of Shia’s injury. “I was right there and it’s just dripping blood… he leaves the set and they run him off in an ambulance and it turned out her just cut the top of it. [But,] this is an example of how tough he is, he wanted to come back and work that same day and [Michael Bay] was like, ‘Get out of here go home!’”
Tyrese said Shia’s commitment and work ethic made him a major fan of the young actor.
“He’s my hero because he’s so young and he [was] so determined to make this movie happen,” Tyrese explained to Shaun.
“And so he goes off on the military base, gets his stitches above his eye, it’s all swollen and he says let’s keep filming!” Tyrese explained. “Three hours later! Everybody is like, ‘No don’t come back, go rest, you know, anything, you could’ve put your eye out!’ [But] he came back. He was determined.”
“Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” opens in theaters on June 23.

The footage begins in the middle of the verbal altercation outside an after-party for a music award show in Toronto -- moments after Hilton claims Will went after him like a "heat-seeking missile" and unleashed a verbal tirade at him.
With a crowd surrounding Perez, Will and Will's manager, Polo -- the guys argue back and forth for about a minute, until Perez tells Will, "you're not a f**king artist ... you're a f**king f*ggot."
The scene suddenly turns chaotic -- and in the mess someone punches Perez in the face.
On a video blog on his website, Hilton claims Will's manager hit him "two or three times."
Will also posted a video blog saying he never hit anyone.

It's a case of good news, bad news for the Y: The Last Man movie. On the plus side, a new script for the movie is currently being co-written by creator Brian K. Vaughan. On the minus, Shia's still involved.
Talking during a press appearance for Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen, Shia LeBeouf said that earlier reports of his disinterest in the movie had been exaggerated:
"Y: The Last Man" is my favorite comic book. It's also [director] DJ Caruso's favorite comic book. We DO want to make it... Vaughn and [screenwriter Carl] Ellsworth and DJ are writing the script now. The script is not ready to be shot. DJ is making a different movie right now. He's making "Jack and the Beanstalk". There's just other things going on with DJ and I wouldn't want to make the movie with anybody else because he loves it like I do. But I don't think Vaughn is trying to give it to anybody else. I think that it is something that's very realistic, it's just not in the pipe for the next year.
There's only one thing for it: We have to do something to make Shia go off the idea again.

Why so many pregnancy/birth announcements today?
Megan Fox has a tattoo problem Brian Austin Green. Many believe that there is a Hollywood rule that once you put the name of your lover on your body as a tattoo the relationship is doomed to fail.
It may not be written in stone or even in a contract but Transformers beauty Megan Fox has confirmed she has got the name of her on/off lover Brian Austin Green tattooed on her body - but won’t say where it is.
The 23-year-old, who recently said the relationship is currently off, told Australia’s Famous magazine: “I have the name Brian tattooed on my body.” Talking about her skin art, she said: “I’m a little reckless every once in a while."
She adds, "But at the same time it’s so easy to get tattoos removed now. Plus, it’s such a light, small and delicate tattoo. I’ve looked into getting it removed just out of curiosity and it would only be $200 to remove.”
Ryan O'Neal says he plans to marry Farrah Fawcett, who is struggling to overcome cancer.
The 68-year-old actor says in an interview with Barbara Walters for ABC's "20/20" that he asked his longtime companion to marry him and "she's agreed." O'Neal says they will tie the knot "as soon as she can say yes."
Fawcett was diagnosed in 2006 with anal cancer that has spread to her liver. The "Charlie's Angels" star and O'Neal have a 24-year-old son, Redmond. O'Neal says the 62-year-old actress is "fighting for her life," but despite her declining health, they will "absolutely" get married.
Walters' interview with O'Neal airs Friday.

