(sorry if this isn't relevant, i just thought i'd show pete when he was innocent and clean)
"Pete Doherty is finally set to learn his fate tomorrow (September 4) after pleading guilty to drug charges in the summer.
The Babyshambles frontman has had a turbulent few months which has already seen him make several appearances at West London Magistrate's Court, where judges will decide his future tomorrow.
Firstly, the singer pleaded guilty to possessing Class A drugs after being stopped by police in Kensington High Street back on May 5.
Having admitted the charges, on that occasion (August 7) the judge decided to postpone his sentencing for a month.
Doherty was told he would be given a community or prison sentence, which would depend on his behaviour over August, and he was advised he would be sentenced on September 4.
Unfortunately for Doherty he was forced to make an unexpected return to the Hammersmith court on August 27.
Following Babyshambles' set at V Festival in Chelmsford, the singer was arrested again and police brought the singer to West London Magistrates Court, charging him with breaking his bail conditions.
However Doherty was lucky as the officers failed to delivery him to the magistrates within 24 hours of his arrest he was freed on a technicality.
A seperate drugs arrest arising from that occasion will not be dealt with until October 31, when Doherty must reappear at Bethnal Green police station.
So tomorrow he finally learns his fate for his arrest in May - prison or the community service. "

Babyshambles singer's sentencing postponed again
Pete Doherty's sentencing for possessing class A drugs has been postponed from today (September 4).
The Babyshambles frontman was due at West London Magistrate's Court this morning, but has had his hearing delayed until October 2.
According to his lawyer Sean Curran, the singer has voluntarily gone into rehab and is "trying his best" to quit drugs.
"I think he's quite serious. He's asked to go in and he's still there so he's trying," Curran told The Mirror.
Doherty was due to be sentenced on the charges which date back from May, but the hearing has been delayed by judges twice already.
Meanwhile Doherty is finally set to make his musical return next week, as Babyshambles will give away a free seven-inch single featuring an acoustic version of new song 'Delivery' with next week's issue of NME. "
