· Steven Spielberg won't direct the 5th Indiana Jones film. Logan, Ford v Ferrari director James Mangold is in talks to direct instead. Spielberg will stay on as a producer while Harrison Ford is still attached to the project, recently telling an interviewer that he was set to start filming soon. The 5th installment was announced by Disney in 2016; its original release date was July 2019 but it has now been pushed back to July 2021
