I've never watched this show, but debating watching it during this downtown. Is it worth the watch? I do like MMM so I feel like maybe i'd like this?

It’s enjoyable if you enjoy how 90% of the show and characters is peak white people with white privilege. It’s hard to ignore after a certain point.

Mte, all of the late 90s, early 2000s sitcoms lack so much diversity it's hard to ignore, as you said. Like in GG the only diverse characters are Michel and the Kim family, that's literally it.

I also lol'd hard at how Twitter compared Rory's entrance to college with the Varsity Blues scandal.

Oops, I meant to say if you can *ignore the whiteness. But you know what? It’s works both ways.

When Rory got into Yale instead of Harvard (her dream school, boohoo) and she stole that yacht and was SHOCKED that the judge actually sentenced her to community service (a light sentence), that was when I was done. She was truly a white privileged ass by then. Never went back after that.
