Ally Brooke performed at Miss Universe 2019 last night

Ally Brooke opened the Miss Universe 2019 beauty pageant last night. The former Fifth Harmony alumni performed a medley of her hits [citation needed] “Low Key,” “No Good,” and “Higher.” This “Lips Don’t Lie” erasure! The Texas native also performed a Selena tribute (“I Could Fall In Love” and “Dreaming of You”), which unfortunately wasn’t great or well received by fans of Selena Quintanilla on social media.





Oof. Here’s a somewhat better tribute and cover of “No Me Queda Mas.” Of course, nothing will ever compare to the original. Nada.
