They just throw everything against the wall and get lucky that a few things stick
They just want the library at this point, the hell with if it’s any good, cause everyone has gotten on the streaming train and licensing has gone up
the cinematography was beautiful too. def would visit that town irl

Unless you liked the movies on this list
Parasite
Portrait of a Lady on Fire
Toy Story 4
Booksmart
The Farewell
but I didn't even love The Farewell as much as I expected.
Only have a handful of movies that I actually really liked. I’m ready for Oscar season movies to come out, save me, please!
Tall Girl was cute, I guess. But I found it hard to believe she was considered a loser? I mean, yea she's tall but she's also very pretty. Idk, maybe my average height ass don't understand lol.
We had a guy who had the opposite problem in high school, he was probably like 4’11 and everyone would constantly just be like “you’re really fucking short”
Kids suck lol
/MAH FEELINGS
TBH it wasn't that bad but I was never a fan of the show and watching it was an intensely mediocre experience. One thing I thought was really strange was this whole "stand by your abusive man" undercurrent which showed up in 2 subplots. WTF.
And I get that the Princess Mary subplot was maybe abusive but what was the second one?
The princess Mary plotline and the one between the servant who didn't care for the royal family and who was engaged. [Spoiler (click to open)]
Her fiancé smashing the furnace because she was nice to the plumber wasn't a sign of passion or whatever that's like a classic warning that a man is going to become abusive. I was so grossed out when she found out and gave that little speech about how she's ready to marry him now. So much media written by men and aimed at women is like this where they portray violence as "romantic".
wine country was SO BAD. to me all these originals just always seem to be missing something.
In The Tall Grass was much worse
I have difficulty digging around for something to watch that isn't produced by Netflix.
Most of the time now I use Netflix for background noise when falling asleep. The soothing voice of David Attenborough narrating a BBC nature documentary really helps me to catch some ZZzzzs.
It wasn’t GOOD don’t get me wrong lol but it at least held my attention
It was weird how rich they all seemed to be though
The worst thing I've seen on Netflix all year was Another Life. Holy fucking shit what a terrible series. Literally everything was bad. There was not one positive quality about the series other than the fact that it eventually ended. It is the worst thing I have ever seen on Netflix and I voluntarily watched all of Hemlock Grove so I'm not new to the dregs.
ANOTHER LIFE
Re: ANOTHER LIFE
i couldn't believe they were serious with that spaceship crew. the screechy acting, the unprofessional assholes, that one girl who kept literally swearing and yelling at everyone ~*sassily*~ in every scene, the boring as fuck plot with the husband and daughter omfg
it felt like a shitty parody but it wasn't
At all
Rotten
Jailbirds
The Bodyguard
Scott & Bailey
