Actor Paul Ritter has died at 54 years of age by a brain tumour. According to his agent, Ritter died on Monday surrounded by his family at home. Probably most knows for playing Martin in Channel 4’s comedy show Friday Night Dinner, Ritter also appeared in the films Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Quantum of Solace, as well as many other television shows such as the critically acclaimed Chernobyl. He was also an award nominated stage actor. A Friday Night Dinner 10th anniversary retrospective will air on Channel 4 later this year which Ritter will appear in.
I absolutely loved Paul on Friday Night Dinner, it's one of my favourite comedy shows and his character was the best. 54 is too damn young. :(
