Ridiculous Starbucks Drink Orders Go Viral

It started when a Starbucks barista (Josie) shared a very detailed drink order he made on May 1st. He captioned the image with, “On todays episode of why i wanna quit my job.” Ashley Nicole Black from HBO’s A Black Lady Sketch Show responded, “I knew it had to be an app order. No one would order that out loud making eye contact.”

I saw a website stating the calorie/sugar content for Starbucks drinks and since then I’ve always thought twice about ordering drinks from them. I normally buy Iced Americano

Once in a while I order Machiato and ask for nonfat milk and that’s it for me...

I know a lot of people think it’s thrilling when trying different mixtures and figuring out what their fave/ultimate SB flavor is but idk i feel like it’s not worth thru the hassle and would just burden the workers.
Exactly. There is so much sugar in these drinks. And so many of these drinks are bland so you have to add even more to actually taste anything but that sugar is just adding up. I know people are regularly drinking them too. That has to do some damage eventually.
I normally get an iced americano with heavy creamed and the default amount of pumps of SF Vanilla syrup, this past weekend our usual starbucks was SLAMMED and when my order came through it was like literally WHITE, like not a trace of americano in it at all... i took a few sips but honestly I didn't trust that they had made it properly as I don't eat sugar so it was a waste :(
Jesus... thise poor workers!!

We don't have Starbucks here, and those type of beverages don't exist, and my IBS is grateful for that! LOL

The only thing I dared to order at Starbucks when I was on vacation in the USA was Earl Grey Tea!
the only time I worked with the general public was when I worked for an airline, I was in the back office (security) most of the time, but when I had to deal with passengers it was always a funny hell, good thing our supervisors let us talk back if they were ever rude to us, otherwise it would've been impossible to handle
See, this is the kind of shit that gets you a cup full of coffee with milk and some caramel because the person making it knows that (1) you can't see them make it and (2) you won't be able to taste the difference.
Right? There's no way this dude is going to know if they put in all the ingredients. Make him a vanilla frappe with a ton of caramel and be done with it.
When I used to bartend a million years ago, my favorite joke to play on newbies who came in with attitude and super specific drink orders (fool, I ain't dragging out a blender for you and your dollar tip!), was I'd repeat their order back them like this: "Okay...a beer and a shot, coming right up!"
Go ahead, walk out, you're doing me a favor.
When my stepdaughter was young she was obsessed with the Starbucks Secret Menu shit. I would only let her order one if it didn't have a ton of ingredients and if there wasn't a line. If it was a slow day, the baristas were super cool about it. Sometimes they already knew which one she was going to order.

But if it was crowded? No honey, get a menu item.
Wow! And here I am feeling bad for asking for an extra shot of espresso in my drink. Smh.
Lol well my serotonin has increased 110% since this combo so I'm taking your friends advice gladly! Coconut milk and white chocolate just make mornings bearable.
Also we don’t have trenta size here. Venti is the biggest. I don’t Know what I’d do with that much liquid besides want to be sick if it was more than just water?
I like coffee and honestly is so funny when people try to gatekeep it, how is affecting you that someone drinks it that way??? lol

when I go to starbucks I always order from the menu, I don't like to complicated myself
I follow a few Starbucks baristas on Tik Tok and the amount of absolute insane bullshit they have to put up with is honestly insane. I make it a point to tip whenever I have the cash to do so, and this past weekend I tipped a barista in a Sbux in Target $20. She was so overwhelmed she almost cried. That should never be the case. Fuck.
I used to work at Starbucks in college and I still find most of the syrups way too sweet for my tastes. We had one girl who would come in and get 15-20 pumps of syrup in her drinks and we were all worried about her.
The weirdest order I've ever made at a Starbucks was when I didn't want sugar in my ice coffee and it got the baristas talking amongst themselves
And I feel guilty when I order grande soy caramel macchiato with extra shot of coffee.
If you still go to Starbucks, look at your life, look at your choices 🤮
