The woman who turned in french bulldogs Koji and Gustav seemed to have no connection with the attacks that left Ryan Fischer, dogwalker, injured, with 1 shot to the chest.
Ryan is expected to recover. The dogs are unharmed.

Lady Gaga’s representative and detectives went to the station and confirmed that they were the dogs.
