The drama between Ray Fisher and Warner Bros continues heating up.
After The Wrap reported that Cyborg has been written out of The Flash script and that the character would not be recast, Ray took to Twitter to slam the site, stating he has not left the role, that Warners isn't recasting because of potential backlash, and that DC Films President Walter Hamada tampered with the Justice League investigation that lead to the studio parting ways with Joss Whedon. Ray also stated the studio was parting with Geoff Johns, but sources say Geoff isn't going anywhere.
Warners went back to The Wrap stating they have full confidence in the investigation that occurred and that "it is time to move on."
Last week, Ray stated he would not be involved in a production of any kind with Walter Hamada still in charge of DC Films. Walter's contract was extended to 2023 several days later.