With an hour-long special broadcast Monday night, Jon and Kate Gosselin, parents of eight young children and stars of the TLC reality show John & Kate Plus Eight, publicly announced that they will separate on the same day that Kate filed for divorce in a Pennsylvania court.
"Over the course of this weekend, Jon's activities have left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to protect myself and our children," Kate said in a statement Monday night. "While there are reasons why it was appropriate and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As always, my first priority remains our children.
Jon released a statement of his own, claiming his wife was the first to make a legal move. "This afternoon, Kate filed for divorce. Our kids are still my number one priority. I love them and want to make sure they stay happy, healthy and safe. My job is being the best, most supportive and loving father that I can be to my kids, and not being married to Kate doesn’t change that."

Brian Sep, a friend of reality-TV-star Jon Gosselin's for more than 15 years, confirms to Life & Style that Jon and his wife, Kate, have already begun living separate lives.
"Jon is planning on living and working in New York during the week and staying home with the kids on Friday, Saturday and Sunday while Kate is away," says Sep. "Jon hasn't said anything about getting divorced."
Even though Jon and Kate will be living apart, both parents want to be there for their eight children.
"Jon really seems like he's back to his old self," says Sep, who plans to visit his pal in New York City. "Whatever decision has been made, Jon seems to be at peace with it and in a good place. He doesn't know where Kate is when he's gone [but] I think that's okay with him."
Jon and Kate are expected to make a major announcement on tonight's installment of Jon and Kate Plus 8.
When Marion Cotillard was nine years old and growing up in the French city of Orléans, she had what might be described as a full-blown existential crisis. 'I didn't know where was my place anywhere -in school, with friends, with the other children,' she says in her faintly broken English. 'I was shy. I was more than shy. I think I started thinking about why I was here, and I couldn't find any answers, so it was very disturbing for me. I was not very happy because I wanted some answers. [It was] as if my brain had lost the innocence too quickly.'

Fray's Joe King Says There's 'A Good Vibe
In The Studio' With Kris Allen
"American Idol" winner Kris Allen is busy preparing for the American Idols Live tour, but his album won't wait either. While runner-up Adam Lambert has hooked up with RedOne, Allen has recruited an all-star cast of collaborators for his still-in-development record.
Both Lambert and Allen have hooked up with former Evanescence member David Hodges, who has also collaborated with former "Idol" contestants Kelly Clarkson ("Because of You"), David Archuleta ("Crush") and Chris Daughtry ("What About Now").
Allen will also be collaborating with Salaam Remi, a hip-hop producer best known for his work with Nas ("Where Are They Now") and Amy Winehouse (everything on Back to Black not produced by Mark Ronson). Remi isn't the only urban influence that Allen is bringing in, as Claude Kelly has also been connected with the winner. Kelly has collaborated on tracks for Leona Lewis ("Forgive Me") and Akon (the Michael Jackson-assisted "Hold My Hand").
But Allen has already spent time with writer and producer Joe King, the guitarist and songwriter from the Fray. Allen performed King's version of Kanye West's "Heartless" on the show (OP's note: uh, no, he didn't, it was his own arrangement), and the pair recently spent two days in Timbaland's studio in Virginia Beach, where they demoed a song. "I'm literally in the studio mixing the rough demo right now," King said via telephone from Toronto (the Fray just began the first leg of their North American tour). "It doesn't have a title yet. It doesn't even have lyrics — but there is a lot of gibberish."
King said there wasn't any romance to how they got together — he simply responded "Yes" to Allen's e-mail. "I didn't even see most of the show because we were on tour in Europe and Australia," he explained. "But I found out he won when we got back and I saw he did 'Heartless,' so I was aware of him when he contacted me."
"It was a very good vibe in the studio. There was no pressure — we just had breakfast, got to know each other," King said. "It was all very organic after that." Though they recorded in Timbaland's studio, the super-producer wasn't present during the sessions. "But Timbaland's brother was there along with his crew, and it added this great energy to the session. When the boys heard the track, they started hanging around." King was happy to get some feedback from an outside source, as well as receiving a killer compliment. "Timbaland's brother said if Timbaland was upstairs and he heard this melody, he'd walk in the studio and say, 'That's a melody.' "
Above all, it was fun. "At the end of the session, we cranked up 'Bounce' in the studio and got down," he said. "They're following Kris' progress on film, so there's video of us white boys shaking it to Timbaland songs in his studio, which I hope doesn't get out there."
Since the song is still in its infant stages, King said it doesn't yet have a real identity. However, King is confident that whatever it becomes, Allen will have success. "He has all the elements it takes. He has a phenomenal voice and an incredible work ethic," says King. "He's passionate about what he's doing, and that's what's going to sell him."
Kris also said in a Yahoo! interview today that he's going to be performing "Hey Jude" on the tour. CAN'T WAIT. I can't believe I"m going to go to a store and actually buy a CD come November. I like that he's being proactive and contacting the people he wants to work with, and that he's broadening his musical style. Hopefully he'll escape the "white guy with a guitar" box that he's put into all the time.

