Woman with World's Longest Nails Has Them Cut After Almost 30 Years!

Ayanna Williams from Houston decided to cut ties woth her finger nails after growing them for almost 30 years!

She visted a dermatologist who used a electric rotary tool but before doing that, they took measurements of Ayanna's nails one last time.

She broke her own world record of longest nails. In 2017 her nails were 18 feet and right before cutting them, they measured 24 feet long!

It would take 3-4 bottles of nailpolish to color all 10 nails and she'd have to do it over a few days.

Says that day to day activities were difficult and she was unable to do day to day activities like washing dishes or putting sheets on the bed and inspiring the OP to do the same to get out of daily chores.

Her fingernails will be preserved at the Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum in Orlando, Florida.

What's her plan is after?

She says she plans on growing her nails out, just not as long as they previously were.

"With or without my nails, I will still be the queen. My nails don’t make me, I make my nails!"

I don't understand how she was able to do anything tbh
I would like to know the answer to this question. I mean does someone else apply her anti-aging serum for her?
Nothing but sit and scratch her arse.

Every man’s dream.
How does she masturbate?
asking the important questions!

Right? I do not get it.
I can't imagine what a bitch it was to even get all those bracelets on
I'm thinking way too much about this tbh.
she clearly owns a bidet
She doesn't need to. It's the ultimate rich, pampered woman flex!

I know her nails are painted but the colour makes me think of tentacles; it's so off-putting. Either she's got really strong bones or a zillion coats of nail polish.
i find long nails repulsive

on me i think it's a sensory thing, i can't have them past my fingertips, but i hate the way the look on others as well

I can't stand mine longer than my fingertips either. I'm a nurse and anytime I see someone I work with with long nails, I just cringe so hard. SO gross in a hospital to work with long nails.
a friend used to work as a dental hygienist and she had a boss that would make the staff hold their fingers up and if the nails were longer than the fingertips she'd make them cut them off.

i've worked in healthcare settings and the amount of women with long nails was ridiculous. it was in the rule book they couldn't have them but they would still come in waving around tacky acrylics.

Same. I loathe long nails. The moment I see mine are getting longer-ish than really short, I feel a deep urge to cut them off
I dont hate long nails, but I cant do anything if my naila grow past my fingertip. I put on gelly tipa last week and even though i got the short ones, they are still way too long. I cut them further down on Sunday and I'm taking them off tonight.

How do people fuction with long ass nails?
Same. Something about feeling grime/substances settle underneath the nails is just repulsive to me, I never feel clean unless I've trimmed my them down
same. and I work at Ulta! so many women coming in with long-ass acrylics, tapping at the screen on my chip-reader which won't respond to nails, unable to do anything without contorting their hands in the most awkward ways. like, booboo, it looks tacky, just have reasonable nails.

glad they are gone, that's absolutely insane.
This .gif is sending me
why is his face so fucking hilarious lmao
you know we all are wondering: how does she clean up her ass?
She’s like the Queen.

She has someone do it for her.
Bidet I'm assuming
i just wanna know how she was able to perform basic functions with all those obstructions on her hands???
No, thank you.

Every time I think I'll never visit Florida again they pull me back in!

Nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope nope no no no no no no no no.
How do you even go to the bathroom? If she doesn’t have a bidet or something.
I can’t use my pointer fingers if my nails get the slightest bit past my fingertip. It hurts my fingers to use them. I love longish nails. Not like this though.
ugh same. if i can feel them hitting the keyboard etc it makes me feel ill
It’s not a sensation thing for me at all. It genuinely causes pain underneath my fingernails and at the base of my fingernail. If I could tolerate longer nails I’d have them in a heartbeat
I'm so grossed out.
Imagine how good it would feel after 30 years to finally have a clean asshole?
i'm curious as to how she kept them from breaking off all the time. the fact that they had to use a rotary tool, how thick were they???
wonder if she left the paint on to strengthen them
she probably won the genetic lottery for really strong nails. hardness/brittleness is mostly genetic
