YouTube is getting rid of the public dislike count



YouTube announced today that they are getting rid of the public dislike count on videos after listening to their content creators. According to them, public dislike counts sometimes motivate targeted campaigns of dislikes on some videos, which can negatively impact the wellbeing of the creators.
