'Queer As Folk' is officially getting rebooted... again?

- Peacock (hehe) has officially ordered a reboot of 'Queer As Folk', but not the American one, the British one starring Charlie Hunnam made by Russell T. Davies (Doctor Who, Cucumber, It's a Sin, Years & Years).
- The show will center on a diverse group of friends in New Orleans whose lives are transformed in the aftermath of a tragedy.
- Stephen Dunn (Little America) serves as creator, writer and exec producer. He will also direct several episodes. RTD will also be an EP.
- The original Queer as Folk debuted on Britain’s Channel 4 in 1999 and ran for 10 episodes. The American Queer as Folk debuted on Showtime on 2000 and ran for 5 season.
