Has anyone every gotten rid of or reduced thier 'strawberry legs' or thos spots you get on your legs after a life of shaving? I've made it my mission to deal with during quarantine.

Related: what do you think is the best oil cleansing approach for getting gunk out of your skin? Castor oil is classic but wondering if anything else works.

Ugh I never got that until a couple of years ago. I've seen people say making sure to exfoliate before you shave helps but I can't speak from personal experience

I never had a really bad case of them so this is not really advice but Tree Hut Shea Sugar Scrub helped me a lot with spots and ingrowns. It smells very strong though (I use the marula and jasmine)

my derm recommended using amlactin or another cream/treatment with AHA....i don't have it too bad but i think my legs have improved a bit since i started using it

a little bit. i use eucerin's roughness relief or intensive repair lotions. i shower with a salux cloth and rotate between a sa bodywash (currently walmart's knockoff of the neutrogena grapefruit scrub) and my regular ones.
when i realized i had kp, i started using amlactin and noticed a difference in my skin within 3 days. amlactin still works, but i think i need something with more urea, hence the eucerin. in general, my skin looks better, is softer and i have random clear patches on my body. i don't know what would speed it up.

I’ve seen various toners recommended. First Aid Beauty came out with a KP bump remover and people claim it works on that too. I want mine gone. I’m pale and so they stand out even more.
