Dave should be #1 because Jess was a shitheel when he and Rory were actually together (though he improved when he got older) and they had Luke do some really crappy things later in the series (not telling Lorelai about April, the petty way he behaved at Martha's Vineyard, etc...). Dave didn't do anything bad or questionable and he was the only one I can say that about. It's so sad how Adam got poached because, since he was based on ASP's bff's husband and Lane was based on that bff, he would've stayed on the show and Lane would've had a much better time.
