i'm so into my balcony! it's like a whole new room. i need to get more flowers and some veggies.

i've just been so energized and uplifted by the weather these past two days. it's been bright and temperate, with only the gentlest breeze.

Did you move? are you going yo decorate? I saw this post a few days ago and it got me thinking. I am supposed to move soon (whenever covid allows construction to resume so the building can be completed) and I am getting a balcony

no, it's just been yucky weather and really windy so it hasn't been nice enough to go outside. there was some snow not too long ago and it killed a couple of my plants so i brought the rest inside for a bit

Also I'm making bread (now that I was finally able to get my hands on some yeast) and I'm so happy because it looks exactly like the pictures from the recipe I'm using. I'm generally not all that talented when it comes to bread and something always seems to go wrong. Fingers crossed this time will be different.



Gotta let these two rise for 45 minutes, then in the oven they go!

Oooh, hope it tastes as good as it looks!

I've been watching this guy I like from comedy stuff attempt to make bread on his instastories for the past few days, and it has gone horribly wrong every time! It's hilarious, but whew, it's made me never want to make bread ever.

UGH I'd like to find a writing community. I need one. I need feedback and support and commiseration. But I had a largely negative experience with other writers in my creative writing program, and then a super toxic experience with a writer's group. I just want to find some kind, helpful, NON-TOXIC writers.

I had to take one of my dogs to the vet today because she's been having stomach issues. They aren't letting anyone in the building because COVID so they just came out to my car and took her. I did not like that. Then they did blood work and they think she might have something called Addison's disease? So I have to take her for another test tomorrow☹️

I just bought a pair of rollerblades for $30 off of marketplace. They're a size too big but that's why the good Lord made socks.
