- Little Theatre in Rochester, NY had to cancel a showing Fight Club when the studio informed him they would no longer be licensing old movies to commercial theaters
- Disney's tight restrictions on showing its back catalog in theaters now applies to Fox's catalog in light of the Fox purchase
- Exceptions include the film The Rocky Horror Picture Show as well as if the theater is a repertory theater
- Russ Collins, founding director of Art House Convergence, which works with 300+ theaters, confirmed that some of their peers have not been able to book repertory titles
