Billboard is exclusively reporting that Miley Cyrus has signed a new record deal with Columbia Records. She completed her three-record contract with RCA Records with the release of the critically-acclaimed Plastic Hearts.
Columbia chairman/CEO Ron Perry is said to have personally courted Cyrus over several trips to Los Angeles. She joins a heavy-hitting roster of artists that includes Adele, Beyoncé and Harry Styles.