Welcome to the wonderfully weird world of Sacha Baron Cohen.
He plays three principal characters on "Da Ali G Show" (2003). The title character is Ali G, a lower-class white male who acts like a Jamaican Londoner and enrages his politically active and powerful guests with stupid questions. Another one is the Kazakhstani TV reporter Borat, who naïvely searches for porn and outlets for his scatological, accidental humor and anti-Semitism. The last one is the superficial Austrian fashion expert Brüno, who often talks up heartless fashionistas and makes macho men uncomfortable with his blatant homosexuality.
Depending on your viewpoint, he is either an intelligent man peddling inspired Peter Sellers-style character comedy, or a purile creation peddling Bruno who has one so-called joke which seems to revolve purely round the notion that he's gay.
On the red carpet Bruno commented on the similarity between his film and Borat, which both feature outlandish characters winding up the right-wing communities of America's Deep South.
"I actually just recently saw that movie," he said. "I absolutely find it an offensive stereotype of a foreigner, that guy Sacha Baron Cohen - he is clearly gay."

"The Pacific" has reportedly a budget around $200 million which, if correct, would almost certainly make it the most expensive TV project of all time. The new mini has quite a legacy to live up to when it debuts next year. Though its initial post-9/11 run on HBO was relatively lackluster, "Band of Brothers" kept gathering fans as the years passed. Runs on basic cable networks such as History Channel followed. The DVD set for "Brothers" still manages to float into the top ranks of Amazon's best-selling DVDs (and is currently selling great in Blu-ray).
Maybe I'm just a weirdo history buff, but I can't wait for this. This trailer looks great. It's currently set to debut in MARCH 2010.
Excitement at ITV2, which announces a reality show in which Fearne Cotton will shadow four famous women including Paris Hilton, Peaches Geldof, Alexa Dixon and Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson. What a scoop! "The series will be a real chance to peel back the layers of certain celebrities' lives," says Cotton. But how did they manage to sign such an A-list talent? Johansson's agent, Marcel Pariseau, of True Public Relations, says: "We have never been approached about the Fearne Cotton show and Scarlett would never participate in this sort of show. Scarlett is a very private person. It's a complete fabrication." Sounds like something was lost in translation.

Earlier today I participated in an international press conference with a lean and muscular Christian Bale. He was here in Los Angeles promoting his new movie “Public Enemies”. I went as a reporter for our partners at Omelete and while I’ll have a full transcript of what Christian said, since he gave us some updates on his possibly upcoming projects, I wanted to post what he said immediately.
Regarding “Batman 3″, Christian said, “I really cannot tell you if there will ever be another ‘Batman’ movie right now. Chris has obviously done an incredible job with it. He’s devoted to the movie that he’s on right now. I’m none the wiser about we’ll ever be revisiting Gotham or not.”
On another “Terminator” movie: “no conversation has been had about that at all.”
While Christian didn’t have much to say on his big franchise movies, he did have a lot to talk about regarding his next film “Fighter”. When I spoke to him at the “Terminator Salvation” junket, he said he was training for “Fighter”, but he wasn’t sure if the film would happen. Today his physique said different and so did he: “we might start within a couple of weeks.”

