What Kelly Ripa Eats in a Day
In a piece from Harper's Bazaar's video series, "Food Diaries," Kelly Ripa details what she eats in a day.......which is basically nothing.
- She skips breakfast and doesn't eat before show. Only consumes water and coffee
- After show: Apple/nuts
- Lunch: micro greens with nuts sprinkled on top
- Dinner: Salad/Veggies and some tofu
- On top of all of that, she works out seven days a week
