The suit, filed by Italian fashion brand Liu Jo, claims that Kendall Jenner bailed on a million-dollar photoshoot last year https://t.co/y6rl0ZqrtD— The Cut (@TheCut) August 6, 2021
- she is being sued by Italian fashion house Liu Jo for 1.8 million dollars
"Per the suit, the company alleges they struck a deal with Jenner in early 2019, agreeing that she would appear in two photoshoots: one for Liu Jo’s Spring/Summer 2020 campaign and a second originally intended to be used for the brand’s Fall/Winter 2020 campaign. The deal was for a total of $1.5 million plus an additional 20 percent service fee."
She did the first shoot in February 2020 but didn't complete the rest of the group assignment, but then again would you expect her to and would you really want her to?
The brand tried to get her to reschedule, as the following shoot shoot was to take place in March 2020, but ya know all hell broke loose, (but not for Ms. Jenner who has been partying maskless and living like a well, like how a rich person lacking self awareness lives in a pandemic) and all attempts to shoot the campaign were turned down with the Liu Jo having to find replacement models and seek out a refund from the struggle model. But sis never gave back the money.
Snapple Fact! In 2020, Jenner was ordered to pay back $90,000 for her promotion of the Failed Fyre Festival. This 90K was only a portion of what she was paid.