What to do if GLAAD can't rely on Hollywood's self-proclaimed gossip queen to avoid the F-word?
The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is none too pleased with blogger Perez Hilton for mixing a few antigay slurs into his diatribe against Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am.
"I don't need to respect you, and you're a f-g. You're gay, and stop being such a f----t," the openly gay Hilton said in a videoblog response to reports of a fight between him and the hip-hop singer last night in Toronto.
"These are vulgar antigay slurs that feed a climate of hatred and intolerance toward our community," said Rashad Robinson, senior director of Media Programs at GLAAD. "For someone in our own community to use it to attack another person by saying that it is 'The worst possible thing that thug would ever want to hear,' is incredibly dangerous.
"It legitimizes use of a slur that is often linked to violence against our community. And it sends a message that it is OK to attempt to dehumanize people by exploiting antigay attitudes."
Hilton maintains that he was was roughed up by will.i.am and one of the Peas' security guards. Polo Molina, 36, has been charged with one count of assault and ordered to appear in court August 5.
The "Boom Boom Pow" singer said in his own video post that he did not hit Hiltonb but rather was just coming to Fergie's defense, claiming the celeb-dirt shoveler had disrespected his bandmate.
"This dude twists it and says that I assaulted him," will.i.am said. "When I was the one that came to him with respect and he was the one who called me a [f-----t] outside the club."
Now GLAAD is calling upon Hilton to admit to his mistake.
"We have reached out to Hilton and asked him to apologize for promoting this antigay slur, and we would ask media outlets to avoid repetition of the slur in their coverage of this story," Robinson said.
But it's not as if the GLAAD folk think, no matter how inappropriate Hilton's reponse, that the blogger deserved to get hit.
"While not all the facts in this case are known, the violence that appears to have been committed against Perez Hilton is unacceptable and ought to be condemned in the strongest possible terms," Robinson added.
There's been no response yet from Hilton, who twittered earlier today that he was "honestly SHOCKED at the amount of people saying [he] deserved to be hit.
"Shame on you! NO. Violence is never the answer. NEVER."
BTW my brother is on the left being cute, he is graduating middle school tomorrow ^_^

Ex-members of Evanescence along with American Idol alum Carly Smithson made their debut today as We Are The Fallen. In front of sixty or so record industry executives, cameramen, and members of the press, the band took the stage at SIR in Hollywood and performed two songs—their first single “Bury Me Alive” and Evanescence’s “Going Under.”
Smithson gave Amy Lee of Evanescence a run for her money. While “Bury Me Alive” had a similar sound to Evanescence material, it was performed flawlessly. Smithson, clad in all black and combat boots, reached every note effortlessly. Both catchy and intense, “Bury Me Alive” is a hit in the making.

It was a fun-filled Father's Day for director Paul W.S. Anderson, who spent the day at Coldwater Canyon park with his fiancee Milla Jovovich and their 19-month-old daughter Ever Gabo.
Adorable Ever and her model mom took a turn on the slide before the threesome turned their attention to the sandbox.
Milla will soon be back on the big screen in the horror flick, A Perfect Getaway, which hits theaters this August.
The plot for A Perfect Getaway:
Cliff and Cydney (Steve Zahn and Milla Jovovich) are an adventurous young couple celebrating their honeymoon by backpacking to one of the most beautiful, and remote, beaches in Hawaii. But when the pair comes across a group of frightened hikers discussing the horrifying murder of another newlywed couple on the islands, they begin to question whether they should turn back.
Unsure whether to stay or flee, Cliff and Cydney join up with two other couples, and things begin to go terrifyingly wrong. Far from civilization or rescue, everyone begins to look like a threat and nobody knows whom to trust. Paradise becomes hell on earth as a brutal battle for survival begins
