-The topic of an impending baby boomer due to the quarantine came up as a topic on "The Real" and co-host Adrienne Houghton, who has been open about trying to get pregnant with her husband since 2018 told of her plans.
-Houghton"Let me tell you we are hard at work to make it happen. I'm taking this quarantined very seriously . I've ordered pregnancy test on Amazon, I even got ovulation sticks and yeah , we are hoping for a Quarantine baby."
-Co-host Amanda Seales asked if Houghton was worried If she got pregnant today, how the healthcare system would be to handle a birth.
Houghton"Trust me, I've thought all about it. you guys know I like to plan ahead. the baby's birthday would be in January of next year and so I have already pre-planned. I know this sounds crazy but I've even tried to read and educate myself to prepare for a home birth, a water birth in the tub, how I would possibly get a midwife and have them tested."
-Houghton spoke of a comment on Instagram that asked her if she was worried about bringing a baby into the world at this time.
