I don't really like musicals, but I recently watched Cabaret (the movie) and now I'm in love with Liza Minnelli 😍 I'm working my way through her filmography now

She’s amazing in it but honestly I prefer the stage version of Cabaret.

I love both but they are so different. I've always wondered if a movie adaptation in the style of the Sam Mendes production could work.

I've never seen it and am not really into theatre, but I wouldn't mind seeing it performed after enjoying the movie!

The story elements of the stage show is very different from the movie but honestly I think it works better in the stage show.
