I love that Veronica Sawyer made this list. I wish I could go back in time and see that show live, ugh. I hope there's another touring or local version at some point. I love the soundtrack so much.

What are y'all's top 5 fave musicals? It's hard for me to narrow down but if I had to:

1. Sweeney Todd (specifically the Angela Lansbury stage version)
2. Grease (movie version)
3. Heathers (off-Broadway)
4. Hairspray (movie version)
5. Chicago (movie version)

Book of Mormon is a VERY close sixth, like hard honorable mention. It's so hard to pick!
Cabaret (stage)
Sweeney Todd (2005 revival)
Wicked
Hamilton
Rent (original Broadway cast mainly because I fucking love Maureen)
Les Miserables (stage)
The 2005 Sweeney Todd was fucking amazing. I saw it twice in the West End in a tiny theatre, and have the broadway cast album with Queen Patti. The movie was an abomination.
