In WTF Marvel News... Baymax and Big Hero 6 characters are coming to live-action MCU.



- Baymax, Hiro and other characters from 'Big Hero 6' will be making their live action premiere in a future MCU film.
- The characters for the film are rumored to appear first in 'Secret Invasion' or 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness'
- This fuels even more the rumors that MCU will focus Phase 4 on the Multiverse and bringing other IPs (like previous Spiderman films, F4, Fant4astic and more into the MCU timeline)

BH6 was a huge disappointment in KH3. I was thrown off by the voice acting but turns out, they had most of the original cast oops.

It was the world I was looking forward to the most. I even changed my background on my computer to the concept art the moment it was announced back in 2015. It felt like you could tell it was the last world they worked on.

It felt completely devoid of any joy that the movie had. I LOVE BH6. I have a MONDO poster on my wall but I just felt nothing when playing San Fransokyo. KH3 in general sucked tho.

Disney worlds haven't mattered in Kingdom Hearts since the first game which is disappointing.

But all the worlds sucked. Absolutely terrible choices and stories to go with the overall convoluted plot.

what if it's actually Baymax that does the healing/helping on injuries during fight scenes in some marvel movies. like they see him behind the scenes and he's the same non threatening, huggable kind of thing. lol im just imagining him having conversations with Thor lmao

Please revive Tadashi and get Daniel Henney on my screen. (And in my bed.) Or bring back Agent Zero. For real though, get Daniel Henney in the MCU.

This is the most random thing, (I'm warning you, lmao): we have a dog client named Tadashi at my vet clinic and every time he's mentioned, I think "Tadashi... is Here" and how I felt when I first realized what Baymax meant, and it soothes my wild soul a little when dealing with feral human clients.

I liked the start of the movie and I love Baymax, but the rest was kinda “meh” to me

BH6 originally is, IIRC, a wholly japanese team, and they turned Fred white.

The team is based in Tokyo and is Japanese in the original comic canon. They changed everything to be more American by combining tokyo with san franciso, giving way to making some characters be American instead of actually Japanese.

it's shitty, this is why I could never 100% love the movie.

Even after the Japanese-erasure, Honey Lemon's concept was to be Latina, you can see the alternative versions of her and...the one they went with was rapunzel 2.0:

I’m not really excited about the whole multiverse thing. One of my favorite things about the MCU is that it’s all one continuous story and interconnected. And like, exploring different timelines where characters go in different directions can be interesting, but I hate the idea of the same characters being two different people/actors across timelines.
