Taylor Swift fans doxxed a Pitchfork reviewer because she gave her latest album... an 8.0 out of 10.https://t.co/eXbyyrvacT— Ben Collins (@oneunderscore__) July 30, 2020
Taylor Swift's rabid stans have struck again! This time they've targeted Pitchfork's Jillian Mapes who reviewed Swift's new album, folklore. The album was granted an 8.0/10 score, practically a rave review for the often persnickety publication, but Swift stans were immediately outraged that the score and review were not nearly positive enough. Within an hour of the review being posted, Mapes began receiving countless phone calls from outraged Swifties and death threats, including viral tweets discussing the burning of her home. Mapes' phone numbers and home address were posted on Twitter alongside personal photos of both Mapes and her home. Nearly a week later and Swift has not bothered to admonish her stans for doxxing and threatening Mapes, among other deplorable behavior.
