Britney Spears wants conservatorship battle made public

According to court documents filed this week, Britney is opposed to certain aspects of her conservatorship battle remaining private.

The documents, filed by Britney's court appointed lawyer, state that:

-"Britney herself is vehemently opposed to this effort by her father to keep her legal struggle hidden away in the closet as a family secret."

-“Far from being a conspiracy theory or a ‘joke’ as James [Britney's father] reportedly told the media, in large part this scrutiny is a reasonable and even predictable result of James’ aggressive use of the sealing procedure over the years to minimize the amount of meaningful information made available to the public.”

-Britney's financial conservatorship (different from the conservatorship over her personhood) is "voluntary" and therefore she has the right to appoint who she wants as the conservator of her estate.

-Britney does not have a developmental disability, nor is she a patient in or on leave of absence from a state institution under the jurisdiction of the California Department of State Hospitals or the California Department of Developmental Services.

OP edit: I literally can't believe I forgot to add this part!
"Britney welcomes and appreciates the informed support of her many fans"
