Lol. just woke up groggily from a food coma nap to recite Japanese vocabulary words I learned in class, numbers from zero to big numbers, and new verb conjugations to use in a made up sentence in affirmative present tense and negative tense. Asked myself what time it is in Japanese. I also forgot few verbs like play or watch as I drifted off in mumbles. I’m like ...chotto matte kudasai.... yep yep practice practice. Notes. Notes. I even actually dream Nihongo everyday lol. Bless.

I hope Sensei forgives me for missing one day of class yesterday and Japanese Table due to my stupid depression/anxiety/fears school and career wise in Japan. My Scorpio jumped out. I realized how much I have accomplished so far this semester and this year. I’m so proud of myself. I am like Buffy the Woke Black Asian Vampire Slayer slayin casual racism and irrational self doubts right and left while teaming up with y’all kickass slayers to save the world from 45’s Hellmouth and minions. Something like that 😂😂😂. I cracked myself up. I’m on a roll. So how silly of me! I gave myself a pep talk you is strong you is smart you is kind you is important you is loved etc lmao. I’m back to Earth now 💕😌🙏🏾

I’m so irritated.

We went to go see my in-laws today and they mentioned in passing that 2 family members they’ve seen recently are sick. And I asked if it was coronavirus and they said, “oh! We didn’t think of that!”

What the heck. Now I have to cancel plans seeing my parents this week and I won’t get to see them again until Thanksgiving.

The in-laws had a birthday party (we didn’t attend) and my SIL left the sick kid at home and still attended and no one thought twice about it.

I'm at the episode where Daniel starts taking adderall because his therapist is an idiot and gets addicted. I have two questions:

1. Do guys use adderall to temper their libidos? (Daniel is a sex addict and that's what he was going to the therapist for)
2. Can you get addicted to adderall?

my friend's grandma has tested positive :( there's an outbreak at the nursing home she's in.
