According to court records filed March 12th, Angelina Jolie has filed several documents making it clear that she is ready and willing to offer "proof and authority in support" of alleged domestic violence during her upcoming divorce trial against ex-husband Brad Pitt.
Along with Angelina's testimony, the older children (Maddox, Zahara and Pax) may testify. Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne's testimony would need permission from both parents.
Angelina filed for divorce from Brad in September 2016, citing irreconcilable differences, after two years of marriage and 12 years together. The filing came after an incident on a plane between Brad and eldest son Maddox. Brad and Angelina's upcoming trial is to determine custody of their children and to divide their estate. Brad wants joint custody of the minor children while Angelina wants sole custody, the older children have allegedly opted to cut contact with their father.
