Gabrielle Union Responds to Terry Crew's Comments About Her Firing from AGT

Yesterday, during an interview on the 3rd hour of the Today Show, Terry Crews was asked about Gabrielle Union's firing and reports of racism and sexism on America's Got Talent. Terry is a judge on the new season.

Terry responded: “First of all, I can’t speak for sexism because I’m not a woman, but I can speak on behalf of any racism comments,” he said. “That was never my experience … in fact, it was the most diverse place I have ever been in my 20 years of entertainment.”

Terry went on to doubt Gabrielle's claims because they came from an "unknown source."

“I have to say this, too. When you look at what the allegations were about, it was given by an unnamed source. My thing is — it’s funny because I believe you should listen to women, you should always believe women, so I asked my wife what I should do. She was like, first of all, if it’s coming from an unnamed source, because Gabrielle Union has not made any statement to this day about any of these allegations publicly … if she hasn’t made a statement, why would you?”

Variety broke the story and cited multiple unnamed sources from AGT. Twitter has been dragging him all day and he's currently trending. There has been an outpouring of support to Gabrielle.

Gabrielle was one of the first celebs to publicly support Terry when he revealed his sexual assault.

Gabrielle responded to the outpouring of support and appeared to address Terry's comments.
