Lisa Marie Presley's Ex Claims She May 'Relapse,' Asks for Primary Custody of Kids

Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood filed court documents last Thursday, requesting full custody of their 11 year old twin daughters ahead of their divorce and custody trial, set for August 3rd. In the documents, he asked the court to strip Presley of primary custody, claiming "new and significant concern" over her potentially relapsing following the news of her son Benjamin Keough's death two weeks ago.

[OP note: edited for sensitive content] "Lisa Marie Presley's son [Spoiler (click to open)]shot and killed himself in her home (Although she was not there at the time.) With all due sympathy and respect, this creates a new and unaddressed twofold problem: the safety of the children and the greater likelihood of [Presley] to relapse into drug and alcohol dependency," the filing states.

Lockwood also accuses Presley of trying to alienate their daughters from him and using Scientology “Fair Game” tactics against him. According to journalist Tony Ortega, "that statement is ambiguous about whether Presley has actually gone back into the church since her 2014 split. So is his other allegation, that she called him an “SP” in a text to her daughter Riley. We’ve found plenty of ex-Scientologists who use that terminology."

It was also reported Lockwood plans to call Leah Remini as a witness to explain Scientology Fair Game to the jury. Lockwood is seeking custody of his and Lisa Marie's daughters and $40,000 a month in spousal support.
