-Gabrielle Union and Nbc reached a mutual settlement regarding Union's claims of Discrimination and a toxic work environment on the set of "America's Got Talent', where she was a judge for a season before being fired.
-Union claimed she was told her hairstyles were "Too Black", and racist joke about Asians was dismissed and just cut out of the show without how to prevent any similar actions from happening again.
-Union alleged that executive producer and producer of the company that produces "AGT", Simon Cowell would smoke indoors causing her allergies to flair up. Rumor had it that Cowell's smoking had been brought up for years and even the California fire Marshall was brought in, but Cowell would just pay the fine.
-NBC released a statement saying they appreciated the concerns Union raised and are committed to ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
