Animal Crossing: New Horizons to feature special Mexican items

Nintendo Latin America held a year-end event that included a information on the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Nintendo Switch.

It was revealed that the game will include some traditional Mexican-inspired clothing options, such as a China Poblana dress (traditional dress from the State of Puebla) and a Monarch butterfly (they famously travel to the State of Michoacan during winter), with more to be revealed.

The game will also be translated into Spanish from Latin America, a request that gamers have asked for years, since the Spaniard Spanish and its slang is very awkward to Latin ears.

The game will be released worlwide on March 20th, 2020.
