Adam Batton attended the 20th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos (held July 21-August 3). He claims that, although motorized vehicles were prohibited, he saw plenty of them at the event and then purchased one himself on the first day of the festival. He was riding it in the middle of the night when he was hit by a golf cart with no lights, driven by well known Juggalo Alexander "Less Legs" Perkins.
“Perkins was operating the golf cart peddles with a baseball bat, and after the collision it was apparent he was intoxicated on drugs and/or alcohol,” Batton’s lawsuit states.
Perkins disputes the lawsuit, claiming he had permission to use his cart due to his disability and was sober during the incident. Additionally, Batton allegedly was driving the wrong way down a one-way road.
Fucking driving, how does it work?
