Trailer for ‘They/Them’

When a group of LGBTQ+ campers arrives at Whistler Camp - a conversion camp run by Owen Whistler (Kevin Bacon) - they are promised a “new sense of freedom” by the end of the week. But as the counselors attempt to psychologically break down each of the campers, a mysterious killer starts claiming victims, and they must reclaim their power if they’re going to survive the horrors of the camp. Written and directed by Academy Award nominee John Logan and produced by Jason Blum, They/Them is an empowering slasher film starring an ensemble cast that includes Carrie Preston, Anna Chlumsky, Theo Germaine, Quei Tann, Anna Lore, Monique Kim, Darwin del Fabro, Cooper Koch, and Austin Crute.

it seems some of their pronouns are gonna end up changing to was/were.

I read this as Horatio Caine lol

Idk about this being Blumhouse (their quality is like throwing darts blindfolded) but I do want to see this!
mte, i was like...blumhouse? ehhhh...but yknow what, they're doing a great job of keeping me interested
Creepy! Hope it’s the counselors being killed by the LGBTQ+

Let us have our moment.
can we not commodify pronouns? especially for a Straight To Peacock "Film"
I’m intrigued.

I liked Austin on Daybreak.
got excited at the thought of a Kevin Bacon movie set in Whistler, was sad to see it's his last name

I'll probably watch this
this is giving me CW vibes

The guy with the long hair and the peccs
Is that a wig
My friend worked on this and said it was so creepy it creeped her out on set.
the woman in pink in the thumbnail reminds me of the woman standing in the back in that picture of kirk cameron's subway bday

anyway I don't want to see this if the campers are the ones getting killed
A historical film, eh?
Love Kevin Bacon, let's see if he can be creepier in this movie than he was in Sleepers.
the first tell for the kids should have been that none of the staff are queer.
Wait, I thought that place is supposed to be a conversion camp? Weird that the kids are called "campers" in the same description...
Is this a horror by the gays for the gays? I'm into it

I'm reading My Heart Is A Chainsaw by Stephe Graham Jones rn which is making me want to watch some slasher movies so this trailer came out at just the right time (plus I keep reading the teen main character of that book as queer. Can't help it! She's obsessed with her female classmate, ok.)
Looks kinda great? Though the cast for the kids looks very CW
