We're here to answer some questions you may have about what to expect from the Jeopardy! "Greatest of All Time" tournament and its trio of contestants https://t.co/FkDC50aQAk— Vulture (@vulture) January 6, 2020
*Tonight as part of the show's 30th anniversary celebration, Jeopardy kicks off a multi-night, prime time tournament that pits three of the show's greatest all time players against each other.
*The tournament will see Brad Rutter (all time leading money winner)taking on Ken Jennings (second all time leading money winner and longest winning streak) and James Holzhauer (third all time leading money winner and largest single game money winner.)
*The tournament will run each weeknight night from 8-9PM on ABC (except for Friday) and will consist of two half hour games. The contestant with the most money after both games will be the winner of that evening's match. The tournament will continue until someone has won three matches--so it could wrap up in three nights, or it could take all seven scheduled nights.
*The winner will receive $1 million, and the two runner ups will each receive $250,000.
*If James Holzhauer wins, he will surpass Ken Jennings as the second all time leading money winner.
