Microsoft will now own titles created and published by Bethesda Softworks, Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios.
Microsoft IPs now include: The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Wolfenstein, Doom, Dishonored, Quake, and Starfield
Xbox head Phil Spencer has reportedly said Bethesda games will still appear on non-Xbox consoles on a "case-by-case basis."
Microsoft will still honour the PS5 exclusivity agreed for Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Xbox says it "will be adding Bethesda’s [future] iconic franchises to Xbox Game Pass for console and PC."
