Every year, New York's MCC Theater hosts a fundaraiser called Miscast, where performers sing songs from Broadway shows that they wouldn't ordinarily be cast to sing. Past editions have included performers like Aaron Tveit, Jeremy Jordan, and Katrina Lenk.
Usually the event is a live performance, but COVID-19 prompted some changes. This year's all-digital edition aired last night and raised money for the theater and their outreach programs, with 10% going to The Mental Health Coalition.
The full stream from the performance is available until Thursday, September 17th. The first performance begins at the 35 minute mark.
