DC Comics artist Robson Rocha has died from complications related to COVID-19. Two weeks ago fellow artist Fabi Marques said on Twitter that Rocha was in the hospital and in desperate need of blood donations. Rocha was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He first signed with DC in 2010 and then signed an exclusive deal in 2016. He worked on titles such as Green Lanterns, Supergirl, Birds of Prey, Demon Knight and Teen Titans.
On working for DC he said: "I've been a fan of comic books since I was a child. To have the opportunity to work with the DC characters I admire and love so much is a dream come true. These heroes have helped me believe in a better and much more fantastic world. I hope that my contributions to these characters will help to inspire others."
