-Jeff Garlin, who plays the father on the hit ABC show" The Goldbergs" is the subject of a Vanity Fair piece which reported that Garlin engaged in a pattern of verbal and physical conduct on set that made people uncomfortable.
-Garlin insisted he was not fired and was filming the 9th season of the show.Garlin says there has been an HR investigation on him for the past 3 years. Sony Pictures Televison issued a statement that stated this was an employment matter being addressed by H.R. and production.
-Garlin said this about an allegation he texted a collegue that they should come to a table read only wearing panties. Garlin "I didn't write those words. And I would like to see the text and who I sent it to.But everything I write like that is joking.I am respectful of woman and their bodies and I don't joke like that because I don't find it funny.I'm telling you I don't talk that way, That's all, I'm just telling you. That's not in my M.O. Really it's not".
