The tweet that started it accused him of being aggressive towards her friends, pushing them to meet up with him- one turned him down, the other he assaulted.
While we're throwing out the garbage, toss Cas Anvar onto the pile for targeting female Assassin's Creed fans. I have two friends who told me he aggressively pushed them to meet up with him. One was creeped out and said no. The other he assaulted.— Lorena 💗💜💙 (@Lorie_O) June 23, 2020
This led to a user called AJ coming forth with her sexual assault story from when she was 17 in May 2013.
I’m glad someone else is mentioning him. I’ve thought about making a post for years but I was afraid. Dude assaulted me when I was 17.— aj (@milk_slut_) June 23, 2020
She goes into more detail of the experience in the tweets below, here's a summary: [tw: intoxicating a minor, sexual assault details]He pressured her into going to his hotel room at a convention when she was 17, got her drunk, convinced her to undress for a 'massage', groped her and told her he would give her money for a cab if she kissed him, then proceeded to sticking his tongue down her throat. He continued to text her about ho to give blowjobs and tried to get her to have a threesome with him. He pressured her to stay quiet and told her all about the drunk women he would sleep with on set, got upset she didn't know who he was and called him a b-list celeb and when she said she was only 17 he responded 'That's close enough to 18'. She went into more details on Reddit, it's not an easy read.
This has been on my mind for a while now. Cas Anvar pressured me into coming to his hotel room at a convention when I was 17, fed me alcohol, tried to convince me to take my clothes off for a “massage”, groped me, told me he would give me money for a cab if I kissed him, cont. https://t.co/TJOIR3KqL9— aj (@milk_slut_) June 23, 2020
Then stuck his tounge in my mouth. He continued to text me how to give blowjobs and tried to convince me to come down to have a threesome with him. He pressured me to stay quiet and told me all about the drunk women he would sleep with on set.— aj (@milk_slut_) June 23, 2020
Also the dude was man upset when I didn’t even know who he was and called him a b-list celeb at the most, lol.— aj (@milk_slut_) June 23, 2020
*mad upset— aj (@milk_slut_) June 23, 2020
God he was such a creep, I said I was only 17 and his response was basically “that’s close enough to 18” this was when I already had a creepy enough older boyfriend so I really felt like I had no leg to stand on back then.
This had led to many more women coming forward, some sharing DMs of him being inappropriate with them, there are more, these are just two of them.
He went on to be like “I’m a good boy, I promise” (we’re laughing because you’re a joke Cas)— sporkbot 【𖤐Big Demon Energy𖤐】 (@sporkbot) June 24, 2020
I was naïve enough back then to think that shit behavior like his wasn’t the norm and I really regret that I introduced him to people I knew who he eventually hurt 😔 pic.twitter.com/09HOpULzSE
My experience with him was short (thank god) I was 19 and naive lol He tried to fly me out through a convention he was supposed to attend. Asked me to send the photos and “show enthusiasm like you REALLY WANT THIS” pic.twitter.com/ACAeGJ7AiX— s8n laurent (@barflenciaga) June 24, 2020
Or asking for their help in 'taking down' a woman who outed his behavior on twitter.
Alright, I'm still going through my DMs from Cas Anvar from yrs ago. I'm NOT ready to post any more than this right now but I feel this part specifically must be seen. This is him asking my help to take down a woman who outed his behaviour on Twitter: pic.twitter.com/4vC4gOYmiC— UbiSubject17 (@xangiexdx) June 23, 2020
Andrea, who is one of the hosts of The Tightbeam Podcast (an Expanse podcast) shared her experience of him pressuring her for pics then blocking her when she was uncomfortable. [summarizing it]He followed her on Twitter, slid into her DMs, asked for pictures to 'see her face' then asked her to add him on Facebook where it's 'more private'. She was in a relationship and was weary to do so, but he kept badgering her to send him pictures so he could have 'proof' it's her. She told him it felt wrong, she was in a relationship and didn't know what he wanted from her. He told her 'ok' and blocked her, making her feel like she screwed up. When she was invited to go to The Expanse set, he avoided her 'like the plague', making her feel worthless. She says he enjoyed being on a pedestal and when things don't go his way, he tries to clean up by sliding into fan DMs and intimidating them into submission.
It's in 5 parts in starting from this tweet:
"It only takes a spark to light a fire inside you" Here we go. pic.twitter.com/wD2gYFEXFX— Andrea 🦋 (@KatzBearz) June 24, 2020
Cailin Munroe, Former VFX coordinator for S1-2 of The Expanse accused Cas of preying on a friend of hers
Hearing all of the stories coming out about a former ‘coworker’ of mine is disheartening and upsetting but unfortunately not surprising to me. He had done the same thing to a close friend of mine. It’s horrific to see that it’s a consistent pattern of behavior.— Cailin Munroe (@hellomunroe) June 24, 2020
As of now there's been no response yet from Alcon or Amazon Prime (or anyone from the show), fans reached out to Ty Franck for a response and he had the following to say (Ty together with Daniel Abraham wrote the Expanse novels under the pen name James S.A Corey but Ty runs the twitter handle, they're both heavily involved in the show as well):
Yes. I am aware of the thing. I have sent along all of the information I have about the thing to the people who have the power to make decisions. I can not comment on the thing until they've had time to do their due diligence and release an official response. Thank you.— James S.A. Corey (@JamesSACorey) June 24, 2020

I'm shocked and disgusted. We can probably expect some kind of response from Alcon/Amazon Prime at some point soon.
